I've ordered 3 times from Temu and they always indicate my items shipped right away. This is deceptive as they will print the label and just not ship it for a week(ish). Also, they kind of bait and switch their descriptions of items so be careful. You may think you are getting 20 of something for a low price, by the description, but you need to watch out because they often have a quantity selection box and that 2$ 20pc set will often be way higher. Just be cautious when ordering and don't get your hopes up that it'll be what you were expecting. I ordered a set of crimping pliers with ferrules and only the ferrules arrived. The description clearly says pliers and ferrules. I was promptly refunded but never received the pliers and had to order them separately.

Most of the items are junkie. Especially the jewelry, the adage "you get what you pay for" is dire with this site. You can find some neat deals if you are willing to sift through all the junk...and there's a lot of it. Mostly low quality, poorly made items that reel bargain hunters in and then winds up in the garbage can or donation box in less than a year...stay clear of jewelry, and any items that you want quality in. I was switching careers and needed office lunch boxes, coffee tumblers, and items for my car for an hour commute in the morning and was able to score some great finds...just don't get stuck. This site is the equalivent of the "claw machine" before the Walmart parking lot.

I had three orders w a temu of about 60 items - one order was many socks to give to a local homeless shelter. Other orders were for misc items for house, car, clothing, kitchen etc.
Every aspect of doing business via their app was totally satisfactory. No problems, no glitches.
Great technology to track items and return as well. I had one of three sweatshirts I ordered that I just didn't like the style so I requested to return it. I instantly got an email telling me that I would get a credit on my PayPal (which I did in two days) and to keep, give away or recycle the product. No need to return.
Everything was legit and easy to do business with. Their prices are very low and you just need to recognize that shipping, if from china, takes some time. My longest wait was less than two weeks. The quality of the 3 sweatshirts and dozens of socks was fine.
So I was wrong. I thought that if it was too good to be true it's not true. Well it's true.

I am a new customer and have had an awful experience with this company. They cancel every order I make! I keep making orders and they keep canceling them. I have confirmed with my bank that the issue is most definitely on their end. I've never had such a ridiculous shopping experience in my life. I called customer service 4 times this week. They were no help and gave inaccurate information. I spoke with a supervisor who was no better. I was supposed to get a call from the escalation team, but they keep calling the wrong phone number despite me giving the correct number to CS numerous times. Every time I call CS tells me everything is good with my orders and then they randomly get canceled by Temu a few hours later. No one there seems to be competent enough to help or even know what is going on. This is by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had in my life. Total incompetency.

I ordered some items on this app and my packages were missing and temu wasn't responsible to refund for the packages. So be careful if you order something and they missing because nobody is going to be responsible for you money. They told me to contact the carrier but they also told me to contact the sales person and at the end nobody was responsible and I lost my money. So sad for this app.

I had read the bad reviews, and then there were a few good ones. So I looked and found so many reasonable priced items that I figured why the hell I will try them. My main items purchased were hair clips and dog clothes. The dog clothes were some of the exact ones on ebay and soo soo very much cheaper. One of the dog clothes I had just ordered from a lady on ebay and it arrived and was absolutely adorable. So when I found the exact picture of the item I had just bought for 11.00 and Temu had it for 1.88 I thought why not order more dog items and see. So I did and I am so very happy I did. I got 7 outfits for what would have cost me 70.00 or more on ebay or amazon. I paid 12.00. The hair clips are the big claw ones that you get at Walmart for 7 or 8 dollars. I gave 88 cents. Yes 88 cents. Some were in the dollar range. But they are well made and heavy claw clips. So I would say why not try a few of their items. I did and am happy I did. I can save so much money. You may wait a week or two for delivery but to save this much I will plan ahead for when I need the items and get them early. Until I have a bad experience which I don't really see happening as they update you daily of the progress of the shipment including when the items are on their flight to the US and then on to Jamica NY to the customs facility to then be transferred to USPS for delivery.Please try this. I did not do it on their app, I did it on the computer and have had no problems.

I was asked to verify my account by sending in photo of last 4 of my card did that. They were unable to verify. Then they wanted a photo of my card statement. Hell no it was my bank statement!

At this writing it has been 4 days since I called about wrong items that were sent to me. The day I called I was told a ticket was created and a supervisor would reach out in 24 hrs. Everyone knows that is a lie. So I reach out via FB messenger. Only to be told that they are urging customer service to reach out and be patient. Day 3 nothing. Today is day 4 and I have heard from no one. They still have my money and I still don't have the correct items. 4 days is too long for a supervisor to reach out and see if they can reship my order. I have never encountered such horrible customer service. I am done shopping with Temu.

I placed an item in my cart and went to checkout. The price of the item went from $6.99 to 37.99. I called customer service which was a total waste of 30 minutes I will never get back. I was actually told by the representative to order the item at the higher price and call back after I receive it for a payment "adjustment". He stated if they denied the adjustment to send the item back for a full refund. I couldn't believe how ridiculous the customer service rep was. No supervisors available. He first tried to tell me that the promotion had ended and that's why the price was higher. That might have worked but the item was still listed at the sale price on their website. Totally trying to rip people off. I've ordered one other time and I am waiting for that order. I will be sending it right back to them. To many places to shop to deal with a company with deceitful practices.

Are the things cheap? Yes. Are the things cheaply made? Sometimes. But the value is there especially if you like to shop and not spend a lot of money. I placed a small order first to see if it was a scam. Since then I have placed an order about every 4 or 5 days. I really enjoy being able to get things for my teenage grandkids at a great price.

They sell really cheap quality stuff for way too much also counterfeit games etc. When you contact them about certain items they give you a $5 credit towards the purchase if new items not worth the time or the wait glad I used paypal

I thought this was too good to be true because of the product pricing.
I found that yhe products are pretty good quality and the price is amazing. So far everything I ordered has been in good condition, it takes a little bit ·longer to get the porridge product.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
