Been using Temu since I saw their ad on Superbowl Sunday. I've put in about 10 orders with no problems. I primarily buy jewelry but I've ordered some kitchen items recently and I'm happy with all of my purchases. Temu keeps you well informed as to the status of your order and my orders have never been late. The jewelry I've ordered get so many compliments and when I tell them what I paid…everyone is amazed. I highly recommend Temu, I've never been dissatisfied with anything I've purchased. It's like Christmas morning when that orange Temu bag arrives in my mailbox.

Purchased 4 clothing items, a cat scratcher and small kitchen mat. Opened package and every single one of those items had a very strong chemical smell similar to freon. It was terrible. Also, items are very poor quality. I won't order from Temu again.

I shopped on Temu couple of times. Their shipping is slow and product quality is a hit or miss! For returns, I chose to get credit instead of refund which I know now is a terrible mistake! I accidentally deleted their app and when I reinstalled I found my credit balance is zero! I have tried their on line chat ( useless robot rep repeating the same Q&As), their credit balance recovery options (email or phone, nothing works), called their customer service hotline (on hold for hours, no one answered), so basically Temu stole my credit balance of $17+ and I don't know how to get it back!

I really like the experience of shopping here. Most of the products are outstanding and the no hassle return policy with great customer service is outstanding. I will invite others to check temu out. The only issue that I've experienced is with the spin for discount always pops up but is null and void for customers already participating. Then there is the invite one where you invite all of your friends and family from social media but never get enough to receive the promised free gifts selected, not satisfied at all with that one a lot of time wasted.

All of the products we've received have been of good quality and very inexpensive. LOVE the FREE SHIPPING. One item was not Internet compatible and I called the. And they gave me a credit (offered to return $ as well), and didn't want the product back. Very good customer service. The only thing I think they could do better on is description of products. It's not very much information sometimes. Clothing sizes are iffy at times. Ordered 3 tops, one fit well, one was a little too tight and one was too big. All were supposedly the same size. Overall, we are very satisfied with Temu.

When I placed my first Temu order that order came so fast it was unbelievable even quicker than things on Amazon.So then I placed more orders this was about 2 1/2 weeks ago now all I get is a lot of notification spam them apologizing of their delay and things that should be on stock out of stock because they have waited to long to send my order that the product run out of stock.Who in their sanity wants to have this kind of shopping experience is super frustrating.I don't want to pay to be annoyed and frustrated.Yet I see all the free loading YouTubers being served so kindly yet they are getting free things while I am paying for my orders I have to wait while others (free loaders) get their order first.I don't think I will be ordering from them anymore and that's how you loose customers.

I ordered 3 items for $7 last month. Still have not received them. Tracking says my package is sitting and waiting to be picked up since 5/23. When you try to get answers, all you get are pre-written responses. I want my order cancelled and my money back! And. I was unaware that their items ship from outside of the US…. First order received but it was delivered to the wrong unit in my building. Checked the address label and it's correct. Had a kind neighbour not taken the time to bring the package delivered to their unit, it would have been lost.
I've confirmed with our video doorbell the package was not delivered to my door and have footage of the neighbour placing the package at our door.
I'm not happy with how the delivery has been poorly executed.

Trusted friend said I should TEMU. Was skeptical but I gave it a try. Delivery time was long. When product finally did arrive the packaging was inadequate, as such the box was damaged and so was the item. I don't even think I want to deal with whatever return process they have. Just chalk it up to a lesson learned, Don't Shop at TEMU.

They use the worse delivery company going, they are no help. My parcel was "delivered " to my house was actually left outside my door for everyone to see. Someone stole it and I tried either getting the items resent or a refund they didn't do either, so I'm out of pocket and out of items

I ordered several outfits and before they shipped and label was created I advised them 7 times they were mailing to wrong address and person they refused to fix order refund and or replace items they mailed to a completely different state and person id never order from them again!

I've technically seen ppl receive items from this company but they constantly try to give u "free" items or "gifts" that u have to invite like over 20 ppl to get anything. It's a bunch of BS! I first ordered small items for the kitchen (gadgets only, e.g., onion slicers, etc.), then slowly moved up to shoes -- surprisingly comfortable and nice shoes, next to electronics (sensors, night lights, etc.), now I am doing hard ware.
In general, very happy with the products and service. I had to return a pair of shoes -- they were a bit tight at the toes for me. Got refund to my credit card right after they received the shoes back (they sent me label to use for sending shoes back). For another item that didn't quite work as expected, I was advised to just keep the item.
Over all, extremely happy and will use them again and again -- replacing Amazon!

Temu is great for cheap stuff but I ordered a high ticket item and had to return it. They won't refund my money bc they say they didn't receive it. They got the other items I returned in the same box. They tell me they didn't.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
