Temu does have cheap stuff and good prices but they phish for information about your friends, fb contacts and phone contacts promising free gifts. After you provide the information you get nothing. Their customer service sucks and be very careful to read the full description of the item your buying. Pictures showing the items often do not match what you're actually getting. For example they'll advertise bouncy seat for kids, you buy them and its just the outside fabric, the stuffing isnt included. Steer clear of this site!
There have been many items I've seen on FaceBook and Amazon, learned not to trust many of them because of quality and price issues. However when I see something I do like there I check with Temu to see what they charge for the same item and then read their reviews. I've always saved at-lease 50% from FaceBook offers. The only drawback is sometimes orders take a little longer to arrive then Amazon (however I think Amazon is evil and try to avoid whenever possible.)

I'm a savvy senior with plenty of online purchasing experience. At first, I was cautious with TEMU, I was first impressed with their website, well executed and description of items, options to pay are numerous including PayPal. I firstly bought 4 or 5 small items on 1 order to check their shipping. TEMU surprised me by being attentive to my order all thru the shipping process via email and texts, even included a USPS tracking number. Order arrived in a timely manner and products were good quality for what they were. I have since made 3 more separate orders, all were satisfactory all around. No complaints from me. I will surely order again in the future without worry.

I just received my first order from Temu and you definitely get what you pay for. Their products are cheaply made and some not as pictured. I received oven covers and they are way too big. I have to cut them after I do so they do not fit and look terrible. I received a flashlight super small. I received a shaver, outdoor camera and yet to try it but shaver has a very small blade. The other 2 gadgets are just small and will be fine. Would I ever place another order probably not.

Temu seems to offer good price with a high ratio of defective product. Out of the total 13 items we ordered, 3 of them were defective, that is almost a 25% defect rate. Return process is relatively easy but we've used Temu credit option only so far. Not sure how long it takes if we request refund to the original payment method.
Our other big concern with this website is their pop-up promotions which are pure scams. We've got "buy $30 get $10 coupon", and "buy $60 get $20 coupon" offers. After we receive the code and try to redeem it with our next purchase, it says "you have to buy $30 to use this coupon code", which means the $10 or the $20 are not true coupons at all. If you buy again today, you will be prompted the same messages to induce you to add more items to the shopping cart. Be careful with this site!

Never really expected a lot from cleaning gloves as long as they managed to protect my skin so I don't really have anything to say about these bc they're pretty effective I guess. It is so much fun to scroll through all the stuff and pick out things you like, and when you look at the cart it's still under $100. Great selection and great prices. However, they use a shipping service that uses UPS for the first part, so you get a notice your package is on the way and speeding to you. But UPS then drops your package at a local post office for the final delivery. This results in a delay of up to three weeks, or the rest of your natural life. Have you ever waited in line at a post office? This is the most incompetent organization on earth! PS I was going to add a picture of my purchase, but I am still waiting.

Temu is a host site for multiple sellers. Most of the products are good quality. Watch for conflicting photos in a listing, note stated sizes (or lack of sizes), headlines sometimes fail to indicate that a choice needs to be selected (check for photo icons that specify size, color, and price differences when you click on them), multiple sellers means different pricing on same/similar items. Delivery time depends on what you buy - your order is given a delivery window. Temu will automatically issue a $5 account credit for late delivery. If items are damaged (take photos) or missing (they will check with the warehouse), go to your orders and use the return/refund button to receive a refund or account credit (with which I have had positive experiences). I have purchased many quality items at great prices, just remember to shop smart!

I was just giving it a try at first, but they have tons of interesting products at a much lower price than the big online retailer here. Many items were so cheap that they weren't even sold here, such as stick-on hooks for less than $2 that I found lots of use for, galoshes for less than $5, and brow shaper kits for $1.34, and pressed on Fake Nails for $.98. Shipment arrives quickly considering that they're from Asia There are issues with most of the dresses I purchased- be it the material or the sizing. Thus the 4 instead of 5 stars, but they were quick to approve my returns with free shipping and issued refunds, I placed 4 orders thus far and am happy with most of my purchases I highly recommend giving them a try; I'm glad I did.

I love some of the shipments that I have received from your company. Most are ok but however this is the 3 shipment that laser ship claims driver didn't have correct address. Untrue they have delivered 2 times before no problem I bought items for a birthday today i would think you should send me a free gift certificate for the 2 orders not here. I tried it I personally know others who bought items, received items, loved items. My experience has been great. I love it. I am addicted. Yes its an addiction. Most items I love bc the quality is good. Some items not so much. Pictures were or discriptuon was not clear. No problem with returning items, in fact I was able to choose how I am refunded. Either refund in several days and no returning item or Cash now and choose something else and not to worry about returning. I have always chosen the later. Zero issues. I get my package relatively quickly as well.

Places order on 3/11 with promise of delivery by 3/25. Still no order. They actually attempted deliver on 3/23 but couldn't gain access to the building so rather than these morons calling to say they were there they left. Am ordering something I need before Wednesday and no one has responded. Someone named Naomi sent 1 email, and since then have not responded, even tho I have attempted numerous times to reach out to get and answer or redelivery and tell them to call when they get here. Right now I am pissed off because they did a piss poor delivery job, not even an attempt to contact the purchaser. But they have 3 days to get it here before I really blast them. Depends on service from here whether the next review is a step up or blast...their choice

Have been on Temu for a while now and I don't think I'll ever go back to other websites bc they don't take care of us as well as Temu does. They sell super cheap crappy items with glowing fake reviews and then by the time you get the product home and realize its total junk they discontinue the item so when you leave a bad review it doesnt even show up anywhere. Literally just happened to me.

To my surprise, Ebay, Amazon, Walmat move over. Any item on these sites, you will find them at Temu for at least 50% lower price. The fact is most of what they offer are imported from China anyway. TEMU contacted me after the initial incident resolving the matter by giving me $5 off and a credit in the amount of my original order then literally sending an order again without any problems in delivery. I recently placed two orders and waiting to see if it will be delivered as promised. I noticed in the advertisements they use boxes to show orders being delivered. The packaging was a bag and I order shoes packed in a bag left bunched marks that I had to put paper to bring them back to form but the other products, I was pleased with but the quality is what you pay for so do not think you will get the level of quality if it were a name brand product. However, the prices are phenomenal and there are a wide variety of products to choose from and since I am on a fixed income, I didn't expect much but was quite satisfied with everything I ordered. Now the numerous updates or ads to encourage more spending becomes aggravating as the notification sounds gets monotonous.

I NEVER received my package. I've been asking over a month for either a credit or a refund. They are not offering either. They constantly give me the same answer. Check your neighbors or USPS. I did both, still no help. I told them I'll settle for a credit and all I got was "sorry for any inconvenience." From looking they have a protected purchase policy but not using it for their customers. They were suppose to be Christmas gifts and Temu has let me down terribly. If I had the money to lose I wouldn't care, but a mom struggling around the holidays was really depressing.

I am done with Temu. 3 out of 3 orders: Problems using my credit card (they actually asked for a copy of my statement to "verify"), problems with items that don't work, problems with shipping, problems with receiving items. Chat representatives can't do anything to help and just cover scripted talking points. I am done with this sham or shell company. Wondering if there is a different reason things are so cheap. Maybe instead of suing their competitors Temu should focus on their own order fulfillment failures.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
