DON"T BELIEVE THE 5 STARS ON THEIR website! THEY DON"T DESERVE 1 STAR! I ordered a New Baby Bouquet for my First Granddaughter and her Parents on Dec. 2,2020. It arrived yesterday and they sent me a picture and it looks nothing like the Bouquet I ordered! I called them today and they got back with me this evening! They said due to COVID they could change it as they wanted! She sent me copy of the terms & conditions! I ordered the DELUXE and it was a shoddy, messy, and subpar work on this arrangment!
Beware. SCAM company. They are NOT local like they pretend to me. They are a brokerage only. Ordered for a 91st birthday. Never arrived. Disappointment began. I called late that day to complaint. No answer. Okay, maybe closed for the day. They woke me up in California at 4:00 a.m. because they saw I called the night before. Now I know they are NOT local. I believe foreign company... say... China. All speak with an Asian dialect. She advised they would call me back after hearing my complaint. NO call back. When I wake up later, I call again... and again... and again... and again. I kept getting put on hold for lengthy periods of time. Blamed driver. They have NO driver. They are not here in USA. Last person I spoke with wanted me to talk to the Manager, after I was transferred to her as the Manager. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I finally turned from the nice person I am into the $#*! from hell. I said I wanted my money back... and that I would keep calling all day if I had to to get someone's attention. Okay, she says... you're in luck. My manager just approved refunding your money. I am supposed to get it refunded today and I should see it returned within 5-10 days. 5-10 days! Okay... so now I wait 5-10 days for something that is probably not going to really get refunded... and then I'll have to start a fraud report with my credit card company. PLEASE listen. I wish I had read these reviews before I got scammed. I'd add a photo of my order, but remember... it was never delivered!

I had called 3 times, first time they had told me flowers were delivered and it was a lie, I placed another call and I was told they were sorry for the misunderstanding. 3rd called and I got hanged up on the third called 3 hours later and nothing was delivered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FLORIST! YOU WILL GET DISSAPOINTED!
I ordered the PREMIUM Elegant Lavendar Bouquet which should have looked better than the DELUXE version in the second photo below. What they delivered is shown in the first photo. It was neither PREMIUM nor Elegant nor Lavendar. Wrong flowers, wrong vase. I sent an email demanding a replacement which they never answered. I called them and was told that only Managers could take complaints, but that Managers did not take phone calls. I called back and ask to speak to Terry directly. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then a Manager picked up, asked me my name and order number, then hung up on me. I am going to call the cops, or an attorney, or probably both. Terry's Florist has not heard the last from me!
UPDATE: I found these guys by searching Google for Florists near Fort Washington MD. I just learned they are actually located at 75 West Front St in Red Bank NJ. They don't have a physical presence anywhere near Fort Washington MD, they're just an Internet front operation handing off orders to other florists - and doing a poor job of it.

I ordered on a Wednesday and they didn't deliver on Thursday or couldn't do it on Thursday. They blamed their supplier and simply asked if I wanted a refund.

Save yourself the hassle of being let down after ordering from this company. We ordered Mother's Day flowers a week in advance from them, and they were scheduled to arrive that Saturday. After they didn't arrive Saturday, we spent 8 hours on the following Sunday trying to get in touch with them via phone call - No luck. We were finally able to get ahold of them on Monday, only for them to say "Oh, yeah. We canceled that order. Sorry." with NO NOTICE - No phone call, no email, no text message. Nothing - And they didn't even issue a refund to us. What an interesting and illegal way to run a business. When I asked what they would be doing to resolve the issue, they said "We're sorry, there's nothing that we can do since the order was canceled" when I wasn't the one who canceled the order. I asked to speak to a manager and the gentleman said "Sorry, there's no managers on site and we can't get ahold of them so that's not possible." He then just stopped speaking, went through 5 minutes of silence and him not responding to my questions, and then he hung up on me. Wish I could make this up. DO. NOT. DO. BUSINESS. WITH. THESE. PEOPLE.
I don't know if this place is even in Downers Grove? The phone service is in New Jersey. My order never made it! I called and they kept saying the flowers are on the truck, but we can't contact the truck. Horrible Customer Service. No one knew anything about my order.

The "premium" arrangement I ordered for a friend's special birthday was a huge disappointment. They did not respond to my complaint.
I wish I read these reviews before i placed an order, My daughter inlaw just got her BSN in Nursing and wanted to surprise her with an arrangement of flowers and some balloons, received a call that due to supply issue and the quality of flowers that arrived today they weren't good, ok - was told can send something else ok that is fine what will you send? Well I'm not sure as I am not the florist well my order was just under a $100 so I want to know what is comparable well I don't know- I would like to speak with the florist or manager - I can't transfer you they are busy, maybe someone will can call you later... or i refund your money- ok then just refund my money- in approximately 3-5 business you will see your Refund- WHAT? Hold my funds hostage because they can't deliver or give me a comparable product or let me speak with someone or have someone call me back- Maybe is not an answer. I understand due to supply shortages, etc. everyone is experiencing issue but seriously, if you have an employee call with the news they can't deliver what you ordered at least have some answers and options that are available or make yourself available to discuss what you have or can do.
I just received flowers for my anniversary however what my husband ordered and what i just received are not even close to the same bouquet. When I reached out to Terry's flowers about the issue they simply told me that substitutions were allowed due to COVID. Not sure how covid comes into play with flowers. I can understand sometimes the flower substitution happens, however the vase wasn't even close to the same. My husband purchased it because he liked the vase and I didn't even receive the right vase. The picture online even says "as shown" so if you could not replicate that then why are you selling that arrangement. Talk about false advertisement. Not even a curtiosity call because of the vase substitution was made. I have included the picture of the arrangement purchased, the arrangement received, and the email confirmation that clearly states "as shown" in terms of what was being ordered. Be ware when ordering from Terry's flowers that what you order and pay for will probably not be what is received.
I ordered flowers at (9am) for a funeral which was to take place the following day. The flowers were to be delivered by no later than 10am the following day. Terry's florist promised delivery. No problem we can do this. The morning of the funeral they called me at 930 am to say that they could not complete delivery for that time. Then then asked me if they could deliver it to the home? I said my friend passed away and she is not at home she is at the funeral parlor. UNREAL> THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST. THEY DESERVE A ZERO STARS. DO NOT USE THEM PEOPLE.
I ordered a plant on 11/18/21 and was promised delivery on the 11/20/21 for a funeral. What a disappointment! They never came EMBARRASSED and will never use this service again!
Ordered flowers 2/15 to be delivered same day. Got text that driver had COVID, no deliveries. They refunded the money, so I tried to re-order for 2/26 delivery date... enough time to recover right? Well, 2/26 didn't get delivered, now the truck broke down. Set to deliver 3/1. It's now 3/2, still no delivery. Not even waiting for an excuse as to why this time after 4 reps promised it would be delivered 3/1. Now on hold to get the order cancelled and get my money back as the flowers are now a week old. **Update, off hold. They can't get ahold of their driver to figure out why the flowers weren't delivered yesterday - they are trying to reach them to see what happened. IF... the flowers are out for "delivery" again - I can't get my refund... if they are NOT out for "delivery" they will refund my money and cancel the "delivery" They also will not tell me how long to expect a call back from them. Believe that I will be calling every hour until it's resolved...

I ordered a basket for a funeral. On the day of the funeral, florist called and canceled the order. They said that they didnt have anything "fresh" to replace it with.
I ordered for my daughters 25th today, first she told me the arrangement was more than they listed on site, then she all the audden found it when I quoted the website, then they never even delivered the arrangement! They suck! It was my daughters 25th and I will absolutely make sure they get the worst review on every site I can post! Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
