So I accidently hit the go back button when ordering and I didn't even notice.
So I check my email the next day and seen I was charged for 2 shirts instead of one.
So I email them and tell them what happened.
They emailed me right back and say someone will be in contact within 24 hours but that orders can only be changed within 2 hours of ordering.
Well I wait but someone emailed me back about an hour later saying they are giving me a refund for the shirt I accidently ordered.
I AM VERY SATISIFED!
I HAVE ORDERED OTHER SHIRTS FROM THEM AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEM!

I ordered a shirt over two months ago. The company will not provide a refund nor have they sent the shirt. I have attempted to call them during business hours and am directed to email contact only. The emails promise a shirt is on the way but when I purchased the shirt it was with the promise of 2 week delivery. Now 10 weeks later I am out of the money without product.
I was excited to use Teespring, but my sister ordered one of my designs and each of the 3 shirts she ordered arrived with various degrees of distortion. When they sent replacements, those shirts arrived in different colors with yet more distortion on the design. She now has multiple shirts for her kids, but not one has the correct shape of the design. Customer service hasn't been helpful to her as now they want her to pay to send the shirts back if she wants to receive a credit for the poorly printed shirts. As an artist, I know my customers are willing to pay a little more for a custom tshirt, but I will not sell my designs here anymore because I believe my customers deserve to receive the design they see online, and they should get a high quality product. They also shouldn't have to pay for Teespring's printing errors.
I love all the shirts from this company. The product has on key quality and is just as expected. I would like to see shipping be faster for as much as you pay and I think the shirts are kind of expensive but I love them!
I have been very happy with my shirts. But on my last order I received, one of my shirts has a hole in it the size of a nickel!. Its not on the seam either up on my shoulder, not happy about that!. Would like another shirt or refund. Please.

In reply to your answer to my review yesterday (mentioning £11 charge for the one shirt, of the three ordered and paid for, which I've received so far), these three shirts WERE from exactly the same campaign - so not really sure why the three are being sent separately, with the possibility of another £11 being charged by the UK Post Office for duty + handling charge for the other two as well!

Our Production Department assigns the campaign to the printing facility which best suits the needs of the design. Due to each order potentially being shipped from different printing facilities, we are unable to offer combined shipping. However, if you are ordering multiple items from the exact same campaign, we’ll be happy to combine the shipping for you!
I am very disappointed.The screen print is dull and ugly. Colors dull... not vibrant. Print is smudged. Shirt qualty is rough and uncomfortable. I want to return the shirt and get my money back.

My initial purchase was a bit small (my fault) and the print quality was less than expected. I contacted Teespring and they sent a replacement hoodie with a perfect image at no charge. I donated the first to a local charity since they did not expect me to send it back. I could not have asked for better or more courteous support.
I love how it's cool designs from random creative people instead of the regular masses out there.The Campaign rock the message is just what I was looking for.
My order was spread over 2 weeks, but the money was taken immediately out of my account. I will say the NANA shirt I was pleased with.

Then, we start shipping, and this can take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days, depending on where you are within the US. We use this process because every product is made-to-order and printed in bulk. We apologize for the wait, but we're glad to hear that you are pleased with the item that you've received!
The tank top ordered was very cheap quality, the print in the top was defected. Spoke to two different representatives and both of them said that they, and a manager looked at the photo, and it looked like nothing was wrong. And that they couldn't do anything for me until some did happen to it( either a hole does rip in it, or for the print to come out in the washer.) Then I had to point of the huge blotch of black that wasn't supposed to be on the print. Then they realized that yes the shirt was clearly messed up and they "couldn't believe they didn't notice it the first times" smh. They offered me a refund that I still haven't received a week later. This was the second time I've ever ordered from them(the first time having issues with the product) I tried again in hopes that this purchase would be what I had expected. Especially since it was bought for me to wear in memory of my 23 year old brother, who passed away last year unexpectedly. I am very bummed with how his whole process went, and the way I treated by the reps. Now I'm out $30 with no tank top to show for, I'm completely bummed.

The only gripe I have is for the nearly 30 bucks I payed for one tshirt the could have used a better quality. Its a nice shirt but it seems like it wont last long.
My product looked nothing like the picture advertised and when i wanted to return product for full refund I was told I could only return (pay the postage myself) and get a credit.

Checkout was easy. Communication was great - let me know when the shirts were printing and when shipped. Quality is great. Delivery time was within expectations, especially considering the shirts needed to be printed. All-around extremely satisfying experience.

I ordered a tank top in a darker green and it came to me in lime green instead. The customer service department took care of it for me and got me another shirt. They were really nice about it too.
I ordered one size and needed a larger size - I panicked but decided to reply to the emal address that confirmed the order - usually they are an email address you cannot reply to - but I tried it anyway and wihin minutes, they fixed my size to the larger size medium that we needed. Im so excited and cannot wait to get my limited edition t-shirts!
