We when to Texas Roadhouse in la plate Maryland and we order food both orders had hair in there but I pulled my out my mouth 😡😡The manager had attitude and didn't want to cop nothing check your food before you eat please 😡😡😡😡😡 I ask to speak to another manager but there never came to the table! The other was long

Check in online was great got there I let them know our party were all present. Went in entrance met a mob of people in foyer no one in waiting area where they should be waiting. The manager should have cleared out this area there was plenty of room in waiting area that is to the left of front entrance. If there wa an emergency people would be trapped. We arrived about 5:45pm we left about 7 pm and the entrance was still a mob scene. I just had knee replacement surgery and had to fight through the crowd. I thought that this was was very unsafe, I will not return to eat there.The waiter was very nice and food was ok. The fire inspector should check this condition.

Have been here before and had good food. Last night was the worst. The steak had no grill marks and tasted like it had been boiled. There was no seasoning. I sent it back and got a replacement. This one had grill marks but no flavor like the first. My server knew that I was not happy but still charged me for a steak that I took only a bite out of. It was that bad. I drove 45 minutes to get here to have somebody cook me a great steak. I will be grilling my own steaks from now on so I know they will be great. This was a huge disappointment and a waste of money!

As a party 12 we were seated within a 1/2 hour of our arrival. Drinks taken and delivered - orders taken and it goes down hill from here…15 minutes or so 1 bowl chili delivered 10 minutes later 2 salads delivered. About 20 minutes later 7 meals delivered 10 minutes later 1 meal delivered. The rest of us (5) waited for 15 plus minutes. 4 meals delivered 1 was wrong. All Potatoes ordered were cold as well as the vegetables. My steak I told them to cancel as everyone was finished eating and I just just ate the potato. Very disappointed. Never asked if it was a special occasion as we carried presents and Bundt cakes. So my granddaughters special was very disappointing.

After a hard day a work, place my order and drive across town to get it. I get home and my order for my kids not there.
I was so upset (furious). I called and then drove back across town.
I get their and parked a n. V d Jump out of my car.
Then the manager tells me to get BBC back into my car. They had my order outside. Cold
Another Lady was yelling stuff at me. So I shouted some things back and the manager telling to leave.
Probably not welcome back.
I have spent so much money there the past 5 years

Our servers were wonderful. We waited 40 minutes longer then we were told when we called ahead. The food was incredibly salty. The steaks wers overcooked from what they were ordered and not very tender. The chicken breast was very thin, with the breading on it being thicker than the meat, as i stated before both were very salty. This is a highly overrated, hyped up establishment. I truely miss roadside dives after this.

Me wife and I ate at the Logan, Utah Texas Roadhouse recently. The steaks were mediocre but that was not the main problem. The waitress criminally doctored our charge receipt and added her own extra tip. We left her a generous tip in cash but she wanted more. She also told us the gift card we tried to pay with had a zero balance, not the $50 it should have had. We realized this was a theft after the receipt had been scammed. We talked to the owner the next day and he basically defended the employee and failed to follow up with us as promised. My wife and I will not patronize this Texas Thiefhouse place again!

We are frequently customers, always my boys and us, and asked the same dish all the time, the last two times we are not having good experiences, today 06/27/22, the table was not clean and the floor was dirty, my boys always ordered sirloin medium cooked, today was dry and cold. They barely eat.
We paid but I thought I should tell the manager, I cmae back to tell her, She just told me I am sorry. Really.?
They should take better of frequently customers like us.

I ordered a NY Strip (medium) with mushrooms, house salad, baked sweet potato, and rolls. My steak was dry and overcooked but flavorful. The sides were delicious. Alcoholic drinks were weak, watered down, and disappointing. The atmosphere was quite noisy and loud. Definitely not the place for conversation with your meal! Our waitress, Camiah, was prompt, attentive, and friendly.

We have tried the Brighton MI Texas Roadhouse 3x. 2 of the visits were horrible. ESPECIALLY our last visit. All 3x our food was cold.They ran out of sweet potatoes.When I finally got 1 it was hard as a rock. The last visit not only was a food cold but we got our salads after the main meal. The waitress blamed it on the cooks but she never checked to see how we were.

My son, his dad and I ate at Texas Roadhouse today (May 12,2023) we went for lunch. The food was excellent I had the Dallas Fillet, medium well and it was the most delicious, tender steak I've ever eaten. I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy. Our waitress suggested I get the white gravy (they have both white gravy and beef gravy) and she was right it was sooo good. We all ordered steak. Both my son and his dad had the sirloin and shrimp and that was delicious too.

Our Waitress was Julia G and she was one of the best waitresses I've had anywhere. She was very attentive without being overbearing. A perfect waitress. I can't wait to return.

Went to TRH for a birthday celebration, but things didn't go well. Most of the food was OK, but two of us got the pork chops, mostly because we like the peppercorn sauce. Our chops were OK, but the peppercorn sauce was terrible. It tasted like pure salt with a sour sauce added.
Just as we were leaving (after we paid the check) a cricket fell onto my sister's plate. Luckily we were already done! I talked to the manager and he said, "yeah, we've been having problems with crickets."
I don't thing we will be going back to TRH soon, especially that one (Mesquite, TX)

Waiting for refund of food purchase May 8 21 the day is 21May21 still no answer your Pooler ga. Location. Returned back to location and ask where is my refund and what's the problem, management run around! This is very unprofessional, you have lost a life time customer. EVER AGAIN!
