Frustrated

I have ordered from this site five times and have yet to get anything free. I spin the wheel and it says I win five things if I send several referrals which I have and still nothing. Why advertise it if your not gonna give it.

My order was delivered to the wrong home, I informed them, and the picture taken by the delivery driver was not my home. I did everything they request me to do and they still refused to refund me my money. I did not feel like a valuable customer because they keep transferring me to different departments and when they finally had someone to help. Molly stated that my delivery was delivered to right address and to take a look around my home. I definitely look around to see if I had been delivered but it was not. I would not contact costumer service if I did have my items that I bought. The thought of someone having the things I bought it makes me mad and sad because I paid for it and was excited for them.

Worst company ever.

I bought multiple orders, at least over 20 in one setting, and this company took my money and canceled all my orders, and now they will not give me my items, and the items that I wanted are no longer in stock because they canceled them without a reason when I have been verified every single time for the past five days, I don't know how many times I have been verified and my items have still been canceled. Worst company to deal with and talk to. I would not recommend and I would not buy.

Order a couple of items, but never received any of them. Refund was not possible before I receive the items, but they never came. With no chance to talk with customer service I deleted my account with Temu. I lost $39 only, so please do not make the same mistake.

This is a fraud

After ordering over $100 and 7 days later, they tell me it has shipped. Call UPS, they told me they don't have it or receive a notice to pickup anything. Anyone can generate a UPS#. Will you believe Temu or UPS?

Do NOT order from TEMU

I would give them a zero. I ordered two outfits and received a bag of cheap jewelry. I returned the cheap jewelry and asked for a refund. They said I didn't return the outfits. When I told them I returned what I received they wanted pictures. I had already returned it and sent a copy of the return label I received from UPS. They denied my refund and said I didn't send back the two outfits. So I was out two outfits and a bag full of cheap jewelry. I will never order anything from this place again.

Disgusting customer service, Evri didn't deliver parcel safely, contacted Evri they said it's down to the company to refund or replace item as their self the courier is at fault so the company should put a claim in (with TEMU can only do) spoke to someone called Jessica she's refusing to refund me. The site is messed up and they stolen my money and I don't have my items I ordered due to the courier service they use. Temu are money stealing company and scam their customers out their money

I wish I would have read thru all of the reviews before ordering. I don't think that they actually ship anything. I just get a notice that my item has had a label created and is at a shipping partner. Tracking is USPS but they do not have any tracking because the items have not actually been shipped. It has now been over 3 weeks. Oh, but I have been charged for everything immediately. If it looks too good to be true then it really is, I'm just mad at myself for falling for a scam. Doubt I will see any products or my money back but I will try for my money! (good luck trying to contact their "customer service") because it really doesn't exist. So, my advise is JUST DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!

I'm skeptical of online shopping bc I'm hard to fit,but Temu has so far done well.Their shoes are wide enough for my size "D" width,and I've ordered 2 size "7" sandles and they're a good fit.I ordered an "xl" summer dress,where I normally wear a med/lg,and I'm glad I did bc it runs small but I'm pleased with Temu so far.The prices are fabulous and shipping is fast.

I had ordered several items including a tiny brass bunny and a tiny brass tiger. My husband and I created a keepsake shadowbox frame that included several items from TEMU. Every order purchased, was just as advertised. The brass items were heavier and better than anticipated. The frame was a tribute to our good friend, a magician, "The Great Raguzi".
We had a magic wands, doves, a brass tiger, tiny playing cards, dice, and small L.E.D. lights.It turned out to be a beautiful treasure for Raguzi's birthday celebration. Everything came together because of a website like Temu.com. Thanks Temu.
I will definitely recommend this site and seller.

I didn't receive a parcel from TEMU. The courier left my parcel on the doorstep in full view of the street, and someone must have picked it up. The EVRI Couriers emailed me back saying this was not delivered correctly! I sent copies of the email to TEMU and long story short it is all standard replies i haven't had a conversation with a human.

Poor policies

I had 2 orders with this company. First order was delivered with no problem. The second was lost and labeled as Invalid Address by Shipping Company. I reached out to TEMU and chatted with a representative who told me that now it's my problem to deal with their Shipping Provider. Basically, they are washing their hands of the problem. They refused to cancel or refund items. And that $5.00 credit you are supposed to receive when an order is late, is definitely a JOKE. I will never order from this poor poor company again. It's definitely TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!

1. Price of Temu is cheap but most of the item are not good quality, especially clothing. Never order any clothes from Temu.
2. They always ship in the plastic bags so some of the items didn't hold their shape when you receive it and you have to contact their customer service to complain.
3. When return to Temu, they asked you to put their items inside the box but they shipped them to you in the plastic bag!
4. Make sure that you take pictures of everything you send back to them. One time I sent back the only t-shirt in the small shipping box from USPS and the warehouse said that they didn't see anything in the box. Another time I sent back 3 items and the warehouse said they only receive 2 so they won't refund the 3rd item.
Try many times and finally give up because it takes a lot of time to return because the quality is not worth the price you pay.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAID FOT

Here you get amazingly low prices for very low quality items. I ordered a large jacket. The actual size is medium. I just used it once during the cold storm on Dec 22,2022. This jacket will not unzippered. I had to force it open. Never seen so low quality items. I am 6'5" tall, 165" pounds. The hoody is so small it will not close. Picture included. The zipper will not work after 1 use. I had to force it open

Did NOT receive orders

I ordered 3 summer dresses on sale at the Temu website.
Got a text and an email stating that items are already enroute.
Got another text and an email stating that it was delivered and received.
How can that be? Since I was at work and no one was at home to receive
Said items. Emailed them back and got an auto pilot reply, for me to contact

I never received this item because Temu shipped it in a cheap plastic bag and it must have gotten torn open and items lost during shipping. I went to Temu for help and they said that they could do nothing for me that I would have to contact the shipping company. When I went to the shipping company they said they could do nothing for me that I had to contact Temu for help. Don't buy items from Temu they don't care!

Haven't really had any reason to shop at any other place than Temu since finding it. You really do have everything that you need all in one website but you also get affordable prices that get lower with the many sales, promos and discounts that you can get on Temu. Had a few experiences that weren't that great but Temu customer service is 24/7 so someones always there to help out!

As a first time customer I spined the wheel and it landed on a 30% discount. At check out, I tried to use the discount code but it will not take it. I called the customer service number and after many tries someone called me back the next day. I was told that they will credit my credit card which was charged on the same day. I received part of my order yesterday and the rest is coming on 2/3. I have not opened the package and I will return everything because of the false advertisement and terrible customer service. If you do shop from this site make sure you receive the discounts they supposedly offer.
