I placed an order on February 20,2023. I put all of correct info in my profile. Received email that order was being shipped as 2 packages. I had no problems until I looked at where the packages were being shipped to. Lo and behold they were not going to MY address, but to an address in FLORIDA! I live in INDIANA! It took 2 days, 3 different "out-sourced" representatives in order to cancel the 1 package that had already shipped. I cancelled the other "package" as it hadn't shipped yet. BE CAREFUL!

Our first order received was the wrong items. Even the quantity of items ordered was drastically different. The original order had 28 items, and the wrong order received had 12. The tracking number was the same. Temu doesn't have a telephone number for Customer Service, I had to use Chat. I chatted with 3 different Customer Support Reps over an hour, and had to repeat the same information to each Rep. So, I finally submitted a Refund for wrong package received. I have never had an experience of an entire order from any website that was incorrectly sent. If I could have talked with a representative over the telephone, I would have saved myself at least 40 minutes. I'm just amazed how incompetent the quality control of Temu is, and on the very first order. That is very sad. There were a lot of Birthday presents in this order.

So I have made a few purchases with Temu and have had no problems. I returned 2 items and was refunded immediately. The reason for 4 stars is my last 2 packages are very late but I have received a credit for both.

So not happy with temu for the last month and ongoing, I have bought so much stuff from them and they are no longer providing proper documentation which is needed at the border. Several of my parcels have still not been delivered and temu will not do anything. Not kewl, temu. Get it together.

Not happy with temu it looks all nice but in reality it's a scam for people to help them get more people. They say free gift just share with friends and you will get them. When your done doing what they say the app starts taking away your credit so you won't get the free gift it's a scam for you to buy more and find them more people to use their app.

Within 2 days after having to give my phone number with my order, I got a scam call that knew my full name and phone. The scammer had a strong Asian accent. The scam said that if I didn't call the 866 number that "legal" action would be taken against me. I did fall for this scam, but that name and phone number I used for that Temu account is what the scammers used. Temu either sells the info or their servers are hacked.

First and last time I will ever use this app. I ordered somethings back in June 2023. As of July 3rd I had not received my order. July 12th I was told my items failed to deliver. I requested a refund and as of August 11th I still have not been refunded my money. They are stealing from people.

I dont recommend this site if u live in a complex because they don't care whether or not you was the one to receive your package. My package was stolen and they did not refund me or reship my package I spent over $200 on the items a total of 19 items in which I only received two after Temu decided to split my delivery in two one came through via usps the other a delivery company they use and that's one who delivered package to wrong address and told/marked delivery as correct in which it wasn't. Trust I contacted Temu themselves as well as delivering company and neither wanted to help nor fix the issue. Also I'm still being charged for the items because I paid through afterpay. I advised them as well as temu I will and can not pay for items I never received regardless of what the delivery company said about order being delivered because I never received the package. Needles to say me or my family no longer use the site

I ordered some items that were not as they were described. I initiated a return, my order was just over $40 and I was charged $8 for return postage. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my parial refund.

I have placed 5 orders with TEMU and 3 have been delivered so far with 2 en route. All 3 deliveries came within the estimated time and in general the deliveries have been quicker than my orders from Aliexpress. 2 of the orders were not shipped immediately and TEMU gave me a $5.00 credit for each for slow shipping. I'm very happy with the quality of the products and there was no damage to any of the items. So far my experience has been very positive with price, quality, speed of delivery and customer service.

Temu.com took my order, promptly charged my card, and 3 weeks later sent me an email that my order was delivered.
Except they did not deliver. The picture on the site shows some door with the same number as my street address, with some package on the street close to that door. That picture has exactly nothing to do with delivering packages to my address. Number of a street address is not unique. I live in an apartment building with a mail room, where mail is normally dropped off. My order has correct address, with apartment number on it. Mailroom is the first room upon entering the building lobby. Every legitimate delivery service operating in my area manages to deliver packages with no problem.
I've contacted Temu.com about non-delivery, but online support tells me to call, and phone message tells me to hang up. Not exactly promising for getting anything for my money.

I returned items and still DO NOT HAVE MY ENTIRE REFUND! They gave me $24.11 out of $109.00. They tell you they are going to have the financial institution look into it but it is the same email every time saying they sent the refund when they only gave me $24.11. It has almost been one month!

This is a U.S. based Chinese company who has only been in business since September 2022. It is a million times better than decades-old AliExpress & is almost on par with Amazon (without the books)--amazing for such a new site. They have a humungus hoarders dream inventory of everything you never knew you needed at prices so low as to be almost free. Accurately fulfilled orders are shipped FREE in a guaranteed 11 days w/$5 credit for later deliveries. CS is easily accessible & overly fair. They have liberal return policies & refunds are promptly processed. I had problems with 2 orders but it was only because the packages didn't fit in my mailbox, which is a block away up an unpaved ominous-looking deadend & USPS couldn't find my house (if you can imagine that).

After I finally received my products very late I discovered they are counterfeit. I bought an exhaust pipe that is counterfeit. It is not a factory item, just a cheap knockoff. I requested my money back but TEMU requires me to return the item. This mistake will be costly to TEMU as I have handed the item to the authorities. It would have been easier to comply with my request, but TEMU decided against it. My attorney has suggested a lawsuit after the authorities have concluded their investigation.
Furthermore my last TEMU review was answered by a repwho suggested TEMU sells quality products. WOW! Really! Quality products? You have been caught red handed selling counterfeit products! You call that quality? Are you completely insane? This company is a joke.

I am ashamed to say I've spent a few hundred dollars on Temu.com because they have an amazing selection of unique items from which to choose. Not anymore. While there are many things that can help you with housekeeping, the majority of things I've bought are cheap, made in China, and not as expected. Jewelry often tarnishes, breaks easily or looks cheap like the price you paid for it. Occasionally, you may get a quality ring in stainless steel, but that is not the norm. I purchased 5 clothing items in one order and each was made of the same poor quality materials, a cheap, thin polyester. I would never buy clothing from them again. Yes, Temu.com is a legitimate company who crams orders in to orange plastic mailers which can cause crushing of hats and other items. They do refund money if you are not satisfied once the item is returned.

Answer: There are free returns. Only one package return per order...so if you order 5 things you can return as many as you want but have to be sent in one package. If you buy say 7 items and return one and then a week or so later want to return other items from that same order you would have to pay for shipping on the second shipment...which makes sense since the company should not have to pay shipping on more packages than they sent.
