I don't mind them substituting, but I paid extra to have a nice full professional looking bouquet. The one that was sent was scraggly and wilted. I had asked for a photo to be texted before delivery. They refused. They advertised free delivery but did not mention $15 service fee. It's a surprise that you get with the bill.
What you order and what you get will be completely different. I actually got the paperwork that was sent to the actual florist and if is nothing like what is specified on the website or the arraignment that you are ordering. STAY AWAY, and just reach out to a local florist. Advertised flowers vs. the 4 with filler that were received.
Ordered flowers for my sister's Retirement. Flowers were never delivered and they said they had to investigate. Total poor business sense and horrific customer service. They are beyond terrible. They should be investigated by the BBB. Total sham. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered flowers on Wednesday 3-29-23 for same day delivery. Got a call from the florist asking if they could deliver on Thursday. Ok, no problem. Friday 3-31, I asked the recipient if they received the flowers and to my surprise, NO, they did not receive them. I called on Friday, gave them my order number then they left me on hold over 20 mins. Now when I call, no one answers the phone. Dishonest florist. Take your business elsewhere.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are bogus! You do not get what you order! Not even close! Turn them into the Better Business Bureau... they need to be removed from the internet! Do not sit quietly and let them continue ripping people off! Oh, and free shipping is included with a 15.00 handling fee! It's BS 100 percent! This operation is a disgrace!
I ordered the deluxe version of this arrangement in the morning yesterday for my employer who had just lost her grandmother. I received the bouquet at work in the evening when we were about to close and she had already left for the day. There was a dirty white ribbon tied around the vase, the vase was half filled with dirty water. I tried to call them, but no answer. I emailed them and finally got an answer this morning; they will give me a refund of $15 for the dirty ribbon and late delivery. They also sent me their terms and conditions policy. This arrangement cost $109.00! Wow. Will be taking this up with my bank. I would rather give them back their sorry arrangement. I ended up ordering another bouquet from Freytag's and they were delivered at noon - gorgeous arrangement! NEVER USING TERRY'S FLORIST AGAIN!
Went to Warren's florist and they had no purple. Went online and only used Terry's because they said they were in Bridgton. We have some new boutiques and thought they might be in one. Pink was mentioned as a under no circumstances use. Flower differences okay.NOT COLOR. So when Warren's flowers delivered these they knew it would not be acceptable. They will be donated.
I would not recommend this florist to anyone. They do not keep their promise on delivery and find all kinds of excuses for being late. Families are inconvenienced when deliveries are not done as promised since funeral homes are not giving enough time for visitations (that's not the florist fault). However, upon confirming with the florist the date, time and place for delivery - they still FAILED. The rating should be 1/2 a point.
So dissatisfied with my Aunt's spray was extremely disappointing and looked nothing like it was supposed to. I should have taken a picture at the viewing and funeral but with all that going in, it didn't cross my mind. They would not do anything unless I had a picture. Very sad and 180.00 out the door.
Don't buy flowers for any hospital from this scam site. They take your money, then don't deliver the flowers. If you call their "help" line they leave you on hold for 45 minutes, then hang up. When you call back, and do get a person, they lie to you about calling back with an answer. It has been one week since the non-delivery, no call and still a charge on my credit card. Scam site.
I purchased a little medium dish of plants. It was 9" in diameter. When I asked about the offer of 40% off, I was told that the prices online were the already reduced prices. A $16 delivery fee was also added to my bill and my cost for this item was $70.
My flower order was wrong flowers, wrong pot, wilted flowers within 24 hours; complained to company and the refunded 30 of my 80 dollars despite their failure to get great flowers to my mom for her 80th! They will not discuss this minimal refund further. Horrible business model. Do not order from here.
Ordered flowers for a sick friend got a phone message that said because of an inventory problem they could not fill my order and would issue a refund that would take 3 to 5 business days to credit back to my account. They never did and told me to contact my bank.
I ordered big sunflowers, a new baby boy balloon and a stuffed animal bear! They delivered cheap carnations of Valentine's dog stuffed animal and a balloon with a star on it and then would not do anything to rectify the situation! They stated they are local florist which is evidently a lie!
The arrangement they sent looked nothing like the one we ordered. They filled it with the cheapest filler flower you can find, babies breath. I would NEVER send someone babies breath, especially not for $80.
Great flowers but the delivery service is horrific. Anniversary flowers arrived at 8:15 pm on the night of the anniversary. Keep in mind I ordered these 2 full days prior to the delivery date. There is no "Terry" or her "partner". This is a made up site, offshore no doubt as when you call customer service good luck understanding. Bing bong Ching Chong. The actual florist used was 2 minutes from my house. Trouble is Terrys. They are a slipshod company with horrible customer service. Use 1-800 flowers or FTD. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I googled florist in N. Andover Ma. I called this place asked several time if they were an actual florist in town. I placed an order they said could be delivered same day. Paid, hung up and then phone call they didn't have a driver. Next day I called to make sure these were young 1 Kona as out, assured they would get there. My friend has been struggling a little lately and I needed these to get there. They never arrived, I called the next day and was told no one was home. A lie because she is teaching from home and the kids have school at home. They did deliver the flowers and they were nothing like I paid for. She was happy but they are a call center and send orders out. I will never ever order from here again. I would never recommend them and if they weren't so unscrupulous should have let me cancel my order on day 2.
Do not waste your time. I planned for something nice for my daughter and ordered an arrangement first thing in the morning. At 3:30 received a text they don't have the flowers and will not be doing the delivery. No offer for a replacement. Turned something that was supposed to be nice into a horrible experience. I purchased flowers in 1/4/22 that cost 712.00 for my father in laws funeral. They charged my card the same day. They never delivered them for His funeral on the 15th. The tried saying they ran out of Inventory when I finally got through. Ok how about call me or send an email so I can make other arrangements? After looking into terrys florist on line today I have come to find out they are complete scammers. Will charge you and you will never hear from them again! I am personally going to sue them for this… they messed with the wrong girl. I am an attorney and I will go through the end of the earth to make sure they pay for what they did today. They are disgusting scammers!
I ordered three arrangements for a big event, and purposely selected those that were listed as available that day. After numerous phone calls from this florist throughout the delivery day to ask about substitutions, confirm address, and to ask questions that I'd already answered in the call 5 minutes prior - they informed me at the end of the day that they had no flowers and cancelled the delivery. It was too late for me to go to another florist, so I spent the day waiting for delivery and ended up with nothing. I don't think this florist actually has flowers; they must go out and try to shop after taking an order. Worst experience with a florist I've ever had. Beware!
