The shirts are Hanes brand not heavy shirts but ok the ordering was ok the shipping was very fast but we ordered about 7 shirts and each one came in the mail separately we love the sayings on each and prices are slightly higher than we're use to but not too far off

The color selection and style option for bigger sizes isn't good at all. They have only regular style shirts in black, white and navy for sizes over 2x. Please make most options available in bigger sizes. The lettering is also already starting to fade after a few washings.

Customer service does not respond to questions. Company charges 3 x delivery costs for 1 order consisting of 3 products. Delivery takes over 4 weeks (for now).

Due to each order potentially being shipped from different printing facilities, we are unable to offer combined shipping. Once a campaign ends, production then begins, and the printing process takes about a week. Then, we start shipping - this can take anywhere from 4 to 7 business days if the delivery address is within the United States. We use this process because every product is made-to-order and printed in bulk. Shipping was terrible! I had 2 items, after they were picked up by DHL they sat there for a week before they went out for delivery... My order was for my sons birthday and were ordered in plenty of time, but because they sat at DHL they arrived days After his birthday... wont order again!

Placed an order for Father's Day, it was printed wrong. Sent an email letting them be aware of the matter, they're sending me another. Plus I ended up needing a bigger size so not only did they get me another shirt but they got me another size too. I will be using this company again, excellent customer service!
