After taking the time to send invitations out for new and existing customers for their promotional invite friends for 5 free gifts. Only the existing customers were credited for accepting. I had 3 friends never heard of TEMU accept sitting right next to me. They have yet to be added to promotional 5 free gifts. It's a scam to get more people and not pay for the advertising. Actions are being taken to stop this companies blatant false promotional programs. Temu is an absolute disgrace for their actions. I shall be canceling my orders and returning the one being delivered today. They went as far as offering me 20$ credit to keep me from exposing them for their disgusting actions. So not only do they know they don't care!
I just received a broken item from Temu. I reported it to them and they credited my account and did NOT require that I send it back. I've also had one item a day late and was credited with $US dollars. Some of the thing they sell are obviously crap but they seem to stand behind what they sell.

I really needed a new hair dryer because my old one broke and I just couldnt resist the prices of the ones that I found on temu. I was scared at first bec China products but I ended up getting this one and am sooooooo happy with how good it is! Its as good than my old one and works rly rly well. I was wary when paying too, but I didn't have problems paying with my card. In fact I have another order for a matching vanity set arriving soon!

I'm not sure if Temu or Laser shipping is at fault. My last order showed delivered and signed by someone i don't even know. The delivered address just shows my zip and not my full delivery address. I am not happy about this and probably will not be purchasing anything more and run the chance of this happening again

You are certainly on your own with no recourse, no one to talk to, if there is a problem there will be no recourse. Our merchandise was sent to the wrong address and spent 1 hour with the chat bot trying to resolve the problem. My wife made the order but the chat bot says there is no record. We have an invoice and an order number. Asked for a phone number to resolve the problem and was advised there is no customer service number by the chat bot. It advised us to sign into our account. We have no account with Temu. We made the order, paid for the merchandise, and was billed by our credit card. We will follow up on the dispute with our credit card company. BUYER BEWARE

I've been buying from Temu for months, usually every week. Their stuff arrives on time. I got a $5 credit one time it hadn't shown arrived. I told them it had. Customer service is suspect. The one time I messaged, the person communicating with me used English well. The comprehension, not so much.

First time ordering form temu after hypes and first time perks.
They promised to deliver items to my door but nope. They said "failed to deliever" which I have no clue why cause I get items from aliexpress and dhgate with no issues. They are all from China!

My items were scheduled for deliver on March 17 to 23. I think shipping was delayed. Temu immediately gifted me a $5.00 credit for the interruption in delivery. I just want to ensure the customers that Temu is an honest company. I am in Texas, USA. I just received an update to my delivery and it will be here by tomorrow, the 22nd of March. This company is dependable and trustworthy. Don't hesitate to remain a customer. I will continue to shop knowing that my purchases come from China (but what doesn't) which is definitely far away.

I had ordered about $73.00 worth of stuff, arourd 40 items. I received a small portion, maybe $20.00 of them. The packing was awful, looked like somebody had opened it and repacked it in a flimsy hand wrapped plastic bag, it was awful. Delivered by USPS in my mailbox! The large items had disappeared! Never again will I deal with them.

To return defective merchandise have $1 you have to submit pictures. Example is a defective flashlight that after 23-hours of charging is still dead and will not turn on - and they insist on pictures to even "consider" allowing it to be returned. Free returns is a SCAM on Temu!

I purchased several items from them, was missing several pieces. First I was told that they shipped them, even though I took pictures of the packaging that looked like it was opened and re-taped closed. They finally stated as a curtesy they will refund my order, which I thought was nice. I never received the credit. I have been trying to get a response from them and I can not get one. I am told 24 hours, 24 hours and again 24 hours. I finally was then told within 8 hours, still no response. This company is a Scam. Scammers. Don't order from them. They sent broken items. When you returned the broken items, they didn't find it. You have to show proof that you sent the product. Sometimes they didn't send some items. When you asked refund for those missing items, they didn't refund you. Their Customer service is wrost. If there is options for negative ratings, I will definitely give it.

I got $10 online credit for two of my shipments that were late. The credit was only valid for 48 hours to place a new order. So basically if you don't place the next order within 48 hours you will loose that credit. This is a big scam. However, I wanted to return some items that I thought were not usable for my need. I submit the return order and I was told that I can keep the items and refund was issue right away.

I made an order and received a message that my package had arrived. The package was not deliver to my mailbox or porch, l looked everywhere for this package. I checked with the post office like they instructed. It had shown as delivered but I did not have the package. Post office ask for the insurance number to start a claim. I have been back and forth with emails about this with TEMU but apparently they do not insure the packages and said it was my responsibility to ask for signature on delivery. There was no where on the web site stating that I had to request this. Bottom line is did not receive my package and they keep my money. I know it could be a delivery problem, but they should have insured the package or self insure, either way be aware that it is your responsibility not theirs to get the package deliver properly. I did find out that the customer is never right with TEMU.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
