I love shopping with Temu. My only advice is to read the dimensions they post some of the pictures used exaggerate the size so that was in me for not reading. I enjoy receiving each delivery note it does take a bit to receive an order but that would be my only reason for 4 and not 5 stars. So many things to look at and choose at prices that make it affordable to purchase.
Items I ordered were good, and delivery was what Temu said it would be, but who ever delivered just threw it out the truck like a paper by the road of a 500 foot long driveway. I was at work, my neighbors thought someone threw out trash they picked it up saw it was a package and delivered to me when I got home from work.
Deliveries like that is just asking to be stolen.
Also I have lots of room for a large delivery truck to turn around at my home.
I will not order Temu again.

Please pay attention to the fact their "discounts" are false. I signed up with a $100 new app install PLUS 30% off (no asterisk, no caviete, nothing). Well, turns out the $100 off (shown as $100 off until checkout then called a bundle) which could ONLY total to $30 off no matter how much I spend. I asked customer service how I could possibly get $100 off and it was not possible because it was new user only. So, how exactly is there any way a $100 discount could happen? It can't. Also the 30% off maxes out at $25 total off... not 30%... just meaning UP to $25 off. I run an ecommerce company and would be ruined if I did this form of advertising. Its false advertising 100%. Their customer service is just a call center and say over and over that I have to SEARCH for the code/deal on their site to read about terms. Well, thats not really how that works. If I have to search each code each time before I waste time buying things it seems like a terrible cost benefit. Ill go with Amazon.

I've order a few times before and never had a problem with Temu. It's honestly an amazing app and it takes about a week to get to me. I have gotten everything I ordered for free just by playing there Temu credit games and by referring others. If you love getting stuff for a steal go for it and you won't regret it.

Most of their merchandise is laughable, most of it came damaged or broken, people pay attention to the measurements the pictures are deceiving, most of this junk is like miniature, the shorts for men have no zipper, I kid you not! The clothes are made with cheap material that will rip easily, I won't ever order from Temu again...period!

On December 21st I ordered three products from Temu, my first time using this app. The items were delivered at my door on December 28th. That's totally amazing service, with a long Christmas weekend in the middle of those seven days that it took for the items to be delivered. I am amazed and very satisfied with Temu.

I was reluctant to order because I have had terrible experiences with the many Chinese companies but this has been a win win. The biggest problem is sizing but I think I have mastered that and my past two orders were perfect. Have had no problems with out of stock and my items get to me within the advertised time. First time customer, spent 123.00 gave my e-mail and downloaded the app for 100.00 off they only honered 30.00 then after taking the cash from my account they suspended the order and wanted me to send photo of my bank statements... what? Said they suspected fraud? DO NOT waste your time or money for something to good to be true, they will take your money and then say it could take 30 days to see it back in account. I filed a fraud alert with my card issuer, rep told me I wasnt the first.

If the pricing seems too good to pass up, that is because the items are the same knock off items you get at a flea market. Some items aren't even worth the advertised price. This is definitely not the site for quality products

When I asked to cancel the order and for a refund, (the next morning)they said the charges were still pending so they couldn't do anything. Called my bank and have gotten credit for 7 of the 13. Should have the rest by tomorrow.

I received my long awaited order from this company yesterday. I must say, they are master packers. The box was beautifully arranged, not a single wasted space between items. TEMU is my go-to site these days for so many items...and unlike some reviews have said, they have EXCELLENT customer service! The chat function is the best way to go for customer service. Such helpful and uplifting people! I'm really, REALLY happy with TEMU. Sometimes the sellers - not TEMU - will describe something (mostly "stickers") incorrectly (they're just paper cutouts, not self-adhesive) so I have gotten refunds on all of those that were incorrectly described by the seller. Otherwise, every product I've gotten has been well-made, with good pricing. Most items are much less expensive than Wish or Amazon. And as always, it's free shipping! LOTS to discover here...be prepared to shop here a lot!

I finally received shipping info. It say your items are at airport?. No location mentioned. Then the next day. Your items departed airport. Then the next day. Your items are in customs. First of all, I want to say that I have no issues with Temu. The customer service has been great, shipping has been free, and they've been very responsible about communication. So why did I give them four stars instead of five? If you've been on the site, you realize that it is sort of a Chinese Amazon. They are some wonderful deals, but you need to cross check the prices. For example, there is a snowman cat bed going for $100, but the identical bed with the same brand is only $46 at Walmart. The game Rumicub is $47 on Temu. On Amazon, it's $15.00. Unless the deal is obviously amazing, I'd hesitate before purchasing. Sometimes you get a deal. Sometimes you get ripped off.

I ordered 3 vegetable cutters for XMAS stocking stuffers. All three of the boxes came mutilated because of an improper shipping container. The choppers were delivered in an envelope rather than in a corrugated box. Luckily there was no damage to the choppers, however the containers (folding cartons) the cutters came in, look like something you might donate to goodwill. Not happy with the lack of concern over shipping methods with these items.

I place an order. Very next day they created a USPS label but no package was submitted to the USPS almost for a week. It appears that they are selling merchandise they do not have or after placing an order they buy from their vendors in database with available inventories.

I wanted to return items. Printed label to be used by 6/26. Brought to ups on 6/26. They didn't issue refund and says because I didn't return to ups by 6/26. Have tried calling numerous times on been on hold nearly one hr with no luck. Chat doesn't work. Doesn't recognize the issue. They owe me almost $40.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
