I had read the bad reviews, and then there were a few good ones. So I looked and found so many reasonable priced items that I figured why the hell I will try them. My main items purchased were hair clips and dog clothes. The dog clothes were some of the exact ones on ebay and soo soo very much cheaper. One of the dog clothes I had just ordered from a lady on ebay and it arrived and was absolutely adorable. So when I found the exact picture of the item I had just bought for 11.00 and Temu had it for 1.88 I thought why not order more dog items and see. So I did and I am so very happy I did. I got 7 outfits for what would have cost me 70.00 or more on ebay or amazon. I paid 12.00. The hair clips are the big claw ones that you get at Walmart for 7 or 8 dollars. I gave 88 cents. Yes 88 cents. Some were in the dollar range. But they are well made and heavy claw clips. So I would say why not try a few of their items. I did and am happy I did. I can save so much money. You may wait a week or two for delivery but to save this much I will plan ahead for when I need the items and get them early. Until I have a bad experience which I don't really see happening as they update you daily of the progress of the shipment including when the items are on their flight to the US and then on to Jamica NY to the customs facility to then be transferred to USPS for delivery.Please try this. I did not do it on their app, I did it on the computer and have had no problems.

Ordered parts on 7/3. Ordered head caps for a weed eater. Parts came with someone elses part and order number printed on paper for a Makita sander. Sent 3 emails about problem. No response. Called got snotty cs agent. Asked for label to ship back as i was not paying for shipping to return the wrong part. Got none. She sent a return auth for the parts i was to receive but did not get. Told she would refund money but I had to pay again to get parts sent. So i did. She gave me a new order number. It never showed up on history in their website nor showed as being processed to send new parts. Called again cs agent this time was a man who was nice. Refund had never been requested which he said he would do. He said he would send label to return parts which after a while showed up. Will remain to be seen if correct parts show up in a week. Or if I receive my refund from them which I can call the bank and dispute and get my money back. But it is sad that cs from this company (the woman) was sad. The man was older sounding and nice. But all could have been done if they either answered their emails or did it right on first phone call. Hoping the parts are right this next time.

On 7/16/2019 Paypal sent me a text. Asked if I had just made a 79.93 purchase. I said NO. So they said they would start a fraud case. Two hours later they said because I had purchased a wig in the past from another company this was in my purchase history that I purchase wigs and denied the fraud case and went ahead and paid these people the 79.93. I about crapped. I argued with them over this most of the day and then got online with this company and asked to please cancel the order. Says on their site that you can cancel within 24 hours I explained I did not order this wig. They will not answer in any way. I have sent 4 emails and 4 inside messages on their site. I am so upset over this that I do not know what to do. Paypal should have never gone ahead and paid them. Called Sync bank that handles Paypal and am begging them to look into this and explained that I did not order this and do not know who did. I can not get this company to even do their "chat". As soon as you click it nothing happens. There is no way to talk to these people in person. I tried the phone number and I get that "you have dialed a number no longer in service". I am sick over this. Did not even go online and order this and now I am being scammed and I feel scammed by Palpal as well.
