I have purchased swimsuits, shorts, tops and crop leggings. You are not getting designer fashions here but you are getting fantastic prices and decent quality. Shipping times are longer than with Amazon or Walmart but are free within their guidelines. Make sure to pay careful attention to item descriptions.

Only things that are even decent on here is gardening items. Anything electrical, mechanical, metal, tool oriented, clothing is just JUNK. Buyer Beware! Its a site full of just cheap trash that MAYBE you can use once before it breaks. DO NOT buy anything that can be dangerous.power tools, cooking, electrical...just trash.

The packaging was extremely POOR quality. One item cracked, and the box of another crushed. The quality of the items, not up to par. Yes, you get what you pay for. I reported my broken item that cost over one dollar and got a.65 cent credit - really?
I gave them a shot, now, will never use them.

A great shopping experience. Learn to find the bargains,some are a good buy, some are rubbish but this site is good on refunds & returns with credit quickly organised. Out of the many items I have bought, disappointments are easily addressed with Temu's policy of customer satisfaction.

What a joke
April 20, 2023

Bought 60 items. All but 6 I eventually was told were out of stock and my money was refunded. Still waiting for the rest of my items to get here. They applied $5 to my account and they did refund my money for the items out of stock but the whole thing was just a big waste of time. I can't believe I spent all that time picking out those 60 items which were for my kids graduation party. So now I have to start all over again. Wasted three weeks on the stupid company! Will never use again.

Order not delivered

Placed a order they verified it. Was suppose to be delivered by verification on Feb 9,2024. Got message it was delivered. Looked all over not here. Called customer service repeated questions got no were. Currently out money no items. Will never ever order from this company again!

I ordered 8 things from them in two different orders. After seeing my package arrive in a pretty small bag for 8 things I was worried. Upon opening I received 4 items. None of them being anything close to what I ordered. And some being inappropriate items. Very disappointed and not happy. Never will trust them again. Hopefully my money I spent will also be returned.

They made a mistake and sent packages to wrong house same street address but wrong City!which they take a picture of upon delivery and clearly not my house.Would not refund my money! I had spent several hundred dollars. They suck at taking care of valuable customers and definitely lost this one

Colors not true to photograph

Not impressed. Colors are boring compared to advertised photo. Yellow dress is not yellow but mustard. Multi color dress is wrong. In photo it is green with orange and looks sharp. What I got was aqua green and peach. Scarf I ordered is lack luster compared to pretty sheen advertised! Also to return you lise money. Less the percentage they advertised on sale! Shipping and handling fees! Beware.

Missing items

I placed an order and received package on time but there was 2 items missing from my order, no refund or replacement was given for this missing items, even though the there delivery guarantee states

I have returned stuff to be told they didn't get it. The most recent issue was they stuffed 4 orders in a package w 3 pairs of boots and clothes and the bag had huge holes in it and I'm missing pieces they won't do anything about it.

They combine orders to save money and keep you waiting. Or separate one simple 7 items orders into two shipments. Whoever works as chat customer support, the answer they provide is copy & paste from scripts and template! If you ask two completely different questions, you'll get an exact same 10 lined reply! I though almost 70% of purchased items to rubbish bin! Most of peripherals, storages, flash memories, cables and converters are grade "D" products are defective non-working or cosmetically flawed beyond repair. Don't waste your money and time with TEMU.

I've now processed over 2 dozen orders with Temu. Nearly everything was as good or better than brand name, clothes, kitchen ware, household, toys. After 50+ different items I've only returned 3. Two returned were too big, my fault, 1 was not as described. So simple, place in box, print return voucher & drop off at my choice place. Return to my bank was quick. I received 1 item broken & they sent another no charge within a week. Package wrapping looks terrible but it ships. I love Temu!

Never a problem!

Have made 50+ purchases since 9/22. Not once have I had any problems! Orders almost always on time but $5 reward if late. Never missing an item, only 1 defective item, Cust Service responds quickly, refunds & returns are easy. Incredible variety of items all more than reasonable. Quality of kitchen items I have bought esp stainless steel are amazing. Clothing is difficult. Sizes seem to run quite large and fabric is sometimes weird. I am one truely happy customer!

Don't believe the picture
These products are so different from the website picture. A total 3 out of 7 items are broken/defected upon arrival. Customer service kept on saying sorry, but when I asked about return process they hang up...call agin, same result.

Spun wheel. Won 10 free gifts! Put in name Etc. Can't add address for shipment!customer service abysmal. Transferred to " expert" who didn't explain problem OR fix it but tried to give me $10 ( wow $10 whole bucks) IF I buy something. I'm not kidding! The New Wish

As a bargain shopper wish.com became overpriced years ago with lengthy delivery times. They've improved so when I saw Temu I was skeptical. The prices for majority of products were fantastic with free shipping. I was shocked how fast delivery was. I did notice some things are misrepresented like wish coming in super small. This making item not good deal. They were fantastic at returns, refunds, and price adjustments. If item goes cheaper within 90 days you can get difference. Temu is great for everyday items that are more expensive elsewhere. Like wish, Amazon, and Dollar stores, do your homework. Sometimes, other sites are cheaper or better quality.

Ordered 4 items mid-April. Says package was delivered 4/28. I have literally been going back and forth to mailbox and checking door stoop waiting for items. It never came! Before contacting CS I spoke with USPS AND the long-term mail person. No one knows anything. Attempted to contact Customer Support of Temu, have yet to receive a response from company. Feeling ripped off.

Don't get fooled by the advertisements of buy $100.00 get $20.00 coupon, " to be issued upon items shipped", you will NEVER get it.
Untrained 24/7 customer service representative that can not solve any issues.
TEMU lures you into their site with low prices, shipments arrive in plastic bags, poorly packaged, half damaged, and for returns they calculate in a way that they will still get some money out of it.
Cheaters, thieves, distrustful, you will experience this soon if you keep buying from them
