Anybody that's reading this review or their orders from Temu needs to stop shopping with them immediately. They are a bunch of robbers. I don't even know if they even sent orders I think they just take your money and they don't even send your order and then they tell you you're not eligible for a refund because on the side it shows delivered in on your side. It shows deliver to they want you to check around you and after you tell him that you checked everybody, they still tell you that you're not eligible for a refund on so.
So you spin and are supposed to get the dollar amount you win, WRONG! There is never a credit. In fact the prices later charged are often double! I ordered 53.00 on website after 100.00 off spin,, charged 252.00on my credit card. No way to dispute being charged over 5x's what ai ordered. Items described ordered were junk!

I bought 2 bangers for my dab rig, and i had read some reviews which were bad on them, but i decided to give it a try because around here bangers are 14$ for one usually, so i got 2 for 6$ each, came out to liek 13-14$ for 2 on temu. So i made my order, and here we are 4 days later, i have received the bangers, in perfect shape, and they seem to contain the smoke alot better than my other banger, best 12$ i've ever spent, temu for the win!

I had no problem with temu until they've switched using Halify as their deliverer. There is no estimate delivery date and time. You ask for updates and they update you a day later. My package was stolen due to not knowing when to expect my delivery. It was left outside my house an entire day without me knowing.

I ordered 13 items from TEMU.COM. All were clothes. I received only 1 item ( a kid's backpack) that I did NOT order. The package indicated the weight of items to be 4kgs while it was such a small package weighing less than 1 kg. I feel this was a calculated scam.

Temu's products are fun to scroll through and the prices are amazing I was extremely satisfied with my purchases. Plus, they arrived very quickly and I sure appreciated the free shipping! My only problem is with their "free offers." They seem to be usable only to customers who have cell phones. Not everybody does. I scanned through the negative reviews here and these "free offers" seem to be problematic for a number of unhappy customers. Maybe they should just eliminate these offers that seem to discriminate against folks who don't have cell phones or ones who choose not to put the Temu app on their phones. Their prices and their fun merchandise ought to be enough.

Never received the package. The delivery company left my package on the street for anyone to grab. And Temu told me to call the shipping company. Be aware!. If you package stolen or missing. My first shopping was okay I did give or disposed of like 7 items of very low quality. Although it wasn't that bad they refunded 4 items. Then I did a big shopping for $153.00. They split the order into two different packages fine, I got the biggest package but the second I never got it. The order was placed on February 1st... Still waiting. I did ask for a refund because I never got my order, but they did give me a store credit... I place another order and still waiting for it to be shipped. 3 days going into 4. I realize instead of shopping from them I rather go to the store or shop on Amazon at least they work quickly to resolve any problems. Temu not cutting it. Too low-quality items have long shipping delays I rather pay for shipping and get faster... In my opinion, I did email them today six times to no avail. I'm done they can keep the money and at least save me a headache.

I was really happy with Temu until they decided start shipping my packages without a signature in my building? My last shipment I was at the cottage and I had to call the courier company to hold at a UPS location so that I can pick it up but this time it required no signature. I did not know that so I left to the cottage all to find out they had left it at my door! I can't believe they would leave over $120 dollars worth unattended. I think that's so disrespectful. And they won't even try to find my package nor give me a refund. I am furious. I think this is fraud. I have never been through this before.

I put 33 items in my cart nd check out. All of sudden, I got a notification on my order but only for 20 items. I went back into my account nd saw 13 items in my cart and asking me to check out again and make payment. My previous order was definitely scammed too because I sens all I ordered for did not arrive and those that arrived too forever. Temu is " NOT TRUST" many of my friends saying the same thing. Whatever they order for come half or missing items. Temu is scam! You will never get the total of your items and it will take forever to receive your order. I chatted with Cherry to no avail. The customer service representative is 👎 she argued with me for more than 1 hour. She said before I check out, I have to select the items I want. But I did not select any and they only processed 20. Why should they process any if the rule says I have to select? And why 13 was left in the cart and asking me to check out again and make another payment. Beware!

I want to love this website. But it's pure spammy. The coupons and coupon codes are just spam to get you to buy more. There's not a lot of transparency. Every order they get shipped out ships with a courier within your country. It could be one of many, but most of the time they ship with an incompetent shipping, courier and packages are never delivered. You then have to use your own time and energy to call customer service from that courier, instead of Temu, using their customer service to make it right. If they are the ones that ship it on any platform, then they are the ones that should be taken care of tracking down the package and making it right.

I keep seeing a lot of reviews about the quality of the stuff on Temu, but tbh just manage your expectations cause the stuff here are pretty good for the price. They're for sure better than Wish and they deliver faster than Shein. I've ordered from the site like 5 or 6 times and all the items I got were pretty good. It's easy to use the app, checking out seems safe and I got my orders around a week after ordering. It's a pretty good app for people who want to find good but affordable stuff, but you gotta consider the price point when buying!

If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
