SCAMMERS

My order was never received. The website provided me with the option to have it re-shipped. Only AFTER I agreed to that did they inform me that a party of the order was out of stock, otherwise I would not have agreed. It took over an hour to finally get to someone who could process the refund. Shop at your own risk. Scammers.

My order came quickly however I never received it. Delivery service claimed to deliver to me in person! Not. Customer service is sketchy. They offered a full refund and I accused them of collecting insurance claims at full retail on orders that never arrived. With that they typed "Nice to meet you". Bits not over yet!

Extremely low quality products

I ordered many items, believing that They'll be of good quality but that is not the case. Some of the products seem like a good deal but once they arrived they were cheaply made, and not even up to the.99 Store standards.

I am returning 80% of the stuff I ordered, what a waste of time btw, and I will update this review once I see the ease of the returns. Good thing I only spent a small fortune on this purchase. Purposely I didn't order all I wanted.

Now I know never to shop on this site ever again.

Customer service stinks

So my order was late. I get that happens, but when 3 customer service reps in a row transfer me because they can't answer my question, then ask the same 3 questions in a row... same photos, same PO. Still ask me after a message they were reviewing the previous concersations... its BOTS running their customer service. Will not buy here again. It all been cheap grade items, no wonder the price!

I bought an items a package that has more than a more than 13 items,I saw a picture of the package delivered but I did not see or step my eyes on the package,but later realized that Temu and the carrier company ontrac are working hand to hand to fraud customers that is does pictures they kept sending me for items that I paid almost $150 for.too painful who can you trust

Never a problem

I know it comes from China. And up until Trump started his crap, it was never a problem getting items from there. Look around your home. Many things are from there. Even his clothing line was made there. I know I should buy American and I usually do. But when it comes down to a big savings for the same item. I'll save the money.

Gift Card Scam

First order was processed and delivered as expected. Products received were as expected. Gift cards received with the order do not work and no one at Temu was the least bit concerned, nor did they try to help. After several back and forth texts the Temu Rep "Miles" just decided he could not understand me and "transferred" me to another person who never responded. I will use other suppliers in the future.

I love to shop at Temu! My orders and my husband's also, came on the exact day that they inform in their site! They have tons of great deals, same stuff you find at the overpriced Amazon site! I made several orders on Temu, and never had a problem, just sent once some stuff back, and they refunded them pretty fast! Another thing is when an item you bought already gets cheaper, you claim the price adjustment and they give you a credit!

Temu clothes

I have a whole new summer wardrobe from temu. Clothes are stylish and well made, fabric not the greatest, but for that price it's fabulous. I am a return buyer from them, just received my sixth package and I am very, very picky. You really can't go wrong here.

I have placed about a dozen orders with this company. They have not screwed up one order or return.
I had a couple items damaged by the mail and they refunded me promptly and also sent a postage paid return label. The only thing you do need to be careful with is clothing. They apparently come from different manufacturers with different measurements. Be sure to click on the size chart for each item you order. I have had to order anywhere from an XS to a L. The items are described accurately in dimensions and quality.

Temu sent me a green 1 PC Foldable Washing machine. The basket that goes inside the tub won't stay in place after starting any cycle. Comes loose and makes alot of noise and potentially ruin the machine.

Only the second time I've used Temu, first time shoes were unsuitable, sent back and money credited the next day. Very pleased with the service given and very good price for all that I've bought.

I had a situation recently that required customer support from TEMU. In addition to keeping me waiting for long periods of time, they offered no solution and no empathy or assistance of any kind. I was transferred to a supposedly escalate my concerns but the 2nd employee only gave me token cut/paste refusals and even tried to disconnect me. I had to request to "continue the chat." I have no recourse other than to lose my money because they will not honor their return policy.

Not bad

Not a bad site if you're looking for cheap and good items. The site is easy to use, there's a lot of payment options, and the products you get from the site are pretty good too. I read that their customer care is good too tho I haven't tried talking to them yet. Just manage your expectations with the shipping since it takes more than a week, but with the low prices, imo it's worth it!

Warning, this company sells Rubbish

This place is good for those who loved Wish. This is much lower quality. I walked to my porch to get the package and it smelled like an overwhelming odor of fish. I opened the package and it made me nauseated. I sprayed everything and they have been outside for 3 days and the smell will not go away. I will never use this site again. I am throwing my $100 purchase away literally and figuratively. No one should have to deal with that smell. Not a great first impression.

Started off fine...

...but of my last two orders one has gone missing completely and the other is now way overdue. These were items for my grandsons birthday and now I have to start all over again with very little time to get sorted. I feel very let down. I have been refunded for one but that doesn't solve my problem as I am house bound and cannot get out to replace them which is why I bought online in the first place.
