Purchased this template from Template Monster.com and purchased the option to have them assist in some very simple changes.

What we needed was for them to fix the contact us page, place our logo in the page and get rid of the universal stock images. Instead I receive back and forth emails and no production. Would not have taken more than 2 hours for someone who knows what they are doing.

I am convinced they do not know what they are doing other than ripping off unsuspecting customers. Very poor customer service and no execution. Completely dissatisfied.

This is first time I checked out the site and templates offered. Found one that looks like it was what I need to build a portfolio site to showcase my photography skills. Stewart in Customer support was very professional and to the point in answering my questions and offering suggestions on things that I may have not yet considered yet as I am very inexperienced in web design. Correspondence lasted less than 5 minutes, but gave me the answers I need for the time being.

I spoke to shane from Template Monster and he provided with adequate information and what made it amazing he was straight to the point with no time wasting. He also responded fast. The information he provided has now help me change a few things such a hosting service and seo optimising. It was awesomely priced. I never would have known had he not informed me. I have always used Template Monster and even to this day when i ask friends if they know other template sites but none of them come close to how easy Template Monster is and how helpful the team are on pre sales and even more so, the aftercare. I have a few web site projects under my belt and I've used TemplateMonster for a few of them. Their products are easy to use/edit if you know some web development basics. If you happen to be a novice, they provide fast, reliable services to get your site up and running. They partner with reliable businesses which provides customers with a complete suite of products. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their products for my future projects. If you run into a glitch, they're always available to help resolve it.

I sometimes have a habit of making certain decisions that usually should take some time in terms of being well thought out. Choosing a site design definitely is one of those. I contacted Caroline to get her thoughts on a design I was looking for but I had done no previous homework. I told her what I wanted and submitted a couple of live examples and regardless of it being somewhat vague, she was able to nail exactly what I was looking for.

This shows great attention to detail, forethought, and customer care. Those traits are rare these days and she displayed it. I was very appreciative.

Templates are all enough flexible for customization. It's possible to make something WOW with each of them. + The service is really great.
I don't know where are the founders from but I call it "German Quality".
What they say is what they really do. With no push, no insist and no mis-promise.
Recently I had been chatting with "Earl", she was ALWAYS on time in sending me emails and answers to previous questions. Others on chat were respectfully transferring me to Earl each time I come back to site for more questions. These are all so much valuable for me. Thank you Earl.
