Ive ordered two items to start, a shirt, and a solar charge hummingbird color change wind chime. Well both came intact, quality was better than i honestly expected for what i paid for the whole order. The hummingbirds are beautiful, the shirt was too big, but this particular option didn't have a chart to go by so i got the smallest option that one had. The amethyst was decent size, and great in color! I have another order coming, ill update then.

Don't buy! I ordered some sandals looked very cute in pic. When I finally did get in an envelope the shoes were awful. The materials were cheep the fabric felt like thin cardboard the bottom silhouette is thin and awkwardly shaped and the strapping does not fit your foot it is too wide.the strap between the toes pulled out it was not secured and the sole is lifting. I have not been able to figure out how to return so I guess I just threw away good money

It really is Wish.com 2.0, same low quality junk at a low cost. They want you to market, and invite people for them with the promise of 5 free items that you will not receive! The app stated for every new person there will be a $5 price cut but then only gave me a $1 price cut. They still want me to continue inviting people, and I'm not going to because at this point the next person will probably only give me a $0.50 price cut. I told everyone that the app is a LIE. They also word things like spend $20 for a "$100 coupon" and come to find out there's no $100 coupon. Just more discounts like spend $50 for $10 off. Like why continue lying and building a false narrative. That's NOT what keeps customers.

So my daughter ordered $20 worth of products and she changed her mind. We sent it back and she got the email that the warehouse received the products, they emailed my daughter and denied her return claiming they haven't received despite us showing proof. Absolutely no guarantee that you will receive what described and the amount ordered. The website has a lot of funky features, trying to convince you that you are getting a bargain, good quality at a good price. Well, not the quality and not the quantity that you pay for.

A Game Changer! They truly Do have Free shipping and Free returns. You also have the option of store credit or credit back to your original payment method. The pricing is very good. Now, before I purchase on Amazon or Walmart etc. I check the same item on their site and its usually less. I also love the shipping and tracking. I must say that with the clothing they will pull the old "Bait & Switch" on you! Really like the quality of the products, the website experience, delivery times and their customer service. There was just one instance in which the product received had a few scratches, but they happily refunded the amount almost instantly. The order was initially shipped with a specific company which they changed, to the local post office, at the very LAST step of the delivery process. I didn't have the ability to add delivery instructions to the new carrier and my order was lost or never delivered (no picture as proof of delivery either). When contacted customer service the only thing they had to say is that they are sorry!
No refund, no re-shipping of the items, no accountability. I just lost my money.

I wish I could give zero stars. My husband got me this cute lamp. It didn't work like it was supposed to. It's supposed to charge then work without being plugged in. Well, it doesn't charge. About 85% of the order I made have been returned to them more than 4 weeks ago and I haven't received my refund most of those order were not as described or shipped unprofessionally. I must also mention that most of those items look pretty cheap.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
