They rip you off, do not deliver flowers and take your credit card info. Everyone knows this and has complained to Google who takes their business which is another crime.

I ordered an arrangement via this company, only to have something delivered that was not what I ordered, and no where even remotely comparable to what I was supposed to receive. When contacted, they were in no way professional in anyway. They would not resend the correct order that I paid for. I did select what was as AVAILABLE. I would never recommend this place to anyone, nor will they ever receive my business again. They had the choice to make it write. By sending me a They choose to push back and take zero responsibility. Shameful.
I picked the bouquet I wanted from the online site. I paid $10.00 extra to have the bouquet "full". What my relative received was not pretty and full like the online picture. Even the vase was different and there was no ribbon on the vase like in the picture. I paid close to $80.00 to get and average unimpressive bouquet. I called to complain. They said too bad, they have a substitution policy where if they don't have what you ordered that day, they just send your loved one something different, without telling you! After complaining, they took off $15.00. I was so embarrassed for what they sent my family member. I would definitely NOT recommend this florist.
This was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a "florist". They delivered 3 arrangements 2.5 hours late for a funeral service! The arrangements were marginal at best and had no cards attached. I had to email and call numerous times trying to track down the delivery. A complete nightmare.
This place acts like total scammers. First they said they would be late, then next day because they ran out of flowers, then their "delivery driver was sick" so no delivery. There is something very wrong with this business. And cust svs sounds like it is out of country.
I ordered flowers yesterday for delivery yesterday and they were not delivered. They called/messaged my wife whom the flowers were for, when she try to call them back she had to leave a message that still hasn't been returned! I've been on phone for 20+ minutes most of that on hold.
I ordered some pink Rose's and got a total different set of flowers. They won't even have someone who has the ability to get it done right call me and said that I have to pay more for a redelivery

We ordered an arrangement from this company and had several issues. They advertise 40% and same day delivery if order is placed before 2pm. We did not receive the discount and the flowers were not delivered. We contacted them twice and they guaranteed they would be delivered that day. We then went into a holiday weekend and when I contacted them again on Monday, they said they attempted delivery on Saturday. The recipient checked her Ring Camera and it did not show anyone with a flower delivery. Terry's Florist wanted to deliver on Monday, but we requested a refund because it was too late. We will not order from them again.
Unreal! Scam! You go to the website & spend time choosing flowers, fill in all the card info, address, etc. It takes your order & confirms. Then you receive a phone call later with someone telling you they no longer do flower deliveries & will refund the money to your card in 3-5 days! Who do I report this to?
I ordered a bouquet for my sister & was told it would be delivered the same day. The flowers never showed up, and I had to call the next day to find out what happened. The man on the phone told me it was a "supply issue," and they went ahead and canceled my order without even telling me! Get your $#*! together, Terry's. You're an embarrassment.
I was trying to make a gesture to my soon to be wife and send her a bouquet a month before the wedding in our wedding colors (burgundy and blue). I didn't see what I needed on the website so I called to see if a special order was possible. Associate said "no problem, we'll have you purchase the Fall Harvest bouquet" and change the colors. I looked up what she was telling me and saw lilies in the default bouquet. I told her those were a no go due to a severe allergy in our household. She said, no problem, I'll make a note to remove them. What was delivered was the default bouquet (orange, purple, and red). None of the wedding colors are in the bouquet. Also, lilies still in the bouquet. They went straight in the trash to avoid triggering an allergic reaction. I'm livid at their lack of concern or attention. What a disgraceful company.
My fiance ordered two bouquets to send to his two teen daughters for Valentine's Days so they will always have a Valentine. He ordered the Blushing Love and the European Romance Bouquet because one likes pink and the other purple. What they received looked like a hodge-podge of leftover flowers. My fiance is so disappointed. I was appalled when he showed me the pictures of what he ordered and what the girls received. He called and sent pictures to this company but we have not received any return response. Looking at the picture of the two arrangements, we can't tell there is any color scheme whatsoever. They didn't even get the messages on the two cards correct by placing both names on both cards. I wish we had seen these reviews prior to spending this kind of money for vases and bouquets we could have bought at the dollar store.
Ordered this for my sisters birthday. The arrangement came with no orchids at all and 5 days early! Emailed to complain and they just said look at the policy flowers can be in and out of season. I think if something is called "orchids" then they should have at least have one flower in arrangement that the name is after. The first photo is what I thought I ordered and the 2nd one is what she received. This company will just do whatever they want no matter what the description of their flowers are or the picture.
I ordered flowers for a funeral and like almost everyone here, they never arrived. They told me over the phone that they were located in the city I was having them delivered to which was a lie. When I asked for the address they hung up on me. I asked for cancellation 30 minutes after placing the order and they said it was not their policy…they emailed me that the arrangement had been delivered, but when I told them I knew for a fact that they didn't arrive I was told they were sorry and there had been some confusion. Apparently they didn't deliver them and I would get a credit in 3-5 business days….charge is still pending and I have already been to my bank and been issued s new card. How disappointing. I should have read the reviews first.
This florist claims no delivery fee, and although the flowers were a little more expensive than other florists, it would be worth while if there was in fact no delivery fee. They don't charge a delivery fee HOWEVER they do charge a $15 service fee. When I asked the person I was ordering from about this, he said it was to ensure the flowers were delivered fresh. Sounds like a delivery fee to me! I cancelled my order because of their misleading advertisement.
I ordered Flowers for my daughter in laws birthday May 3rd 2021 was told specifically they would be delivered in afternoon called them 5 times pretty rude the flowers got there at almost 6:30 they emailed me the day of my order and they said by noon. Will never recommend or use them again. My son ordered flowers same day for same address his got there at the same time as mine. Both of us so disappointed never again
They charge me $95 for these roses without any kind of green leaves on the rose. I tried calling and talking to someone for the last past three days I got a hold of a manager yesterday she was pretty rude and hang up the phone on me after calling me a liar
I paid 90 $ for flowers to be sent to my mother and the flowers that were delivered were nothing near what I ordered. I also added a box of chocolates to be delivered and those were never delivered. It's impossible to get in contact with them because all the numbers send me to an automated message. Will never purchase from them again This 'service' is a scam.
We order the plant for my mother in law's birthday. The day it was supposed to be delivered I received a text message from Joseph saying that the warehouse was unable to deliver flowers, which I didn't even order flowers I ordered a plant. He's very sorry but he will be refunding my money. That does me a lot of good the day of her birthday. Beware stay away! Terrible business! They FAILED!
This company needs to be reported to the better business bureau. Advertises as a local florist and they are not. Never delivered my flowers. Was on hold for a half an hour and they hung up. Called again - on hold for 20 minutes and then they hung up. Infuriated that flowers were not delivered for someone who lost their mother. Shameful what they are doing - I didn't read the reviews beforehand - BUYER BEWARE!

Answer: Exactly, not only do they swap flowers but also the vase. A completely different product gets shipped than what they have on their website. They point to policy that they can swap whatever they feel is of equivalent value and are currently using Covid as an excuse.
