I ordered two shirts recently. They are ridiculously small and I would like to exchange one for a larger size. I have tried emailing TeeSpring customer service. They say they will respond within 24 hours. Been 3 days and still no response. Tried to chat with customer service... they canceled my chat because no agents were available. Come on, I'm not asking for a refund. The shirt is cute, just want a larger size.
Great experience great product and quick delivery. Shirts were smaller than expected so next time I will order larger sizes but extremely satisfied
I'm sure this review will never make it anywhere but this company uses deception to sell their overpriced stuff. They make fake Facebook accounts using famous people and making false claims. You would think that it was a charity you are supporting because of how ridiculously high they are but naw, just them making money off of suckers that fall for it. Not sure why you think I would give you a good review. You suck!

Shippingdont pay for super rush shipping it's a lie, also if you choose more than one they don't bundle the package they charge you for each one to be shipped then it takes 5+++ days to get to you. Shipping alone was 7.99 not worth it.
We are fans of Tee Spring and will keep using them. However, we find it difficult to really connect well with our customers through the interface, and the online store front is entirely too limiting. We could sell more shirts if we could show off all the styles and colors we have selected. Still, they have done everything they said they would do and in a very timely manner. Just not a "raving" fan yet...
I ordered women's t-shirts which ran way small. I ordered unisex t-shirts and was able to make the sizes work. I returned shirts that didn't work fit wise. Customer service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I will happily do business with this company again.
I bought two signs "Teen with Autism on board" for my cars. The sticky side on the back and picture on front. When you stick it on the windscreen, you could only see the sign from inside the car. The whole point of having this sign is people from outside can see during an emergency.
Useless product, want my £10 back and would never recommend this company to anyone. I gave one star because I had to, otherwise, my review would not be accepted. I actually do not want to give any star!

I was quickly able to create a design. The shirt is made from high quality material and the design printing is top notch. Even better, I paid less than I would for an off the rack printed T-Shirt in a department store.

I love the t-shirts at Teespring. They have something for everyone. My grandkids call me Granny which is hard to find on a t-shirt but Teespring has it all. Fabric is soft and comfortable and it's long enough to cover my granny physique, lol. Also, I'm not a fan of crew neck tees but there usually are other options on Teespring for each design.
I bought a T-shirt with a great text and was very excited to receive it, but when I got it 1) the form didn't correspond to the picture on the site -I ordered a nicely looking feminine shaped T-shirt but got an ordinary male shaped T-shirt and worse... when rincing it to get rid of the "newy smell" the white letters came off... I would have expected all that for a quite cheap T-Shirt, but paying over 40 Euros for a T-shirt which is not it in the expected nice form and which I don't even dare to wash itis not my idea of a fun T-shirt:-(

My first short from these pros. And I'm glad at how good it turned out. Looked clean and crisp upon arrival and was. The shirt was really comfortable for me, sensitive skin. It felt natural. The service was good, even down to the tracking email. I can easily see myself getting more shirts from them for various occasions.

I had returned a shirt that was to big and exchanged it for a smaller size. I did not know how to go about it because there was no phone number on the website. Francis helped me, she was great and emailed me back very fast. She was very helpful and answered all my questions.
