Placed my order at 9:00am, was charged $15.99 service fee that I was completely unaware of until I got my order confirmation. No where in my order summary before I clicked submit was I told about this charge. Then at 3:15pm, I was called and told they wouldn't be able to complete my order due to supply issues. I asked for a refund and was immediately called back and notified that they would now be able to do it. At 5:30p I called to check status. Had no idea that I wasn't ordering local, I was routed to a call center who couldn't even tell me if my order left the shop and was in the delivery van. I asked for a refund, the rep was extremely rude, talked over the top of me, put me on hold and then came back on and said my order has been canceled and I'd be refunded. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
I pick same day shipping and order it earlier in the morning and was told it would be there by 7pm then called back for a update and was told it wouldn't be delivered today.
Ordered for friend going into hospital, flowers never arrived. I had to contact them later to realize it was never sent in the first place.

WE HAD ORDERED A DISH GARDEN FOR MY FATHER IN LAWS FUNERAL ON WEDNESDAY OCT 5 2022 AND THE FUNERAL WAS HELD ON FRIDAY OCT 7 AT 100. AT 130 THE FLOWERS WERE NOT THERE SO WE CALLED TERRYS WHO STATE THEY ARE A LOCA; FLORISTS. QUESS WHAT THEY ARE NOT THEY RUN OUT OF RED BANK, NJ VIA THE PHILIPINES. AT 145 THE DEAD FLOWERS ARRIVED. LITERALLY DEAD. I WAS SO EMBARRASSED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FUNERAL. I WAS HEARTSICK. YOU CANNOT REPAIR THE SHOCK AND DISPAIR OUR FAMILY FELT. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY. I Ordered for my moms 85th birthday. First pic is what I ordered. 2nd pic is what she got. Even the balloon was wrong. Couldn't be more angry that this is what they consider substitution.
I ordered a Delightfully Fresh Bouquet (Deluxe) for my Mom's birthday a day in advance. I was assured it will be delivered as described: pink roses, pink lilies, lime carnation, pink wax flower, etc. The disappointment started when I learned it was past 3pm but no flower has arrived. I called the 1-888 # and was told the arrangement was delivered at 2:30pm! After a few more calls, they said they will figure it out. My guess was the driver delivered the flowers to a wrong address and they only realized the error after I called them. Long story short, the flowers were delivered to my Mom at 5:50pm and the quality was nowhere near what I ordered! It was pathetic. What happened to the pink roses? Not worth the $ I paid for. I was expecting an apology, but instead I got a voicemail letting me know the flowers were delivered at 2:30pm, which is a big lie. They wouldn't even admit their error. By the way, I'm still waiting for an email receipt of my purchase even though my credit card was charged on day of purchase for $68.48. Buyers beware!
I ordered an arrangement for brother i law. His name was Joe. When we got to the service i walked in and saw the sash was supposed to read My Dear brother instead it read My Dear Brother Jenni. I was uot of my mind. The funeral director helped me and we cut off the name Jenni. Everyone was asking about Jenni. How embarassing!
I called customer service good luck with that. I e-mailed the company and they said to send a picture who the hell takes pictures at a funeral.No one i know of. Just a horrible experiance. Just HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE!
Seems to be a Scam. Can not contact them. Took money for Flower delivery and did not deliver. No resolution. Email of complant I sent them below: To Whom it may concern I order Valentine flowers for my Daughter as I have done since she was born 43yrs ago. I was sure to order in advance since Valentine's day is the busiest day of the year for flowers. So Tuesday the 11th I placed the order (below). Yesterday they were to be delivered. Late in the day I called for delivery states, only to be told you will not be able to make the delivery. The conversation I had with the call center was so frustration. All her responses, over and over again, were "I understand your frustration" I heard nothing about solving the problem or could not contact your shop. Additionally, I was look to do business with a local florist in Mullica Hill NJ. When I searched on the internet, you shop was listed as such. Your shop is in Red Bank 60 miles away. Deceiving. I am a business owner, and must say that this is no way to run a business! I would never stand for letting something like this to happen to a customer.

Valentines has come in 2022 and is gone! It is now the 15th nearly 4pm eastern and Terrys Florist still has not delivered flowers to my wife! Just try and reach out to customer service, good luck! They will place you on hold for the longest, what are we ordering here credit checks? These are flowers and i can not even get a simple update on where my purchase is?! This is simply ridiculous, this is not hard, its CUSTOMER SERVICE! So dissatisfied and just flat out disappointed! Honestly i could have gone to a local grocery store and just pucked some very nice flowers for half the price, but who doesn't like to receive flowers on a special day? So you pay more for a sevice and your given nothing more for double or triple your money. Terrys Florist is definitely not a customer service friendly place of business. Do not continue to support businesses that will make excuses and cant deliver while charging you absurd amounts of money. NEVER AGAIN. Bybthe way im still holding over 40 minutes! Flowers were not delivered. Got the run around when I called; had to contact my credit card issuer to cancel payment. Shame on them!
They are terrible! We ordered an arrangement that was shown on the web page for a funeral of a family member and received something totally different! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Ordered a funeral arrangement on Monday, with a delivery to the funeral home on Friday. Called Friday at noon to let me know that they could not make the arrangement I order, but would make a FLORISTS CHOICE that would be better then what I had ordered. Even went into detail which flowers they would be using on the new arrangement. Then about 3 hours later, a hour before it was suppose to be delivered they called to tell me that could not make the deliver and was sorry! They then proceeded to hang up on me, so I called back. After a 30 minute conversation and multiple "Supply Chain" claims she said she would make sure the arrangement was made and at the funeral home before the funeral, Well she called 5 minutes after the funeral started on Saturday to let me know that they could not make it happen. I told her that she promised to deliver a funeral arrangement to my Grand Mother and that I am 3000 miles away and I could not be there and this was my way of showing support and grief. SHE PROCEEDED TO HANG UP and then would not answer when I called back. Terry's Florist does not care at all about following through with their contracts and have the worst customer support, I will never use this company again and will never recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!
I am in Florida and wanted to send my niece flowers for her birthday. Looking on-line, Terrys made it sound like they were located in the town where my niece lives. Boy was I dupped! Order placed on 1/13/22 to be delivered on 1/14 because I knew they would be home. As of 4:30PM-no delivery. Contacted Terry's who stated "they were delivered at 4:07 PM". Called Terry's and spoke to someone who said they WERE delivered. I went back and forth until 7:00PM when the girl at Terry's, Niqua, said she would let her supervisor know and they would contact me. I called my credit card co and they said the order was pending and to call them back once the charge goes through and they will dispute.
Here it is Sunday, 1/16 and nothing... until 3:00PM when I received a pic of the delivered flowers from my niece. YIKES! They sucked. Looked nothing like the pic I ordered, not even close. I ordered Lavender and White flowers and they delivered a vase with a couple of not-quite-dead-yet orange roses thrown in the vase with some purple mums and a couple sprigs of lavender. I was mortified.
I sent a pic of what I ordered and what was delivered to Terry's and they responded that as per their ordering contract, they may substitute at any time. The person must have been color blind! They also said they would credit me half. BFD! This business must be stopped ASAP.
I live in another state and sent my bestie flowers for her birthday. They are absolutely gorgeous! I recommend their services.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: ONLINE SCAM. Do not order from these criminals. They take your money and claim "supply issue". Only a criminal would not honor the life of someone very loved by stealing money and not providing a product.
