This company has great customer service. I recieved something that didnt fit, they immediatly sent me a different size, no questions asked. No hassle. I love my sweatshirts, i have several. I get lots of comments when i wear them. :)
My original order from Teespring had a couple of issues. I emailed my concerns to them and received a very prompt response from them. Francis quickly apologized and had me send photos the shirts. Again, a quick response and apology, followed by an immediate reorder. The replacements arrived without delay and are exactly what I wanted, very unique shirts with good quality, backed with excellent customer service.
I don't have a problem with Teespring.com or the cool shirt graphics. What I have a problem with is the thick, stiff quality of some of the shirts. Some are cardboard stiff hard cotton shirts that must be worn and washed a hundred times to soften up. That will wear the graphics out pretty fast. The description should include what type of material the shirt is made of. For the price being charged, a softer, ring spun cotton shirt could be made available. Just for the record, Hanes tagless shirts are very stiff.
Like title of my review already tells the quality of the print for the hoodie was not good. And the hoodie quality (Gildan) is not so impressive.
The price paid for this combo is not worth it. I will stay away from the teespring from now on.

Very good experience with order. When I didn't get a confirming email, but saw that PayPal had processed payment, contacted Teespring. Responded right away. As it turns out, I had entered my email with error. They immediately fixed the problem and my product arrived a day earlier. The communications were also very pleasant and helpful. Recommend this business.
I ordered the "mom strong" tank in the coral color. What I received was an orange like color NOT coral. After emailing back and forth they apologized saying that was the intended color. They offered to ship a different color tank after I shipped mine back and they received it. That was too much of a hassle so I kept it. But the color they advertised and the color they sent were two very different colors so I feel it was false advertisement.

I wanted to test Tee Spring's work before ordering a bunch of prints for my small clothing company. Design had multiple colors and turned out good.
However, I dont like they have shirt in general area that anyone can buy without me getting my profit.

The print is great but the Hanes tee shirt is terrible. It's fading badly and is changing color around the neck and print. I feel like i paid way too much for this shirt and I won't buy another Hanes Comfort Soft. They aren't very good. I would rather have a Gildan. They are great for this type of print.

I ordered a shirt and they misprinted it, I sent them a photo of the shirt and a copy of the receipt that proved that they misprinted and they still denied it, All they offered was for me to send their mistake back at my expense for store credit
Be very careful when you order from them they are dishonest

I ordered two shirts from the same campaign at the same time with both shirts going to the same destination. I was charged to ship them both separately, which was kinda of weird.
Now, I live in Hawaii and, while it normally may take an extra day or two, I've never had a problem receiving packages in a timely manner. However, even though the shirts are supposed to arrive within two weeks, its already been three since the campaign ended and I still haven't received anything. In fact, when I emailed with them, I was told that they mishandled one of the t-shirts and sent it late, so it won't get here for an additional week or two. That's practically a month after I placed the order.
They've refunded my shipping but will not refund me a penny on the orders, even when I've blatantly asked them to do so. Even after they told me they "mishandled" the order.
I can't understand how a company stays in business when they treat customers so poorly. I'm not trying to cheat them out of anything, but I expect a company to stand by solid principals. If if they say something will be delivered within a certain window, they should honor that or refund - not tell me that they pride themselves on customer service and then deny any requests I make.
I'll avoid and tell others to avoid any campaigns that are run through TeeSpring. What a waste of time.
