Overall I would say it's your typical graphics business. Same products as everyone just with their own original prints. Competitive prices but delivery time was slow. I ordered two sweatshirts in one transaction but for some reason they were shipped separately. Mine arrived 1 day later than the estimated delivery date range and I'm still waiting on the sweatshirt I bought for my girlfriend. It's probably the USPS that's responsible for slow delivery but it's still silly that they were shipped separately to begin with in my opinion.
Has anyone who ordered a t-shirt at the beginning of April (shipped Apr. 4th) received their orders? I am still waiting. I also found the online chat once and can't find it again. The agent told me I needed to contact customs as it was being shipped from the UK and must be stuck there, that's BS! Costumer service does not respond to the online help requests if you fill in the form. I will never order from them again.

Ordered on May 5th and it's May 22nd and still havent' received! Tracking number indicates it has been in Stowe, OH for over 10 days. DHL, the delivery company indicates I have to get seller to contact them, but Customer Service of Teespring not helpful and would not contact DHL. This was a gift for an occasion that has since past.
After Teespring read this review, they responded and said I should contact their support team and sent me a link to the same form I already completed and got no where! This company really doesn't want to help me. They have me going in circles!
FINALLY just received shirt! Fabric of the long sleeve shirt is VERY THIN! Only order if you plan on wearing for PJs!... HATE IT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've designs many tops via teespring and so to test it and or test the poor reviews I ordered three and they're virtually perfect. I'm delighted that the poor reviews were mainly one offs tbf as mine were fine and delivered on time, they kept in touch via email regarding ANY thing to do with my tops also. One drawback would be, they don't take the payment ASAP, but wait, maybe it's something to do with the 'campaign ending, etc', but it meant I could only order 3 instead of the 5/6 I originally thought I'd purchased (oh & my bank stopped the payment too so maybe it was just my bank stopping payment to check with me 1st that REALLY caused me to only buy 3. Id buy again...

I've ordered several things from the site and while $60 for a hoodie is okay I can't rationalize paying $40 for a tank top. I was also gifted a tshirt and i probably have to get it tailored as I would never wear the style as-is which is even more expensive.

Photos don't provide anywhere near enough detail. The tshirt is virtually see through it's made with very poor quality materials! Wouldn't buy from here again. Took over a month to arrive and pretty much zero shipping info other than shipped but it showed shipped for 3 weeks. Total delivery time from ordering to receiving was just over 5 weeks!

I just received my order (10 days after ordering) and am really disappointed with the tee shirt. It is an XL that fits like a large and I think it can maybe be washed once. The sleeves aren't short they are cap sleeves and look terrible on my saggy arms. Hanes Nano must be the bottom of the Hanes line and the total price was very high.

8 business days in transit and still waiting on my order. For the premium price I paid for the shirts, I expected a much quicker delivery, and regret not purchasing items from a local store, which I could have been enjoying two weeks ago. My two items made it to print then were shipped on May 9th. It took 8 business days for them to travel 311 miles from Kentucky to Illinois compliments of the USPS using rail, and they are due by tomorrow May 19th, but will have to travel another 446 miles to get here from Chicago where they are currently sitting.

Some issues like over priced garments blank tees retail for $3-5 not $10 (which is true for all sites) but one of the better sites to sell your designs.
My order was lost in the mail. I emailed customer service to explain that I hadn't received my order and within an hour, the problem was solved. Francis was able to see that I had not received anything and without hesitation or extra charges, a new order was created and sent out. I am very impresssed with the customer service. It was refreshing to have polite communication and a prompt solution.
For the price, quality is poor - and customer service is rubbish. After a couple of washes the t-shirt shrunk. Emailed them but never even got a response!
