You are only allowed to return ONE item for free postage from each order, so if you are putting in a big order, you should buy each one individually, so you are able to return it if you don't want it. Otherwise, you have to pay for all the items you return, after the first one. I ordered over 40 items in one order, and can only return one for free. If I had made 40 separate orders, I would be able to return all of them So I am stuck giving it all to charity because it is all junk.

Frustrated

I love the stuff...I really do... I ordered twice in 1 week & so far everything is awesome. My problem is, I simply cannot find new people to click on the links daily. This is even after joining temu groups on Facebook. Also, they are now 1 by 1 blocking me from sending requests. Another thing is, the little games seemed to be rigged after winning 2 prices...the items are lovely, but the site is a bit frustrating.

I was skeptical at first but decided to try it out. I've been really happy so far. I've done around five different orders I believe and all of them reach me within the time frame they give me or sooner. Nothing has ever been past the date of delivery or has taken more than two weeks. I normally get what I order in a week. Everything has been the same as on the photos. Do keep in mind I order mostly nail art stuff for doll making. So I'm not ordering huge or expensive things. I do have a few led lights coming soon and it will be my first electronic purchase from them but even then the products were under 10 bucks so I'm not excepting to get some 100 dollar item for 10 bucks. They don't have as much variety as aliexpress but If I can get it on Temu I choose them first because of the time I get it in. It's cheaper than amazon and faster than aliexpress. I do hope they expand their Ball jointed doll sections though!

Be careful when buying things at Temu. If you need to buy, you should only buy less than 5 items at a time. This happened to me several times. I took pictures of the returned items and video clips before putting them all in a bag to send, but every time I received the goods they kept saying there weren't enough items, so the amount was deducted from you. It's not correct.

Really comfy pillow

Got this for my kid and it's her new favorite thing ever (her words not mine). It's cute that its a flower cushion and it's also really soft and fluffy but it did have a very strong smell when i got it but maybe its just because its new? Or maybe from the plastic pack?

Scam

Worst customer service ever. They harass you for hours acting like they will help. Then they rudely hang up chat out of nowhere. They refused to give me $.08 that gift box game told me I won, but it never showed up on my account. I even had screenshot proving the prize, but they said that meant nothing. That is fraud. And Temu is pathetic if their customers aren't worth giving them the $.08 they won. I am never shopping here again.

Recently ordered my so cargo pants the fit was great but way to short. There was no option to add length only size. Will cut them off for shorts, but options would be nice for the length you need. The pants were very nice

A BIG, FAT SCAM!

This is a big, fat scam! Do not waste your money if you are ordering from the USA. I placed one order, my first and my last. They sent me a damaged and USED water bottle. They sent me stationery that is wrinkled and bent. They sent me razors that are dull and dangerous. They sent me scrapbooking papers that are cheap and useless. I raised such a stink with them via their chat, and thankfully, was refunded immediately. I am sick of these overseas companies ripping off customers. It's a scam and a joke! You've been warned.

Scam

Never got the several items I ordered. Requested help through the online chat, they told me to go file a claim with the post office. Refused to issue refund. The chat person kept deflecting and apologizing. This site is a fraud. I'll be pursue a claim with appropriate state agencies.

Cheap and dangerous...

I've ordered from them twice now. Both times it was dollar store quality at best, but mostly worse and you pay more. For the kitchen items, they were highly dangerous plastics that should never be used in a kitchen. The clothing items were as thin as a piece of tissue as well as I am afraid were put together by a sweat shop. This app will be uninstalled and never used again. Buyer beware.

I ordered 12 items, was lead to believe that my grand total was around 50 bucks. I buy 6 items and I get 6 free. But for some reason you all cancelled my order. So I placed the same order to give you guys one more chance to get this right. And did you? No! Charged me over 70 bucks! Not cool. It was the same damn order. I used the same card and nothing changed. But this time you guys did not cancel my order. So I want to know if that is something you do to everyone? Cancel their order and if they place it again then you don't discount them? What a big rip off. Buyers beware! You guys credited me 2 bucks and some change. Thank you VERY much. Lol what a discount. I am disgruntled customer!

Prompt Refund

I purchased two toy trucks for my HO model train layout. Turns out they were not HO scale at all. Apparently my mistake in ordering was due to less than clear information on the website and fact I had reached these items in searching for HO Scale vehicles -- erroneously assuming these too were HO scale. Wrong. My mistake. Temu promptly refunded my purchase, no questions asked. I will consider purchasing again. Lack of sufficient detail on the web page contributing to my error is the only reason for not giving Five Stars.
I had previously bought several items and was generally satisfied with my purchases, except one item was missing. Temu also refunded the price of the missing item.
In my view Temu is a reliable merchant. Could benefit from improved customer interface through the website.

Worst site ever

Worst site ever! If part of your order is damaged, you're out of luck. They don't offer exchanges. And the minimum spend to place an order is $20. I got an item for $3 with a special promotion that arrived crushed from shipping damaged. Temu refuses to allow me to exchange it. They said the only option was to return for a refund, and then I have to buy $20 worth of stuff I don't want in order to repurchase the one item. Plus, they won't honor the promotional price. So it will be double the cost plus I'd be forced to buy other stuff I don't want. Horrible. I will never shop here again.

Temu really offers a wide range of different products but all i care about is the fashion and clothing category. Its just so crazy that they really have everything for every style and aesthetic out there and Ive found sm great pieces there! Its basically the only place I do my shopping these days :p (super random but i was only today year's old when i realized that temu is pronounced as tee-moo lmao)

I placed five separate orders - 3 they canceled for no reason and never advised me. One is arriving late and I do not know about the other order yet. I contacted 'customer service ' and they were unhelpful and unprofessional. After an hour long phone call nothing was resolved.

ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE

Temu is horrible. I would give negative stars of i could. They use to be good, but they don't care anymore. Not only did they lose tracking on my package and didn't get it back until I got on to them over and over, but when my package finally came, it was missing 4 of the 9 items I ordered. I showed them and told them over and over and their untrained online customer service reps just kept repeating themselves regardless of what I had shown them. They don't care. At all. If you're reading this, go find another sight to order from that does a better job. I promise, you will experience problems with Temu. Time for them to be canceled.

The quality is so bad, beyond what you can imagine bad. I ordered the storage bags advertised for comforters etc. They are paper thin and about the same quality and strength. When I lifted a first bag with only one queen conforter to put in in the closet, the handles just ripped. Every other one was like that.
I contacted their 'customer service' and this is where true abuse and harassment started. The person I spoke to was just repeating the same thing 'I give you 1 dollar refund' for about 30 minutes, made me livid.

I reported them to the bank and got a refund. Save yourself aggravation.
