Absolutely fraud and don't even think of falling into their trap at all. It's such a bunch of fraudsters who either sell defective non functional products or even to make it more worse they even don't have any customer service. Also these days to "cut the cost" they have eliminated customer service person and started a method where you are compelled to CREATE A TICKET and then after few follow ups the ticket gets closed without any sort of resolution with some predrafted messages. In short it's such a total fraud platform where you'll surely be running into troubles and hassles and Ofcourse your hard earned money is at a stake. Be aware buyers don't fall in trap of any flaw looking discounts or spinning wheels or any other foolish concepts they have on their marketplace. It's all basically a trap to get your money in lieu of their crappy defective stuffs and to make it worse they even won't sent them/meaning you even won't receive it. If you read all the complaints here most of them are for non receipt of goods. So stay away and never even think of visiting or buying anything from here.

Hello,

I've been struggling with your service for several weeks now.

Following my order 3 parcels were sent and only 2 were received and signed for.

I have contacted the delivery service and they tell me that the parcel has been delivered, but I have not received or signed for anything and they are unable to give me a name or signature.

Then I contacted your support team, who are absolutely unwilling to help me.

I've opened several files and always get the same response from Jessica, who doesn't even read my messages and sends me a written message and closes the box each time.

After that, I opened a PayPal file to push your service to act, but that didn't work at all.

PayPal are asking me to lodge a complaint against you, which I find very excessive, so I've closed the file.

Now, after cancelling my PayPal dispute, I contact the service again and they give me the same messages again.

No actions was taken and I'm still try to be heard by the chat support.

I've lost my money and Temu support won't help me.

Shopping is fun again! Almost

I love this website. I know what I can expect from cheap prices and I am governed accordingly. I have bought kitchen gadgets, utensils, cat toys, picture frames, purses, shoes, brassieres and clothing. Customer service is great.
But really what I need to talk about here is the fabric/material that the clothes are made of. In particular a really adorable dress that is supposed to be 100% polyester. Washing directions say wash delicate, warm water, inside out, gentle detergent. Do not machine dry or iron.
Ok the dress came terribly creased from Temu. I tried "wrinkle release" spray but it didn't help at all, which surprised me since it has always worked in the past. So I washed it. Not a single crease came out. Next I will try ironing it carefully.
My complaint is- don't sell things that can't be worn!
I have complained to Temu customer service and they are supposedly contacting the manufacturer -A and B.
It's a shame though. If it wasn't for this particular dress I would have no complaints at all.
If I have to take it to a dry cleaner to be pressed I will send Temu the bill!
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

CROOKS!

This place is garbage! They have lost our order not once but TWICE! The first time, instead of a refund, we just had them re send the order that got lost! This second time it got lost the lady that was "helping" is CLOSED our ticket and wouldn't re send the order OR refund the almost $80 f'n dollars that we paid! I am BEYOND pissed off! That is NOT ok and that is NOT "customer service!" We will not be using this garbage $#*! site anymore! The Jessica lady also stated that the package did indeed get delivered to the right address when I was NOT or we wouldn't be having this issue right now! You can clearly see in the picture I sent that she was NO HELP AT ALL and practically told us to go F ourselves! I will do everything in my power to get my FULL REFUND! Like I said, CROOKS!

Don't Trust Them!

I previously had good experiences with Temu despite other reviews. Items always arrived on time and returns were easy...however...do not trust them whatsoever with any rush shipping services or when you need something by a certain time. I paid an extra $13 for EXPEDITED shipping at Christmas time as I needed a few items by the specific date that was promised by paying for the extra shipping. After a week of the item not moving at all, all they do is continue to say, "wait, wait, wait". Every single time I contact them, I get another wait message and we're checking on it and will get back to you. I've heard the same thing for nearly a week now and so despite paying extra for an item to be sent RUSH by Fedex, they don't care and didn't send it after all. My items were either never shipped at all since Fedex states they never received the package or else it was lost, but they are just refusing to do anything about it for an extended period of time.
Very unhappy with the customer service, or lack thereof provided by Temu and I will be filing a chargeback with my credit card company, since they only thing that they offer is a credit for another purchase on their site which doesn't help if I refuse to do business with them any longer.
I was willing to give Temu a shot considering their attempts at trying to sell and provide good service to the US, but they ruined that and just don't care about customers, their money or their needs. Shameful!

Several times I have ordered and atleast 4 times received damaged or missing goods. I am an honest, understanding person and am willing to return the damaged items for them to better examine, but they expect me to print return label & set up ups pickup. Not my job. They get paid to do this. They say: What you have gone through is equally as unacceptable to us as it is to you. And I truly regret to inform you that we are unable to process a refund request at this time for this order. I understand this is not the message you wanted to hear and it must be disappointing given that you didn't get to use it. We take customer satisfaction very seriously here at Temu and we hope for a better next order. I don't own a printer like who does? I live in a small rural community too. They say: Typically, you can print the return label at UPS or USPS for free. If you are charged extra for printing labels at the office, you can contact us to resolve the issue for you after you mail the package back. Basically repeating which that's how you know it is NOT a live person ever!

I have been shopping with Temu for quite some time now. When I first started on Temu back in January there was way less emphasis on inviting all your friends. You earned coupons by spending and earned free gifts that way as well. It has become pretty uncomfortable to use as it's like virtual Mary Kay always making you try to invite to your friends and family to sign up. While I hate that aspect that is not the issue that made me inclined to leave this review, it is the customer service.

I have had little to no reason to contact customer support up until now. Inside one of their games Fishland, you can earn cash back when you purchase. It said I earned an exclusive deal to earn 50% back on select items up to $100. So I filled my cart all the way to $98 back, made the purchase and thought everything would fall into place as it should.

This morning I looked and it says I am only earning 5% back on the purchase. I immediately reached out to customer service, they were incredibly slow to respond up to 8-9 minutes between responses. After all of that waiting she informed me there was nothing she would do and created a "ticket" for me so someone else could look further into it. Oh and they wanted a screen shot of it saying 50% back which of course I do not have since I just assumed the app would work like it's supposed to. It feels like they will do anything to get you to purchase including lie about sales/cash back rewards. I learned my lesson, so I have screenshots of the entire conversation to back up what I'm explaining.

I lowkey hate my friend for telling me about this app because i basically scroll through it all day everyday but its kinda hard not to when you can find literally EVERYTHING on it its like whatever i need i just find myself opening Temu and scrolling through everything i basically treat it as my go-to shopping app even if i'm just window shopping lol the best part is that i can make my orders build up my orders til they reach the $99 free express shipping so my orders get here faster

Since 14/9/2023 driver is not attempting to deliver the package and is taking back to their facility by saying that recipient is not available, I know that driver is playing game, one day he was delivered my package to building number 10, where I live at building number 25, he called me and asked me to come down at building number I asked him what is the address is on package, he said building number 25, then why he's trying to deliver at building number 10, so he vanished my package and sells outside, I called customer service and she tried to contact him on the phone, but he didn't answer as per CSR. Guys be careful with Chinese company and there about on Google as about this fraud company check out on Google

So initially very sceptical but not sure why. You basically get what you get in High St Stores or Amazon without the stores own branding/packaging at absolute rock bottom prices. I live in Essex, UK where most of the high St has gone so this is brilliant for me. The delivery is around two weeks. I use it for buying craft supplies and wedding supplies. It's also handy for gifts. You mainly get smaller items due to the posting requirement. But for reference, same spec dash cam I bought for £12 on Temu but in halfords is £149 on 'offer'. I've had it four months and still fine.
Hobby craft wooden hearts £5 for 5. Temu is £2.25 ish for 20. Just check sizes before buying.

There are also various promotions and games you can play to get free gifts. I've had free blankets, Free dog bed, Free flask (even free post).

*Money saving hack*: Go to the temu website and enter the following code api******* to get 50% off first order AND a £100 coupon bundle. Offer can be withdrawn at anytime so be quick as coupons usually last 28 days once loaded on your account.

I placed an order for 12 items Aug 3rd and it arrived August 10th. Everything was exactly how I ordered it. It was my first order and I was very satisfied with how it went. We are very spoiled by Amazon because of the over night service. But the prices obviously don't compare as a match to Temu. The way I've looked at it, there are some things I can order from Amazon and some things I can order from Temu. I have certain items that I can only get from Amazon. I may need them right away,. I wasn't in a hurry for these items and the prices were good.

Very cheap material.I bought a chain saw sharpener tool, it's more like a toy than a tool to sharpen a saw. Total waste of money not to mention I waited almost two weeks for this item to arrive.
