A friend of mine ordered flowers for our friend in TN. We paid $75.00 dollars to get yellow roses and white carnations. When they were delivered, they looked horrible and looked like they came from a supermarket. They did not have not one yellow rose and not one carnation. I would never order from them again. Don't waist your money with this florist!
I ordered a deluxe bouquet which is the one always pictured on the site, they omitted at least two different types of flowers, most importantly the blue ones on a bouquet called "BLUE brilliance "! Shame on you.
I've never had such an experience like this before and I hope to tell any future customers of Terry's the truth. This is a total rip-off company. I just got billed over $84 for a bouquet of 6 flowers. Their explanation... there is a shortage of flowers because of Covid. Please use anyone else but this horrible excuse for a flower delivery company.
No one was at home when flowers were delivered. Left them in freezing snow outside even though there was a note from another florist already on the door that they left their flowers next door so they wouldn't freeze.
Can you give 0 stars? This place delivered flowers sub par to grocery store flowers. I also ordered additions to be added to the flowers that were not included in the delivery! Very poor quality! I am embarrassed to say I paid 90.00 for the photo attached. Very disappointing
Unfortunately these reviews don't show when you search for local flower shops. They are absolutely terrible. Their website says Family owned and operated and they show up as a local flower shop but they aren't. They have no control over their drivers and delivery. They falsely show lower prices and free shipping and then add a service fee! My delivery still hasn't arrived! I was on hold forever and then the customer service representative hung up on me.
I ordered 5 days early. Flowers never arrived on important day. I talked to staff twice that day. They assured me they would be delivered. They were on the truck. Never happened. Now I can't get my phone calls answered (I'm left on hold). I have to file with my bank to try and get my money back.
You may add me to the list! HORRIBLE! This us what I ordered and this is what was sent. I even paid extra to "upgrade" the arrangement. In addition, I asked for a picture of the funeral arrangement before it was sent out. They said afterwards that they were "too busy". I'm so embarrassed by what they sent!
Got roses. They called next day, out of the color i ordered. Settled for different. They arrived in full bloom, pedals fell off the next day. Would not refund my money. Stay the hell away from these dishonest florist.
There is no Terry, they are not local, it's a scam. When you call you get a bull$#*! call center and the delivery never shows up. I bought flowers for a little girls first communion and they just didn't showed up.
My mistake was I did not read the reviews first before ordering here. A big big stupid mistake. First off they are not local in your area but they pretend to be. The flower arrangement and the amount of flowers of what you paid was totally disappointing and totally embarrassing.( Almost 200 dollars) Of course we do not see how it looks until we went there and saw for myself. They are not trustworthy!
What out! You search for a florist and they pop up. They pay big bucks to Yahoo and Google so they can steal from you. Like many other reviews they don't deliver the flowers. Custom service does not exist.
Had to call at least 10 times to make sure the order was done correctly they didn't have what was online and the whole experience was awful don't recommend it to anyone. Customer service had no idea when given the order number as how to handle my requests had to put me on hold for half an hour with no comforting response my overall experience with this florist was bad real bad and this was my first and last time using them ever.
I was very disappointed in the recent purchase of an arrangement for a co- worker who had a family loss. For the $66 ( not including delivery) price I could have bought multiple bouquets from the grocery store! I am beyond disappointed.
I just received a call, on the day my delivery was supposed to be made, stating that there is a supply shortage and that my arrangement would not be delivered to my mother-in-law at all. I ordered these flowers over a week ago, and they gladly took my money ($97) and now I am left 2 days before Mother's Day with no way to send my mother-in-law flowers. Do not order from this company.
As many of the reviews say, ruined a day and scam people. Never received the flowers for a big amount of money. They don't have customer service and will not help you or refund anything. Just save yourself the worst time and don't order with them.
I purchased flowers here for a sick friend. She spent an extra day in the hospital so I was not home. They left the flowers with a neighbor even though they are new to the area and do not know their neighbors. We hunted down the neighbor and got her flowers but I was extremely disappointed in the quality of the arrangement especially for the price and look nothing like what was advertised. I called to complain about the delivery the manager was supposed to call I never did. I am beyond disappointed
Ordered an arrangement from Carlsbad location for nephew's funeral. The arrangement did not arrive. They took no responsibility and didn't even apologize. On hold with customer service for 45 minutes with no resolution. It took them 20 minutes to even find the order. I finally hung and will work with my credit card company. Unacceptable.
I ordered the Clouds of Heaven bouquet for a funeral service for $124.99, plus $15 for delivery. This arrangement consists of mostly lilies and roses. What was sent was completely different. There were no lilies at all and there was one rose. The bouquet consisted of mostly daisies and expired flowers that I cannot identify. I am embarrassed that this bouquet arrived to the funeral home with my name on it. When I contacted Terry's to air my grievance, they informed me of their 'substitution policy.' They are refunding me $31.24. This does not begin to compensate for the haphazard bouquet that they sent.
I live out of State and ordered flowers from their website for a delivery in North Kingstown, RI. I selected a bouquet and asked for same day delivery. I was told it would be delivered, the listed price was $59.99 but they immediately charged my cc $90. I noticed that they did not have an actual location of their store so called them back and asked them. They made up some address and when I checked it out it was bogus. They then told me that it would NOT be delivered today due to supply chain issue, I asked what other flowers they had in stock and they told me that they were completely out of stock. I cancelled my order but they said they could not credit my cc for another day or more. So I notified my CC. They will deal with the company.

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
Answer: ONLINE SCAM. Do not order from these criminals. They take your money and claim "supply issue". Only a criminal would not honor the life of someone very loved by stealing money and not providing a product.
