Very bad experience!
Purchase of completely useless theme. As a developer, I usually buy many themes. I made a big mistake buying on this site.
It's a shame not to repay a customer, it's theft. The fees are $ 70 !!
I explained to them that the template did not suit at all. They tried to dissuade me by proposing to have it installed by an expert from their team. I know perfectly how to install a template but it had no compatibility, no documentation, only errors!
I made the same day a request for reimbursement to the support but useless, they reassembled the info to 3 or 4 different people to finally tell me this:
"We appreciate your honest feedback and fully share your concerns, however I'm sure we will not be able to meet your request. This article is only available in French and English, and we are unable to provide you with the information you need. / further assistance offers we can not wait for you. "
I work on Wordpress for 5 years I know perfectly how to install a template in Wordpress, it's just theft when you sell a completely useless theme for that price.
I really advise you to go see the competition ;)

I had a great customer service experience with Jace Paulsen. He talked me through each step of the process and guided me throughout the whole experience from start to finish to make it simple and easy for me. Even gave me a great discount so I'm extremely pleased and would recommend him to anyone so Thank You Jace if you ever read this. I never write reviews EVER but this case is exceptional so great job.

I was looking for a template for my business for quite some time. But i could not choose one effectively. Today i knocked support and talk to Chase Turner and in a couple of minute by his suggestions i selected a really nice template i like. Nice doing business with Templatemonster. Will come back for sure.

Im chathu Peiris and i lost my website because i couldn't pay hosting on time, but Ms lori Johnson understood my problem. she was not in a rush to sell but to understand the real problem. and she offered me the finest solution she can give for my situation. So one more time she made the template monster great as a trusted company to purchase from when we faced a difficulty. hope all people to be great as Ms lori Jhonson......

I purchased a theme from template monster, I had nothing but issues with it. I was then spoken to rudely on the live chat and the agent kept copying and pasting if I want advance support to pay for it. The requests I had were very basic and I advise anyone looking to purchase a theme from Template Monster to think twice if they need any basic help after purchasing. The theme I purchased clearly has bugs in and is not fit for purpose.
