Package arrived damaged, ripped open and several big holes and 3 items lost. Contacting several times but all they responded is the warehouse shipped out and delivered it which I never complained them about not doing that, my complaint was packaged came ripped open and 3 items was lost and asked for refund, Nope they won't do it. Do not trust them at all if package arrived damaged or lost items, they do not care at all! Look at the condition of my package, 3 items lost but will not take their responsibilities, all they keep saying is they shipped out and delivered, didn't care about the lost items and the damage ripped package. Customer service online is horrible, all they do is copy paste it the same thing over and over.
Of three orders I placed with Temu, two arrived. One is lost. Temu makes it hard to contact customer service. You are forced to contact their shipping company who gives you a tracking number and promises a 2 business day reply. 7 business days later, no reply.
Save your self the extra effort. Light your money on fire. It's the same as ordering from Temu without the hastle.

I have been extremely happy using this site. I feel like the product I receive looks like it is portrayed on the site or very close unlike alot of the sites. I recently did one of their spin promotions and got a $100 credit and it was deposited into my account to use on whatever was in my cart, it did not have to be for items they chose for you to pick from. Some of the discounts do apply to only certain items however. For the price I feel the quality is good, Im not saying I am always 100% happy but I would put it at 85 to 90% and thats pretty darn good. I will continue to use this site.

I just want to say thank you from placing of my order to receiving it has been so enjoyable. Temu is a great company to deal with. Received email quickly after placing order to let me know order was placed, received tracking info within a day or so, and Temu stayed on top of the delivery until I received it today. Received emails with up to date tracking info everytime something took place. Great company with the best service to customers I have ever had. Also I am very happy with my order. I did make an order and I didn't arrive. Always saying the same thing and refuse to pay it back. It's good when you have not any problems. But I didn't receive my package and they are doing nothing about it.

I have purchased a few times through Temu. Although the egg slicer leaves something to be desired, it works and I got what I paid for. The shirts are fantastic. I know better than to order my USA size from an oriental company. Be smart. I ordered a size or so bigger based on the measurements they show with the products. They all fit wonderfully. I ordered bins for the refrigerator - all exactly as described. I ordered a small wooden container with 15 large eyed needles in it for less that 3$. Found the same item on Amazon (exact) for 6.99. My first two orders got here really fast and I was under the impression. This was a company in San Diego California. I just made another order and it says that it is going through customs which means it's not even in America. It will be my last order. This is the reason I stopped shopping at Shein.

I've ordered things from temu 3 or 4 times and have never had any trouble. Everything was of decent quality and was delivered surprisingly quickly considered how far it had to travel. Ive ordered umbrella hats and small knick knack items.

I placed my first order, was excited when it arrived in a timely manner. I expected quality to not be top of the line because of the low prices. The quality was fine for the most part but everything ran really small. I even order up a size thinking this could happen but, still didn't fit right. I am only 5' 3" so I can't imagine how this stuff fits taller people correctly. Unfortunetly it is all being returned.

After many time purchases from Temu, I can tell you they are reliable in shipping, returns and back your money. Of course some times the quality of your purchase is not what you expected but that is noting wrong with their services. What you pay (cheap)you should expect. It is fast delivery as well.

I ordered over 300 dollars of products they had on-trac deliver. It all was delivered to wrong address but the delivery company marked delivered and now they won't reship or refund me. I have photo of my packages at wrong door but they won't fix the problem. Multiple order numbers.

Really attractive prices and images of quality products. I actually thought it was fun going "bargain shopping" given the prices and free shipping. However, shipping took almost 3 weeks, which was expected as items are shipped from China. The quality of the items are really pathetic. Even worse than what you can find at places such as the "dollar stores." I remember going to underground markets in China and the Temu merchandise is similar to what you find in those knock-off night markets. I ordered drain snake (cheap flimsy plastic and doesn't work), round seat cushions (less than 1 inch thin.cheap and I will not use), a 4 prong blind cleaner and a few other items. I'm sure there is something that is both super cheap and truly useful or if good quality, but for me, not worth it.

CaNT afford to buy Bod** in sets so went to temu to buy these nice double boil glasses to look good for my guest. Ended up buying them from temu, was worried at first they will break cos of the overseas shipping but they survived, tested them out this morning before guests coming over this weekend and PERFECT. I bought 5 water bottles and found out they were staining my furniture. After contacting Temu I was offered a refund. I was left with a stained quartz countertop and bedside table. Guess Who will pay for the damage? Not Temu. Do not buy this product. Be aware the prick duct is of the poorest quality. I wish I had looked at reviews before buying from this company. Never again!

I started purchasing from Temu just before Christmas 2022. I was pleasantly impressed with their product, prices, and service. I live in Hawaii and I normally get my orders in less than 3 weeks. The quality of their products are very good, but when it's not, the Service Dept steps in to rectify the problem quickly. I usually just purchase 1 or 2 of an item that I like, receive my order, then decide if I want more. It's now April 2023 and I'm still shopping on Temu.

I read the reviews before I ordered anything from this site. I dont understand the "1star & 2 star" review given to this company. I carefully ordered 5 products(some 2) I paid, I got continued updates on the order, it arrived 2 days earlier than they said, and everything is perfect. The outside lights are exactly like what is sold in Home Depot at a fraction of the cost, my top was exactly as pictured and fits perfectly. I will definately be ordering again, and soon.

When buying clothes, you do need to check reviews to see if it runs small or large in order to get the correct size. I have bought so many items off of this site, and my only complaint is it is addicting. One of my shirts wasn't as described and they gave me a credit the same day. All of ny orders have come within 10 days and they keep sending me updates along the way. I have nothing but positive to say about this company.

I did not receive one item I ordered. They replaced my items with cheap items that could easily be bought at the Dollar Store which, at least has better quality items.i was actually excited to get the items that I had originally ordered but am now angry and feeling I got scammed. My original order was $54.98 but fortunately I had a $25 coupon. However, I still think $33.04 is way to much for the cheap crap I received.
I literally threw it all in the garbage because there wasn't one item I'd use. The company is a scam so save your money.
