They seem to oversalt everything with the same seasoning salt on everything. My lobster and steak were ruined. Steak was overcooked and salty. Management was rude and assumed I had dietary restrictions and should have notified them. Chef came out then, not to apologize, but to demean me even more. Only compensation was a free8th desert for next time... like there will be a next time! I left the coupon on the table.
We go at least twice a month and always get a booth in bar. I asked for one when I checked in they said 10 min wait, no problem after 10 min takes us to another table not in bar and told us they had no server for empty tables in bar 10 minutes later they were seating people there. Waited 45 min for roadkill and grilled chicken salad. Server never came back to check on us. never had an experience like this and it wasnt prime dinner time it was 3:20 in afternoon.
I placed an online order. I went to pick it up. It said to wait in my car since food was not ready. Temperature outside 106 degrees. After we canceled I received a message almost 1 hour later saying order is ready. I requested a refund. I have not received my refund yet. I Spoke to Manager Neomi located on Joe battle. I'm disputing through my bank now since I have not received my money yet a week later. Terrible service and thieves
When Texas Roadhouse first opened near me, I was there as often as I could afford. I loved that place. The music, the birthday singing, the buns and barrels of peanuts and peanut shells on the floor, not to mention the incredible food and drinks! Over the years, the peanut shells were less noticeable on the floor, which was okay - but for a rule follower, there was something rebelliously fun about tossing the shells at my feet. Still, a very nice place to go for dinner. But like nearly everything else, Covid ruined it. The barrels of peanuts are empty and the bags of to-go peanuts are gone. The food is okay, but not the greatness it used to be. The speed to get you your food is also gone. Organized workers have been replaced by frantic people who aren't sure how to move as one. Nostalgia hits and I want to go back, but whenever I do visit Roadhouse again, I am let down.
I went to Texas Roadhouse with 2 friends. I didn't mind the wait. But we got seated and 4 tables came in after us and all of them got their food and we was still sitting there waiting on our food even though we had been there long before the 4 other tables. We waited for a refill of water for 30 minutes. The waitress kept running off and taking forever to come back. When she would come through she wouldn't offer to refill our drinks. We had to stop her and ask her and we had to stop her and ask about why 4 tables got their food before us. Finally we got our food and the steak I ordered well done is pink inside. I just asked her to take it off my ticket. So needless to say I set there all this time just to eat an appetizer and not once did she even apologize for the mistake.
My family and i hardly come here, but we came in today and our waiter tammy wasn't all there, my mom had to ask her to remove some of our dirty dishes in order to eat out dinner, my father had a sirloin and it wasn't cooked the way he wanted, my brother had ordered a sirloin and a side of macaroni, but instead our waiter brought none of his sides and when we thought he ordered veggies, she brought us some but still charged us for something we didn't get, which was the macaroni. She also messed up our ticket by giving us a ticket that didn't apparently have all the things we ordered and then came back with another ticket with a bigger price... my family and i will never come back.
I went to the new restaurant in Williamsport 3/18, so anticipating the prime rib. I ordered an end cut, medium well, and it came to me VERY pink. I sent it back, not much better, still quite pink, nowhere near medium well. I also asked for horseradish and never got it. IF a prime rib is cooked corectly, the end cut usually IS medium well. Very disappointed, and I will not go back anytime soon. There are other prime ribs in town to try.
I loved the hours yours restaurants have, your special entrees, your special deal for a family, I love your barbecue grill chicken, chicken Caesar salads, your restaurant is a A+ for customer care. Love that you have also a carry out if you don' want to dine in. We can also order off the internet and get coupons code. I especially like that you list the calories on your menu. Texas Road House food is always fresh, and you can upgrade combo meals.
Do not waste your time because they sure did mine. Waited for a little over an hour on our food. Was a Wednesday night and wasn't busy. When I wanted to pay for the drinks and leave the food was magically ready. It was not fresh! The plates weren't even warm. The waitress got rude and didn't want to let us speak with a manager. When I left I called and ask to speak with a manager and the manager asked me what happened I told her and waited on the line for six minutes then they hung up. Thanks for ruining my night. Don't go to this location. They are absolutely no good
Great atmosphere, friendly staff and great food! The breakfast and lunches are really delicious here. Great steak and loved the baked sweet potatoes. Our waiter was seriously the best. Would definitely go back
When you have to send your stuff back 4 times and manager brings it out being rude like cut into it when you ask for med and you get well done all times like I don't need to cut into it learn how to make it med not well dumb $#*!
Went to there restaurant this evening in bridgeville pa was the worse food I ever ordered steak had so much fat and gristle couldn't even eat it and it took forever to come out and was ice cold very very poor place don't recommend.
Usually have a great experience but when I tried to use a free appetizer coupon for my bday the manager said we couldn't when in the past we did it all the time. I guess new management sucks! Food came out over done too.
We just ate at the one in Hickory. We looked around and the place is dirty. Look at all the glass around the booths. They were nasty. There was too many people at the front and they were just standing around and talking and laughing pretty loud. Our food was good, I will say that.
Waited to long for forgotten items. A drink and cheese fries. Cheese fries looked and tasted horrible. By the time I got back to the car my baby was sleep. She couldn't even eat her food. It was her drink and cheese fries I was waiting so long for.
Lunch in Sheridan. Service was rushed and unorganized. So much salt on porterhouse, wasn't able to eat. Was offered free dessert. Took beef home washed it and made good soup. And excellent steak and eggs. On tipped 17%. Sorry Jesse.
While we were waiting for our food we checked three times to make sure that they were cooking the correct steak. When they brought the steak to the table it was the wrong steak. It was supposed to be 27.99 but they charged 30.99 for a steak that wasn't even on the menu. Very unsatisfied!
My family and I just had dinner, great steak. Jiovanny our waiter was so nice, he had great social skills and was very polite. He made sure we had everything we needed and a smile the entire time.(you could tell we was smiling with his eyes.)Before we left my husband told him we will definitely be returning and make sure we sit at his table.
We arrived around 1210 pm they told us we have to wait at the bar or in the waiting room so we opted for the bar and had a drink and then another and still they haven't called us! So we waited around 40 minutes and left
Don't waste your money on the Friendswood, TX location. Just about everything was a waste. The steak (AT $32.00) was unable to be chewed and couldn't eat it. The salad order was wrong and missing items. I guess they love takeout orders so they don't have reason for this. Go get a steak at Walmart and grill it yourself. You will get a better meal than this place could ever offer.
