Scam!

Temu frequently don't send you small products, then charge you extra to repurchase them. They are operating a scam and there is no means to actually talk to a person in customer service about your complaint, just A.I. And automated responses.

I want to know...

I want to know how every single item they sell has 4.5-5 star reviews. Not just a few but a few hundred 5 star reviews on every idem. Not possible. This is ridiculous! You can't trust them when deciding to purchase anything. I ordered about 10 items from them and it took 2 weeks to get. 5 items were crap, 3 were good and 2 were doable. They have fake reviews or people are lying. Whats up with this site?

Don't be tempted! Dollar general and family dollar quality clothes for way more money. Polyester material for t shirts and jumpers. The 3 tiered dress is one large bloop. More than disappointing. Almost maddening the level of trash they are spewing.

Cheap Garbage!

Do yourself a solid favor and avoid this seller...period! I ordered four items that actually came but the primary purchase was a spun Mop and Bucket. Cheap, flimsy and definitely not worth the $40 I forked out for it. St8 TRASH!

I've received a couple "packages" from Temu. They have been a mishmash of boxes, and bags that look like they have been packed by a mutant robot. None of the boxes are capable of being given as a gift, unless you want to explain how cheap you were.

Also, I was looking at packs of stickers, and ended up getting 3 of the exact same pack. They were listed on the Temu website, but had a different sticker on top, so they looked like different packs.

All in all, I'll shop elsewhere.

Hesitated on ordering but listened to a coworker they make sure your card payment clears then they print out a shipping label and say it's shipped. You go to the shippers website and the package hasn't been received...So basically there lying it's been over two weeks and it's still saying shipped with no info and then you check with the shipper and still nothing received. So now it's time to call my credit card company to file a dispute...If you're thinking about a purchase from this company my advice is don't do it

I ordered ladies clothes. The blouses are true to size, good quality, and I love all of them. All the pants seem like children's' 10, not ladies. Both winter jackets very low quality and not at all warm. I gave one to my son for cosplay as it really is only costume quality. Suit (jacket and pants) low quality with see through child sized pants and true fit ladies 10 jacket, poor quality. All items terribly creased, you need to know your way around an iron.
Definitely worth purchasing the blouses. Disappointed overall.

Worst Business Ever

They are a scam. They send damaged items and then only refund to temu credit balance. They suddenly put minimum spend on my account out of nowhere, so now I cannot access my refund, unless I spend $8 extra on stuff I do not want. This is bait and switch fraud and they change site terms with no warning. I will be taking legal action. Do not go near this app. They are the worst.

Highly recommend

The trick with Temu is using caution. If it seems too good to be true it likely is. Check measurements, look at all available photos, and read reviews of items. I have spent a fortune there and been largely pleased with the items I have received. The return process is simple, refunds are fast, shipping is adequate. Their price adjustments are easy to get, I love this company.

Very poor quality goods and when you send them back they deduct everything, so called discounts, coupons etc, so you basically send them back all the items you had paid for and cost you this way whatever it was worth! So they either way make money on you! And delivery late and when you no longer needed it they still refund just a fraction of the amount! Never order from them again and wont recommend it

You lost me as a customer after the horrible way I was treated by your employee Leah Sheng. She refused to honor a credit giveaway glitch, which is actually a crime, since the game falsely advertised that I won and then took the prize away. She needs to be fired, if you want temu to last and avoid legal trouble. I am seriously considering suing, if this issue is not resolved. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. Cares nothing about the customer or laws. I even asked her four or five time to transfer me to a superior, and she refuses and claims that she spoke to a superior and they too refused to help. But it is obvious she is lying to avoid getting fired, if a superior saw the way she was treating customers.

Temu stole my money

I ordered some items from Temu that never arrived. The company refuses to issue a refund. Their customer service is worthless. They outright stole my money, at least that's what I think it's called when you pay money to a company for merchandise that they do not send, am I correct?

Watch your cart while ordering, I caught it just in time if I was ordering 1 item it would be increased to 2, more than once this happened. Also I have items missing from my order, and the quality of items I received was just about as expected. You get what you pay for.

Dishonest Business Practices

I placed my first order. Half of the order was returned due to quality issues or misleading product descriptions.
The return process is cumbersome as you must take video or photos everything and provide multiple reasons. My packaged for my order arrived in two packages but I was only given a return shipping label for one package. Temu gives you an option of your refund to be a Temu Credit or refunded to your credit card I choose my credit card but got a Temu credit anyway. Customer service wouldn't help. Had to escalate to another department. Then one must wait for an email. That's my first order experience. NO THANKS TEMU! There's zero results from customer service on getting my actual refund instead of a credit.

Really Good CS!

I had a problem with one of my orders but that's not really the issue here. I was helped by their CS rep named Anna (tho I think it's just a nickname for their reps?) and she was so helpful! She even updated the status of my order and helped me out with my problem. Their CS was really coordinated too cause I talked to another rep after and they were able to help me with the same problem since they had the query from before. Super impressed with their friendly CS!

Just made my 1st and last purchase at this website. The shipping was prompt and arrived as ordered. However, quality is definitely not their strong suite. I even ordered LED lighting strip which is just terrible. That being said, I would not order again.
