I watched the ads for a long time, and frankly didn't trust them, which is ironic, considering their advertising line about how the deals are real. Finally, an item came along with a special price for first time users. I decided to gamble on it. Lost that gamble. Their system is broken somewhere and the item I clicked on, and supposedly went in my cart but didn't, before the registration process. During the process I ended up ordering two more items, but was never given the chance to check my cart. The original item was not ordered. I then went back and ordered it but didn't get the promised price. Total elapsed time was 11 minutes. Contacted customer support and talked to a Jasmine. She was unrelenting and didn't care. I will never trust temu again.
The products are cheap but lack quality, it smacks of cheap plastic goods from China. The shipping took awhile, maybe 10 days but it was free.
It might suit some people, I will not be shopping there again.

I probably have over 20 orders already with them... Though some items are just disposable, most are well made with an unbelievably low price. PLUS - shipping is FREE... Shipping is not overnight but it is quick! Excellent selection on just about anything!

Don't get me wrong, for the most part, I like my items some are super, super, cheap,cheaper than dollar tree. Temu, customer service is horrible, you don't get to speak with anybody just an automated typing service, so basically no customer service, just an automated response of someone typing the same thing over and over with no resolution of the issue., I was told, they're going to connect me somebody that can help me, which that NEVER took place they, sent me coupons that are not valid and they're not expired, they just dont work. I've only shopped twice,I had to return some shoes that were too big which it was my fault, I got half of order in 7 days I ordered a half size up similar to Shein, things do come quicker customer service is no customer service.Still no help with my problem, so my issue is not resolved guess they don't care and I did not get my free gift that was supposed to come with my first order of over $40

This is just a review based on my first experience as i have not received my items yet. I first heard about this new app from a friend of mine. I was skeptical on trying the app as the reviews are mix but i was surprised when i downloaded the app, they are very easy to navigate and the price are really, really affordable. I just made my first purchase and got free shipping and also extra 30% off with $19. Waiting for my package to arrive on Jan 20 and they wrote upfront if its late they will give me $5. I don't need the items on a rush so i don't mind the wait as long as they are friendly on my pockets.

So I recently tried Temu and tried to get their 2 free gifts by conning 8 different people to sign up for the Temu app. I actually achieved that and then Temu promised to ship...but then the message came the shipment was delayed. They gave a $5 credit for the delay BUT you need to have a minimum order of $20 to use it. Finally I received notice that may package had been delivered, but it had not. When I notified them about this they said they would re-ship but because one of the free gifts was out of stock they would not re-send that. So, would I trust them to really send something if I actually bought it. Nope. They also clearly are happy grabbing personal information from others too, which suggests they would not be careful of my private information. Ultimately they are not worth it to me.

I have put an order for the first time and my husband was concerned from the very beginning if we are gonna receive our Package or not. Well guess what his intuition came true. I have been tracking the package for long and it didn't move from one stagnant place for so many days. Approached temu rep, he said I have to call the delivery services myself and upon arguing he said he will inquire on my behalf. I really wanted the stuff that I ordered but I am highly disappointed and now I asked for a refund because I am done waiting. Want to place another order but I am not sure if I should do it or not. It's been a month now since I placed an order. It's a great value for money but it is not worth the wait.

Not really sure if the thing i got was exactly like the one in the picture but i still like it anyway :) It fits really well at the top and the bottom part is kinda loose. Also vvv easy to pair with almost anything so you can wear it casually or dress it up.

I ordered twice from this company first time I did not receive the product. They did issue a full refund second time the packaging was so bad that the box containing the product was badly damaged. Had to return it and I'm still waiting for the refund.

At this writing it has been 4 days since I called about wrong items that were sent to me. The day I called I was told a ticket was created and a supervisor would reach out in 24 hrs. Everyone knows that is a lie. So I reach out via FB messenger. Only to be told that they are urging customer service to reach out and be patient. Day 3 nothing. Today is day 4 and I have heard from no one. They still have my money and I still don't have the correct items. 4 days is too long for a supervisor to reach out and see if they can reship my order. I have never encountered such horrible customer service. I am done shopping with Temu.

Temu owes me refunds from merchandise that was sent back to them. Their customer service department is Horrible. Be aware when returning items as they will try and say they've issued you a refund when they haven't. I use to order from them at least once a week but I stop. Also a lot of the merchandise is cheaply made especially the jewelry tarnishing after 2 or 3 wears. They kept my refunds of $32.71,$17.95 $ $7.88. I've had to file disputes with my bank

Given the mixed reviews for Temu, I decided to do a test run: I placed a small order and paid with a major credit card.
The 10 items I ordered were delivered exactly in the middle of the stated delivery date range, and 9 of the items were exactly as pictured on the site, and exactly as expected. The single 'off' item was only slightly different than shown.
Based on this experience, I'd order from Temu again. But not for expensive clothing, or electronics.
Maybe I got lucky? Or maybe some people's expectations are too high when ordering from discount sites.
Actual products aside, I appreciated that searches opened up for items almost exclusively to the search term (unlike Amazon, where a specific search often includes wide outliers).
I don't appreciate the daily emails from Temu, but they're easy enough to delete without opening, or cancel.

I ordered from Temu a lot before because the stuff was at a good price and the shipping was good. All of a sudden some piggy ship got involved and all 7 packages they have I have yet to receive. I've contacted them and have yet to email me back let alone update the system. After I get all my $5 late fee credits I'm deleting this app.

I really enjoyed purchasing products from this company. Unfortunately they are using UPS and in the state of Missouri UPS is awful to work with especially in the Springfield and Branson area. They do not care about their customers. They are rude and blame the customer for not being there when they deliver a package. I work just as most people do. I will not be ordering any more from this company as long as they use UPS for delivering methods.

I ordered a pack of various items 2 times. I received my both packs within 8days. All items were just as described and shown in photos. Temu sends you day-to-day shipping status which I found useful because I could guess when exactly I was supposed to receive my order. And I guessed right! In general, I keep ordering to Temu. It's my best online shop.
By the way, I'm living in the Netherlands, and it takes 8days to get your pack from China (if not express)

I had heard good things but my first experience with Temu will be my last. My parcel did not arrive after weeks of waiting and I have been told a refund will be issued and 'if my parcel eventually arrives' I can keep it. These items were ordered in November for Christmas and now I do not have time to re-order from another, more reputable company. Customer service was also terrible. No actual assistance just cut and paste responses which didn't actually help.

I have placed many orders, and everything's been great. I've had to send some things back and that was very easy to do. Somethings they refunded me my money, and said I didn't need to send the item back. I've had no problems with them.

Answer: They lie and cannot be trusted, promise refund but it never comes even when they have photos from two sources.
Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
