No "delivery fee" but a $15 SERVICE fee when you start to check out. Stick with a local florist. I knew it didn't look right with their 800 toll-free number and a Vegas address. My wife got the flowers, but they were nothing special. I should have read these reviews, but took a gamble.
Thinking I was going to send a beautiful bouquet to my wife for Valentine's Day, I place my order on Feb. 6th anticipating a huge rush for deliveries on the 14th. The site misleads you into believing you're ordering from a local florist (my bad!). They indicate free delivery, but once credit card was run and I printed receipt, a "service charge" of $15.99 as well as a $9.99 delivery charge were tacked onto the order. Flowers never arrived and when I inquired about order, received a canned email response that they were "checking into it". I disputed the charge and hope others will be aware of these pathetic scammers!
We ordered online to have them sent to my mother-n-law for her birthday 10/18/22. Apparently they don't read or follow instructions that was written ''I wrote please leave at front door. '' they called my husband multiple times at work asking to verify the address and didn't leave bouquet. I contacted them 10/19/22 to verify if the arrangements were delivered and they still were not, their reply was they were notified on short notice of shipment delay. I asked if there can be a partial refund or something and was told No. I am not to pleased with their form of communication nor how they handled this situation. I do not recommend.
Wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering, $15.99 "transaction fee", flowers delivered the day after, neighbor received them, total mess. Hope this is helpful and you are not reading this after the fact.
I placed an order for a family funeral. The arrangement NEVER showed up AND they never informed me that nothing was sent. When I inquired, they e-Mailed back to said "Unfortunately, due to supply issues, we were unable to fulfill your order." Don't bother using this florist, they are terrible. I had a hard time understanding the person who answers the phone. This place is super unprofessional.
Worst service I've ever seen! Ordered flowers for birth of grandson. Asked for extra blue and Baby Boy balloon. Bouquet had NO blue flowers and the balloon was rainbow color that said We Love You. Called to complain and customer service operator was NO help. Would not provide a name or phone number for anyone in charge to speak to. I was told to file my complaint to the email provided on receipt. Emailed several times and have not received a response or phone call. I rate this business a negative 10.

My coworker had to put down one of her fur babies. We picked this bouquet because it was beautiful online. When we were sent a thank you with the picture, I was very disappointed. Not what I paid for. Even the vase is a cheap/generic one. When I tried to call and find out when the flowers might be delivered since they were ordered ahead of time. Receptionist that answered gave me a big attitude and told me to call the following day and they would let me know if they were delivered or not. Customer service is awful. Will NEVER use this company again.
Same as everyone else here. Ordered a "premium" blue and white arrangement with Balloons and chocolates. What i recieved looked like a grocery store arrangement done by a child. After many complaints I managed a 27 dollar refund. Not bad for a 135 dollar purchase. Oh and the person who delivered it smoked enough that the flowers smelled of smoke. Buy a rose from a bum on the corner, you will get a superior product.
Person who took my order misspelled recipient's name on the card even after I repeated the spelling several times. Tried calling customer serviced, get placed on hold forever. Never delivered the flowers and claimed they can't fulfill order. Owner never available to take call personally. Horrible experience and will never use them again.
Order not delivered on requested delivery day. Called for a refund, obviously manned by a call center. They indicated they would then then I find out that they deliver flowers (2 hours after my call) which were nothing what I ordered - looked like cheap flowers from Wal-mart shoved in a vase and they charged me again! Reporting to the BBB.
I ordered birthday flowers for my daughter. Salesman convinced me to pay premium price to get eight roses instead of three. He also did not tell me there was a $12 process fee. When came only three roses. Customer service said it's their policy to substitute. They overcharged me.
Needed to send flowers to Mother In Law after her husband passed. Terrys said item was in stock and would be delivered. Item did not show and the sent email later saying supply chain issues were reason they would cancel order. No refund yet! They are full of $#*! and scammers. Going to file against them.
I ordered some bright and beautiful flowers for my mother, who is recovering after a heart attack. I went on the internet and selected a company that seemed to be "local" to Villa Rica, Ga. When my sister shared a picture of what mom received, I was appalled. I immediately emailed their customer service and got the same generic answer I have read other people received citing COVID-19. While I can understand a small deviation due to availability, I didn't expect for her flowers to not look at all like what I ordered. What is more disturbing is to find out how many people they have wronged and they are still in business. I paid $70 (plus taxes and service fee = $97 total). You be the judge as to whether the flowers my mother got are $70 worth... What i ordered was supposed to be fully of color, life with a refined taste... what she received was a sorry attempt to fulfill the order.
Order a $100 arrangement and they called three hours later said they have no flowers!
Of course, after they charged my card. Still waiting for a credit to my card for something they didn't have.

Is there a way to give negative stars. If so this company deserves 5 Under no circumstances do business with Terrys Florist in New Orleans, LA. The arrangement they delivered was a cheap assortment of flowers that in no way looked like the picture on their website. To add insult to injury, I even upgraded the order. When I sent a picture and complained i was totally blown off. I have rarely dealt with a business this bad! Please tell your friends and relatives to avoid using them.
Site came up as a local family florist shop. That was a complete lie. The day of the planned delivery I received a quick message that "we didn't receive flowers today, your order is cancelled." No one answered when I tried to call them.
First, I looked online for LOCAL florists. Terrys advertised as "Local family run florist in Irmo SC". Only later did I discover they were in Las Vegas. Second, they failed to deliver the "local" flowers after having ordered them a week ahead of time. Third, it is nearly impossible to get hold of a real person. Took 7 calls. When I did, was on hold for 30 minutes for them to access the order. Fourth, promised deliver the next day. Did not deliver. Fifth, took another 4 calls and 3 emails to get someone again. Again, promised delivery the third day. No luck. Flush your money down the toilet. It is much easier and achieves the same results.
I ordered flowers day before delivery thankfully I called to make sure they were being delivered and sure enough they were not. I was told they won't go out till Monday when they needed delivered on Saturday and money would take 3-5 business day to get back to me. Worst place ever please don't waste your time or hold up your money
We ordered flowers on 4/26/21 for Mother's Day. We placed the order 12 days to have plenty of lead time. This florist decided to cancel our order after charging our card, because they ran out of the type of flowers we ordered. We received No email, No phone call, No contact at all. Just a canceled order. When we called they had nothing to say but "we canceled that order". There are many options for sending flowers so be smart and do not consider these people. Terrible way to do business!
After selecting an arrangement to be delivered same day, as per the promise on their website, I received a call several hours later from an employee who sounded put out to even be calling me. She indicated that the flowers I ordered were out of stock and would therefore not be delivered. There was no offer to replace my order with something comparable that would be delivered on time...nothing...just a promise that my card would be refunded. By the time they called me, it was too late for me to make other arrangements elsewhere for same day delivery. I am so frustrated by this treatment.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: ONLINE SCAM. Do not order from these criminals. They take your money and claim "supply issue". Only a criminal would not honor the life of someone very loved by stealing money and not providing a product.
