Texas Roadhouse

Ordered a steak skewer which included rice. When plate arrived it was cold. Husband informed waiter but I chose to just keep the plate and eat as is. Waiter must have informed manager on duty because he came to table and said he was going to get me a new plate. 5 minutes passed. 10 minutes passed. 15 minutes passed. Waiter happened to come by and noticed I was still waiting. Meanwhile I told husband to go ahead and eat so his also didn't get cold. 10 more minutes passed and the waiter happened to come by again. He said they were still working on it. Right then the manager comes to table with new plate. They forgot to put the rice which was part of the meal and covered the skewer with some red sauce which it didn't originally have. Also, I had eaten the mushroom when I received the first plate. 2nd plate didn't have mushrooms. Pretty sure they just doctored up the first plate and forgot the rice. The food... LUKEWARM. Horrible experience. I won't go back.

My family and I visited the Texas Roadhouse in Muskegon Michigan...they all had steaks, cooked well done. I had a burger that was medium and pink inside. I immediately got sick and notified the restaurant...they gave me $20 off the next visit. Over the course of 2 days I got a lot sicker and went to the hospital. I spent the night there on an IV and the doctor determined I had picked up a virus. I notified Texas Roadhouse a second time and they rudely responded "it's your word against ours, prove it"

Where should I start. The manager Blake is the best. But while I was training I noticed my TRAINER Cassie didn't wash her hand once, while I washed mine repeatedly... She touched dirty plates, dirty glasses, dirty napkins and didn't wash her hands. Still served all the customers. Which grossed me out to be honest.

I've been going to Texas roadhouse since they opened in Tinley always had a good steak. Ordered ribs a few times very good. This time around my son and I both orders ribs. When they came I was disappointed right off the bat. A full slab of ribs are usually 12 bones when they came there was only nine bones so I got the manager and was told their ribs are 10 or 11 bones. I said check our orders out we only have nine bones. He understood and brought us five more bone ribs. OK I was satisfied with that now comes the most disappointing Point they were very fatty. Are used to have very good ribs all the time there this was the first time that the ribs were so disappointing tasted like a very very cheap cut of ribs. I would recommend passing On the ribs. A disappointed customer!

Service sucked came in at 9:30 p.m. ask for dinner rolls server said kitchen thrown away all the rolls food was cold bar closed without even saying last call and while walking out the door and paying the bill looked over towards kitchen and was a full rack of dinner rolls and they said they threw all the rolls away never come to the Brownsville Texas Roadhouse again

Very good food & great atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is always made fresh and prepared to order.

The Prime Rib is spectacular and tasty. The buns melt in your mouth! Never an issue or problem here.

Do not go to the Texas Roadhouse in Roanoke. The service is beyond terrible. They sat 6 people at our table and gave us 4 pieces of bread. We had a glass of tea that had trash floating in it. Then we had nothing to drink while eating our salads. I had to yell at someone to make them stop putting out new food on a table that had not been cleared. They were feeding humans not sloping hogs clean the dirty dishes from the table PLEASE. No bread with the meal. The baked potatoes were not even warm enough to melt the cheese on them. Then as I am leaving the manager thinks the solution is a coupon for a free appetizer. Idiot I don't spend good money for a bad experience twice. I will never eat there again. Yes that is my food in a to go box because by the time it arrived I was too disgusted to eat. Notice the cheese didn't even melt in a closed box. Who wants a warm baked potato?

Compliments to the outstanding cook. Perfection. Server Erica pleasant and professional in appearance and store. Congratulations to the North Little Rock store manager. It provided an exquisite dining experience. 17 Feb 2022.

Our order was to go, and the baked potatoes were barely lukewarm, we had to microwave them. The steak was over cooked. I asked to have the mushrooms on the side, I can't stand mushrooms, but my husband likes them, so I ask that they put them on the side. They were on my chicken and they left the gravy off completely. The food didn't have much flavor, but the rolls were great.
Probably won't order there again.

I purchased gift cards when they ran "buy $100 get $20 bonus". I didn't receive my bonus card at the time I purchased.
I wrote to their support center more than 5 times. They sent me the bonus cards 10 days later without any apologies.

We went to Roadhouse, on Thurs evening, right at 4. We ordered, got our drinks. My husband ordered side salad, baked potato, I ordered grilled chicken salad! Husband got his, they finally bought me out a chicken Caesar salad, no thanks, and sent it back! Waited and waited, my husband was done, finally I asked to put my salad in a to go box! By this time, we'd been there an hour! When I finally got my salad, I told the gal, hope we don't have to pay for this! I didn't, but it's the thought, went for dinner, no food! Doggy bag!

I placed my order at 2:00 for our dinner to be ready at 6:00, we waited 45 mins for our order. I understand it was Mother's Day and it was busy but there was no apology for the wait, simply told to make sure everything was in the bag before leaving. Everything was correct with my order and the food was good. Today, I went to eat my salad and found a long piece of dark blonde hair in it. Absolutely disgusted!

Consistently our orders are messed up. Call in and they think a gift card makes up for it. I can pay my own way just would like for my order to not be jacked up every time I order. I will not be patronizing them anymore. Keep your gift cards

I gave the waitress $40.00 to pay for the meal which was $30.75. Yes, I wanted my change returned. She only returned $9.00 instead of $9.25 then walked away. I know it's only a quarter, but it's the principal of it. She walked away after dropping off the change and didn't return. Teach them how to count back money, or to read the slip which clearly said $9.25. I was tempted to let her keep the quarter as her tip! But, she did get a smaller tip than I normally leave because of this.

We ate a meal there we gave the paper that my granddaughter was supposed to color for the veterans and she thanked them for their service. Her an uncle serves in the Army. They were supposed to come back and give a token they never did. We left and when I called him I was told I needed to come back to get the token-totally unacceptable that they can't do their job. Broken promises to children are not acceptable and are deplorable esp when
Doing something To honor the ones that protect our country. Nasty front end staff. Will NOT return and use to be one of my favorite go to.
Don't have a kids night if you're going to do this to our children.
Also wanted a printed receipt pt but they wouldn't give to me because I paid at table.
