I ordered small gift boxes for Christmas since 11/28... delivery would be between 04 and 12/14. They didn't deliver and offered me €5 for the delay. I'm not interested in buying anything from this site ever again. Since then I've been trying to return the purchase or cancel, but the site and the App don't work. This side is a disgrace and they do everything the worst marketing asks for. This has been a Xmas disaster as these were needed days ago for a bespoke gifts.

Shipping takes less than 2 week's arriving in 1 week sometimes. I've purchased the same quality of stuff off Amazon for 10 times the price. I highly recommend.

I purchased $60 worth items last night, got $20 off and free shipping. It turned out that it charged me $12.90 for shipping. I chatted with 2 online customer supports. It was awful experiences. Neither of them was willing to help, it would take 15 minutes before they responded or they just tried to brush me off. Now I can't even cancel the order.

If you don't review a product, they automatically give their product 5 stars. I found that out when I started to review my items. Several items I purchased we're pretty good. Most of my items were junk and the clothes were awful. Polyester is the worst. The clothes look nice and feel nice but guaranteed you will sweat your bum off. When I think tee shirt, I think cool, breathable cotton not 100% polyester. Returning. I kept 2 items for my 86 year old mom because she runs cooler and doesn't work up a sweat. I ordered a couple metal signs, fantastic! The 2 small kitchen or wherever trash cans are good but all the makeup items are seriously trash. I'm not sending back because they were cheap and it's more trouble than it's worth so I will just take it as a life lesson and move on. The thing that they do with the deceptive reviews is what bothers me. If you don't write a review, they give the item 5 stars. Very misleading and unethical. I won't buy from this site again.

I ordered for the first time on 3/12. Order shows being packed since 3/24. The shipment should have arrived by now (3/31) according to their dates when ordered and it still hasn't shipped. They seem to think issuing refunds is the way to go, I want what I ordered! I tried multiple times to contact them via chat and after waiting I never got below 42 in the que. I can't think of a worse order experience than this one.

They sell really cheap quality stuff for way too much also counterfeit games etc. When you contact them about certain items they give you a $5 credit towards the purchase if new items not worth the time or the wait glad I used paypal

I have purchased a few items for thanksgiving and in preparation for xmas. They are amazing and such good price! I've done a few orders after. Some come very fast, some a bit slow, but in general super value for money. Would love to purchase again. Just leave some room for error cos sometimes there might be missing pieces. I've bought many times from this site. The prices and the products are great. Only 1 thing arrived broken by handling but it only cost me $2.50 so I let it slide. Their women's shirts are great and their sizing is true to fit. Biggest complaint is the coupon offers. I ordered $50 worth of stuff today and received a $40 off my next order coupon but you have to use it within 24 hours. They are a greedy company. In the long run the stuff is so cheaply priced I really don't need coupon I guess.

Most items are of decent quality and priced much lower than retail. One positive aspect is that there is no fee to return something if it i not as advertised, or damaged. I saw dresses I paid twice as much for at other online stores. My favorite purchases have been a robe, a dress, and lots of kitchen equipment. I order about once a week and opening the orange bag is something I really look forward to. Often I find items that are helpful and which I didn't know I needed.

I received my order and all the sizes were wrong. Don't trust their sizing. When I returned the items, their own website states that the refund will go back to the original payment method. They refuse to refund to my credit card and insist on giving me website credit, which I do not want. I was in LIVE CHAT for over an hour and a half and nothing was resolved. They kept contradicting themselves when responding. I have already submitted a dispute with my bank/credit card. These people are not fair business people. Be very careful. In fact, run!

The app is swift and cheap. However full of products that simply live up to racist stereotyping. Shirts with "I'm not Irish but drink like one" imagine a shirt with the message. Not Chinese, but have a gambling addiction like one, or car sticker "leave plenty of room the driver behind this wheel is asian." There would be outrage. Obviously I didn't buy the Racist item. Racist stereotyping is not nice no matter who it's directed at. I deleted the app.

Don't get fooled by the nice pictures and low prices. They are just cheap qualities for more than what they advertised. Shipping takes more than their promised time (2-3 weeks). When reached out to customer service, it was just a bot repeating the same thing over and over. It is proven that there is no real customer service. Don't even bother to return anything because it's impossible. This is another offshore fraudulent company that enticed consumers with nice pictures and low prices but they are all false advertisement and shipped by boat. Do not get fooled and waste your money and time.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
