I have made several purchases from Teespring. Everything I have purchased from them has been of excellent quality. Their website is user friendly, and they are very good at keeping the customer updated on the status of their order.

I printed shirts in college. The technique they are using is poly ink, white base, with colors over the top. Standard Hanes T. I promise you, all total, the shirts cost no more than $8. For what they charge(~$30/shirt) they should be printing on AmericanApparel style shirts, using discharge for the whites, and water-based inks instead of the "chest plaques" they currently use. The benefit would be a much softer hand for the shirt, and MUCH greater durability through multiple washes. If they followed such techniques, their price might go up around $5-6 total. For a base cost of close to $15. If you guys can't make profite on a 100% markup, then you suck badly at your jobs. Keeping in mind, all these figures were based off my knowledge of making between 50-100 shirts per order. I'm sure at the quantities they are purchasing, all prices are HIGHLY overestimated. Total trash. Would NEVER order from them again. I could probably go to a local printer and have a one-off made for around the same price but of better quality

I ordered 2 shirts for a benefit for a family member and the coloring wasn't quite right so I emailed asking what my options were and I received a response the same day and we have emailed several times since and received immediate responses each time. Bottom line... they were polite, responsive and will be sending me 2 new shirt. So I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you and I so appreciate the customer service.
So I ordered two shirts for my husband. I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews I had seen but gave it a chance since it was my first time ordering from the website. Everything went great! Super satisfied with the t-shirts and they came in early than it was suppose to! True to size as well! Will be ordering from them again in the future!
The t-shirt was smaller than expected. The printing was slightly crooked and not as bold as shown in the picture. The price was too high as well.
Spent 90$ on a tee and a sweatshirt. Got the sweatshirt of decent quality after over 3 weeks and never received my tee. 90$ for a sweatshirt of OK quality? No thanks. Never again. If 0 stars was an option then i'd give -1

Got a random charge on my order as seen in the pic. Also note that it says free shipping. Asked on the live chat what it was for, I got told it was an error and that if the charge went through I'd be refunded. Not only was there the extra mystery charge but the total I paid was more than the total it showed which I'm sure is not even legal? So I asked the same person I spoke to, she didn't seem to care at all, just gave copy pasted answers mostly. She said the charge was for shipping and there was no error so she wouldn't refund me. Contacted support by email too and no one would help me. I have never in my life received so little support from a support agent.

Ordered from them more than 6 weeks ago but still have not received my order that was apparently shipped 3 weeks ago, not sure where it is coming from for it to be this slow. They certainly charged me right away! Will NOT be promoting this company at all... when I emailed regarding delivery time, the reply was they do not have tracking. What?!?

This company encountered a shipping glitch regarding my order. All I had to do was contact them through email. The Customer service rep contacted me immediately. The problem was remedied instantly. Jeneffer was very helpful. I will definitely be using this company in the future... Just amazing!
My order was originally placed early May. In June I had to chase down my order as I had never rec'd it. Once I contacted Teespring I had to submit my PayPal information twice, tell the story twice and prove the money was withdrawn. My order was never found, but since I had payment proof on several layers, the order was repeated. So who knows where the original order went. Just rec'd my order Monday, 6/20. The longest order for a t-shirt.
