I signed up for their ONE subscription over a year ago without signing on for auto-renewal. When the subscription ended, I did not want to renew because it was a nightmare - with their sales team promising what their tech team can't deliver. However, without pre-approval, they charged my card again for another year's subscription, and refused to give me the full refund which I have been demanding for this past 3 months, despite my not having used the subscription. I have been dealing with a Daniel Dawson who claims to be the boss, but does not bother to read his e-mails carefully, but parrots the company's "no refund" policy over and over again. Pity there is no negative star rating!
