Flowers delivered 3 days after I requested; did not send the flowers I paid for; added a service charge after I clicked to pay the bill.
This is very disappointing. You lost your credibility for your business about "same day" delivery. I compared so many online order florists and chose you because I liked the design of that arrangement. I filled out all the information clearly including recipient's name, cemetery address and service hour 11:00 am.
We didn't get the flower for the service. No one called me before 11:00am. After the service around 1:30pm I found a missed call from you during the service that called at 11:30am. I called back at 1:30pm and confirmed all the information with you and the gentleman told me now it is out for delivery. So I asked my folks to wait at cemetery for the delivery. But at 2:30pm a lady called me to tell me you can not deliver today but earliest delivery will be tomorrow. She apologized for this so-called "confusion" instead of admitting is is a "terrible mistake" or "loss of your business credibility". What is the point for our today's service if you deliver tomorrow? Who will come back again for a flower delivery? Sure I cancelled my order. But we were bumped around by your company if you call yourself a "company". So far I didn't get email confirmation for the cancellation as you promised to send.
The lady I talked to at 2:30 saying "she didn't want to take me too much time" so she hanged up my call although I insisted I need taking time to get this explained.
I called back several times. You either told me no one else I can talk about this issue or put me on hold forever. After I finally talked to A lady Leanna who wanted to listen, I understand that it was because you were short of supply. But I could have a flower for today's service from tons of other floral stores if you noticed me earlier. It is a dear family I wanted to send flower during the service but there was no flower from me, and I asked them to wait for flower because you told me It was out for delivery at 1:30, and then let them know there will be no flower because you told me an hour later.
If you can feel and think as customers feel and think you will understand why I was so upset!
I need to go out tonight to order flower and send it to their home for my sincere apologies.
You should be sorry about this, and don't call it a confusion.

I placed an order of flowers to deliver on Saturday the day before mother's day 4 weeks before to beat the rush. After placing the order onilne I called to insure there was no issues with my order and that they can garentee flowers would be delivered on time. "Of course" they said and if they have any issues they would contact me to let me know they wouldn't be able to deliver the flowers. Friday came they charged my card $101.46 yet did not deliver Saturday. No call no text no voice mail. I called Sunday mothers day flowers already a day late to speak to someone. The gentleman in the morning had told me I see your order I will have to check with the driver I will call you back with an update soon. 4 hours past I called again. Was on hold for 30min and finally a lady answered and had said " yes I see you called this morning, we canceled your order and will issue a refund" I told her these are very important I would like for the order to be delivered today. She gave 0 compassion even when I explained to her I live in California my aunt lives in Arizona and her son had passed away. These flowers are my responsibility to make sure she gets on mother's day every year. She said " our supplier is out of flowers and we can't do anything" this is a flower shop right.?! It's mother's day and flowers are on every corner every store and your saying you have no flowers?! This order was placed 4 weeks ago and I have been charged and you tell me a day after they should of been delivered only when I called that you can not complete this order. Would give NO stars if I could. Googled "flower shops in Castle Rock, CO" to send my sister an arrangement for her 50th birthday. Ordered a beautiful, premium bouquet two days in advance. $80 with hidden service fee of $15.99 that popped up at checkout, which was irritating but I thought "oh well" and paid it anyway- she's worth it! The day they were to be delivered, they texted and called me at 3:30 in the afternoon and left me several voicemails over the course of 5 minutes while I wasn't available to answer my phone. They said they didn't have the flowers in stock that I had ordered and weren't getting a truck until later in the week so they would either have to deliver a "Designer's Choice" bouquet or wait to deliver later in the week. They also said that I would need to call back WITHIN 15 MINUTES to let them know because they were "about to make their last delivery to that area for the day". I called back and of course, got no answer. I responded to their text and told them to cancel the order and refund my money so that I would have written proof for my bank to dispute the charge. I wouldn't have even been that upset, (except that they waited until 3:30 on delivery day and gave me 15 minutes to respond) but then I looked into them more and found ALL of these scam reports, so now I'm BIG MAD. I had to text my sister and tell her at 4pm "Happy birthday-I swear I sent you flowers " So disappointing.

Bad company. Do not order from them. I ordered flowers for my mom's 92nd birthday on Monday for delivery in Wednesday morning between 9 to 10am.
They had not delivered by 11am. Called them, they said it was out for delivery. Mom still had not received by 3pm. I called again. Said delivery would be by 7pm. At 720pm still no delivery. My birthday present to my 92 year old mom was ruined. I even called 2 days before to make sure if delivery and I was told they would deliver between the 9am to 10am I had requested. They are liers. Finally at 815pm my mom called to say she just got the flowers. This is a really bad company. Spoiled a birthday present. Terry even states on their website that they deliver in 45minutes. It's a lie. Please don't be taken in by this company. Bad service and Bad customer service. I called at 7pm to let them know flowers had still not arrived and they were closed. I called this morning and they said they would make a note of it. Not even trying to make it right. They also said they don't guarantee delivery.

I called the shop on 2/4/21 and asked about having a birthday bouquet delivered and placed an order for an arrangement that was confirmed to consist of roses, sunflower, lilies and other colorful flowers befitting a birthday. I was reviewing the website for examples and was satisfied when I further confirmed that these blooms were available. I order flowers all the time and across the country so I know to confirm just because I know inferior substitutions may be made.
After all of my informaton was taken, my credit card was immediately charges while I was on the phone. Then, the order was read back to me for confirmation. Sured that I would receive an email receipt. I have never received a receipt. I called the shop twice, was kept on hold for over 5 minutes to be told first that they could not locate my order. Then, when I asked for a credit I was told that my order was on the truck for delivery. I waited for delivery confirmation from the recipient. What she received were filler flowers in a dollar store vase. 3 red carnations, the rest yellow daisies, babies breath and fern. Trader Joe's has better arrangements. I paid $50 for that!
I tried to contact the store and got the run around. I emailed *******@terrysflorist.com and once again was rold that they could not locate my order. Then, this morning 2/6 I get an email asking to refer to their substitution policy clearly posted on their website which states that substitutions may be made in the event that certain flowers are not available. This is the same policy I reviewed prior to placing the order and EXACTLY why I confirmed availability of the flowers I was ordering. I do this on a regualar basis for clients and relatives across the country.

Photos are attached is what I ordered vs. what was delivered. It's not so much the colors I object to (although I do) but there's not 1 rose or any other bloom that would warrant an equal value to the arrangement for which I paid.
This place have a horrible service, OVERALL RATING 0. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my husband on Valentine's Day. I told them to deliver it between 10am-10:30am they confirmed! I called my husband at around 12pm if he receive any delivery in his office and found out that the flowers was not yet delivered. Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
