I have a client who asked for assistance with their website. I know some basics so i said no problem! Needless to say they wanted some crazy functions... oh great... I had used Template Monster in the past so decided to take a look. So many options! I looked and looked and just got overwhelmed! I got on the chat and Caroline came on. She was a God send from the very beginning! Asked me what I needed, i told her and she found it within minutes! I don't like using chat because sometime I get left with more questions than answers. But not this time! Definitely left satisfied and NOT overwhelmed! Thank you Caroline!
After having received a completely fraudulent product from them more than a year ago, their sales department tried contact me again to defraud me of more money. I told them on the phone to never contact me again, but they have since sent two additional e-mails that I am referring to law enforcement for criminal prosecution as harassment.
I am clueless why they would pursue this or risk a civil and criminal legal case against their company. But they did, so I will take every option legally open to me to prevent them from harassing or criminally defrauding anyone else.

Id never dealt with Template Monster before, I found their instructions very easy to follow, but when I had problems with my host, I got stuck. TM support didn't disappoint, getting right in there and helping me out until my issues were resolved. They were friendly, helpful and had a fast turnaround. A good support team makes a business, these guys do a great job, thanks again!
This company is a nightmare to deal with. They either do not read or do not understand customer communications. Their responses generally consist of a few useless lines and a link to a "solution" that's not even remotely a solution; it's a wild goose chase. They demonstrate almost no interest in actually resolving customers' issues. If there's anyone at Template Monster who does aspire to this, I have yet to meet that person - and I certainly have tried, over and over and over. Their templates are beautiful, but even so, I don't know how they stay in business when they demonstrate such a frustrating lack of regard for their customers.
I purchased a package that included the nice template, which was under $100 plus about $700 additional for help to install and customize the site, most of which I did myself because every time I hit them up with a batch of content or a list of mistakes or glitches it was at least a week before I even got a confirmation that my email was received by the service manager. Sometimes it was weeks before an edit was performed. By then I usually figured out how to do most of it myself. I still haven't launched the site publicly because the logo and menu's got dropped from the Front Page and it's been two months since I purchased the package. The site was super slow and they refused to admit it was their template, blaming my hosting server. I have two other sites on the same server drive and they run super fast. This company sucks. Once they have your money you'll be cast down with idiots who don't care if you're happy or not.
... who sell outdated products. It's impossible to adjust their websites to mobile devices... plus my account, purchase ID, all details etc... everything disappeared. Their websites do not meet today literally the basic requirements!
From my initial chat interaction to deployment of my site, service was great. Very knowledgeable, patient, and quick to follow up with answers to more complex questions. Would highly recommend to anyone, particularly small/mid-size business owners or managers that need a pro-level site and support for reasonable cost.
Nearly 3 hours on the tech chat page, 3 different operators. All i wanted was a couple of simple answers. All they could do was 'Like a robot' direct me to tutorial links. Like I haven't already been their. NOT very help full and tried to charge me extra for help after I spent money on a new theme. Very bad customer service. Not happy! Seriously buy form another provider. Ive been stung, don't fall into the trap!

Support was horrible, seemed like the person had no idea what they were on about. Constantly checking with other staff then being transferred. The purchased theme corrupted my website articles and pages, making them unable to be read easily. The theme was very limited and prevented some users from accessing pages due to the features on the theme. All existing articles ended up having formatting issues. Avoid.

Over recent years I have purchased multiple templates from templatemonster.com, I have to say that they are by far the best template company on the market. The products are well built and are always easy to customise to suit particular needs.
On the rare occasion I have encountered a problem or needed any help their support is always fast and thorough even when an issue has been with a third party extension.
Template Monster always reward their customers with discount codes so there is a great reason to buy again.
I had quick, efficient and resourceful support from Becky. She offered a very professional consulting session, interested in the scope of my project to best assess and explained all the services they can provide along with the theme to have the whole project done by them in 5 days. Boy was I pleasantly surprised!
If you haven´t tried their support, make sure to contact them to get all the help you could possibly need.
I've had Andre's tech help twice now, and both times it feels like he saved the day! No, he did more than that, he saved my SANITY! He stayed with me through about 8 different issues/questions that I presented regarding my website and helped until they were completely fixed! I cannot thank him enough!
