10 different groups came in after us. And we were the last to get seated. I asked her twice if she had called my group and she said" oh I gave your spot up." After she told us to move to the side so she can also check in others. And the girl who was supposed to seat us kept calling another group over after the host gave her our ticket. And even pointed us out. And she just kept ignoring us. Around 4-530. It wasn't even that busy until we left. Other groups even noticed what she did.

There were 9 in our group including a wheelchair. We were put in 2 booths. They pulled out an extension on the booth and sat the wheelchair person there. We waited a very long time for our food. The wheelchair person had no lighting over her so could not see. The food arrived and several plates had overdone steak. The wheelchair person could not eat her food. It was unpalatable. The manager offered to replace it. But, we had already been there a very long time so she said no to a replacement. They did take the meal off the bill. Very nice of them. We will not go there again.

Compliments to management, staff including servers.it starts at the top. Thank you for inspiring your staff and servers to be the best they can be to all customers. So Important!

Anytime I have stopped in for a meal your welcomed from the door to when you leave.
I don't know of any other restaurant in the city that does that.

From a steak to a salad. It's always delicious. If there is a hickup, it's taken care of promptly and with professionalism. The managers and servers I have had go out of their way to make sure you and or your family enjoy your meal.

I always check steak chart. Ordered what I wanted and still too over cooked…. Twice… manager didn't act like they cared n wouldn't give u 2 seconds of their time.

To take it off my bill n ran away. Saying no problem. Then u hear 5 times going out the door… hope everything was ok…. No it wasn't… sorry.

Called ahead 4hrs. Arrived at appropriate time. Waited in restaurant another 1 1/2 hours before being told seats still weren't ready while watching other groups arrive after ours & be seated. Very rude, arrogant & inconsiderate of your time. Will never return

We've been to Texas Roadhouse a few times, was pretty good. We've ordered pick up, got a couple of cheeseburgers and were told they don't have mayonnaise for the burgers. Never been to an establishment that serves burgers but offers no mayo.
They say their Ranch Dressing is made from scratch, how? I thought you used mayo to make Ranch, for most part.
My husband had to stop off at corner store and get some packs of mayo.
The fried pickles could have been much better too. Cold and soggy.
Rattle Snake bits okay but more like Hush Puppies.
Please start serving mayonnaise! I know we aren't the only one's who prefer mayo on our burgers.
The rolls and cinnamon butter were the best part of meal.

Ordered "to go" at 5pm, to be ready at 615. Arrived on time. NOT ready until 655 - said they 'couldn't find me', though I had sent FIVE replies to their "food ready" msg. Potato half-baked, steak barely warm, "running short on rolls" (that meant -0-). They gave me a coupon for an appetizer. WoW... unimpressed.

I placed an on line order to be picked up at 3:30 pm at the Owensboro ky location. I got there to pick my order up and had to wait until 4:02 pm to get my order. I called to see what the issue was and they hung up on me. When I received my order, the wings were upside down with all of my food covered in juice and no silverware. This was not a good experience. I got sauce all over my clothes and vehicle. I asked the guy who brought my food out what the problem was and he said " I don't know" and walked away. Need to work on customer service. The food was still good besides the mess.

We just got seated. Hi I'm Lukas what would you like to drink? Can you give us a minute to look at the drink menu? Sure I'll be back. 10 plus minutes later and Lukas has is still talking to the table behind us as they were trying to leave. No water just rolls 18 minutes into our visit. I could wait if he was truly busy, but not 10 minutes bsing with what seemed to be friends and ignoring his customers! Don't go to Elkhart Indiana Texas Roadhouse!

We are locals and had gone to roadhouse dozens of times thru the year.
On my birthday, we called ahead to request a booth. Got a booth in the runway, and the back door where cold draft was coming in, all the staff was running back and forth from kitchen. We asked to move, so they stuck us in hard seats, at a four top table, terrible, no salt and pepper on table, then we got our steaks, they were RAW, FILET mignon was to be med, prime rib was to be med rare. Everything was way under cooked. The rolls were not even baked, they were in a basket, they were not cooked. So sad, I used to love road house, after spending over 125.00, I cried on my birthday, we should not have been charged!

We go to T. R. Often. We ordered 6 meals to go, not one of us got a meal you could say was good. The chicken fried sirloin was tough and the breading wasn't as good as in the past. It didn't even look the same. The pulled pork was dry with only a few pieces that had bar B-Q sauce on it. We usually love their salads but this time, they had mostly yellow lettuce and not pleasing at all. I didn't even eat mine. The Mac/Cheese was very dry and looked like it was straight out of the box of Kraft. After T. R. Being one of our favorite places to go, I doubt if we will return.

We are a family of 5 adults and a 2 year old, we always order our favorite prime ribs, ribeyes. The steaks were great every time whether we dine in or take home. The bread tasted great too.

On May 7,2022 we came, all of us ordered the same food we love, the food came out looking great but I took one bite of my steak and couldn't eat it, they altered the beef so much that it was extremely salty, we couldn't taste the beef.

We were so disappointed this was an early Mother's Day dinner treat for my daughter she's a first time mom. So paid 244$ and didn't make any fuss with the restaurant because I didn't want to spoil our time together.
Quality of the supposedly great steak wasn't good,

I took my daughter & her friend on a Saturday night. They got their food 15 minutes before me. Then a different waitress comes out & brings my Prime Rib. It was nothing but grizzle and fat. Probably about 4oz of edibles meat unless you like grizzle & fat. I declined it & went hungry bc my daughter & her friend were done eating & we had already waited over an hour to get our food from the Initial wait
My daughter found hair in her silver ware & food Her friend found hair in her Mac & Cheese. Both said the steak tasted like Barbecue sauce. Pretty frustrating when you work a 70 hour week & just want to have a nice meal with your daughter.

We arrived and was seated rather quickly after we selected or steaks from the display case. Waitress took our order and our ticket stub for the steaks. Drinks and salad were good. Waited about half hour for our meals to arrive, noticed from the start, one steak was not what we selected from the case, much smaller. Cut into the other steak and it was well done instead of medium. Spoke with manager and she had them cook the one steak again, but would not be the one we selected. I ate the well done steak even tho we ordered medium. Another half hour passed and the second steak came out well dome again, ordered medium again. Expressed our disapproval and asked for a box to take home the left overs. Manager did not seem to care that our meal was a disgrace and we were un happy. Nothing done to try to fix the issue. Paid the check and left unhappy. A waste of an hour and a half.

I ordered six (6 oz) filets. Three were the traditional shape and size and three were the end cuts that
Should have been cut into medallions, they would have been sent back at the restaurant. When you get this sent to you, I am at a loss, Disappointed that they would do this just to up the profit on a order.

We have had great service and food at the Appleton location but today was not one of them. Had to wait for 20 minutes for them to open a section in the restaurant so we cud have a table bc the booths are so narrow for larger ppl. Rolls they brought to our table had a long blonde hair in them. Waitress took the basket and said a manager would be over to talk to us, was a no show. Told our waitress 3 times what we wanted to drink. Told her I had a coupon for a free appetizer but she never took it off our bill and my bad for not dbl checking. Food was mediocre tasting today either so salty it was ridiculous or no taste at all to the steak i had. Disappointed today for sure
