Ordered a Hoodie as a gift for family member. Took a little longer than anticipated, but realizing these shirts are Professionally made to Order, Not A Problem. Family member just received today, and in his words: Outstanding! Quality Company & true artisans; will definitely be keeping at this top of my list for any "Throwback" Tees I plan on Ordering going forward. Only caveat: Their UPS updating can use just that, Tracking says it still hasn't left the Warehouse yet. GREAT JOB GUYS, YOU HAVE A FUTURE AHEAD OF YOU! Worst printed tshirt that I've experienced from online. It looked like something my 7 year old ironed on and the fact that you can only exchange is awful. Won't purchase again.

When I received the text shirts I was sadden as I obviously ordered the wrong size he likes them to be oversized to look cool and I guess u forget how quickly they grow, ooh the thought of returning them and waiting for the others arrive was overwhelming

I ordered several shirts ($150 worth) about 10 days ago. Shipping said it would take 10-23 days, which was fine. THEN I got an email saying shipping would be delayed. Well I needed these shirts a month later from my order date, so I couldn't afford any more time for delayed shipping. I figured it hasn't been shipped, I'll just cancel. I have emailed customer service TWICE. They say they respond within 48 hours, BULL CRAP. It has been 5 days since my first email. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! I am going to resort to calling my credit card to cancel but this company is wrong on so many levels. I am livid. PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY.
Ordered the wrong size T-shirt as a present. The TeePublic people couldn't have been nicer or easier to deal with to make it right. I would definitely buy from them again.
I was so glad I placed my order with Tee public, they were so quick in dealing and delivering my order, I was so surprised to receive it so quickly, the quality was excellent, I'm delighted with this company and their efficiency.
All i can say is i have never had quicker, more courteous and effective customer service than I did with TeePublic. The people are what sets them apart. Hhigly recommended.
They make great products, but the past few months they've become absolutely awful. When they ran into a problem with their printer, rather than contact customers about the delay, they said nothing, leaving people wondering for months where their merchandise was. Customer service is a joke, as they close help tickets without giving an explanation.
Then they FINALLY told customers what was going on, but only in a Facebook post, still not answering customer complaints on their website. They then "changed" their customer service system with a new Help button for sending messages. Apparently it's only a surface change, because I've sent half a dozen messages the past month and half and never got an answer.
They don't pay attention to their Facebook page either, as they never address any questions or complaints their either. I've now been waiting almost 5 months for one order, almost 4 for another, and finally had to file a PayPal dispute today to get a refund. Someone really dropped the ball with this company. Like I said, they make awesome shirts and posters, but the people running the company have no idea what they're doing. If they were just honest and upfront with their customers, they wouldn't have such poor reviews.
I have ordered from TeePublic in the past, and never had issues with quality even after multiple washes. I just ordered again, recently. When I received my order, you could tell my package had been opened and then resealed at the USPS mail distribution center. I immediately took a picture prior to opening due to knowing it was held there for 3 weeks and it was opened prior. When I opened it, two of a sweatshirts that I had ordered were in there (ones that most people may not be interested in) but 3rd one was not included. There was a little sack with the white glove stating it was made in China which obviously did not come from TeePublic since the artist are not in China. The sweatshirt that most people would be interested in was missing. I emailed TeePublic immediately and it was after hours, of course. They emailed me within 12 hours and didn't even request the pictures. Assured me they would make it right. Because my USPS local office holds these type of packages for 3 weeks plus, Teepublic not only sent me a replacement with no problems, they sent it priority overnight by FedEx skipping USPS! Teepublic is amazing and has a customer for life. Thank you again!
I placed an order for a couple of face masks from an artist that I really like on May 15. Like many other reviews, it took a very long time to be made and shipped and I didn't get them until June 26th. When the package finally arrived, there was only 1 mask that I ordered and then 3 random prints that I did not. The second mask that I actually DID order, was missing. I emailed customer service, who I heard back from about a week and a half later and advised me to keep the masks sent by mistake and they are also shipping me the proper one. Mistakes happen, but it's how they are dealt with that matters, and they made it right while being friendly to a somewhat agitated complaint (I had, however, waited over a month for this package!). Masks are good quality and comfortable to wear during my 10 hour work shifts! Shipping and email responses take a long time, but in all fairness, they disclose this before placing an order and/or emailing customer service. I would recommend buying from here if you're not in a rush to receive your items.
With the way the world is today more of my shopping has gone online, with clothing however I'm a bit reluctant as I like to try before I buy. I've had a few items that came damaged in transit or of poor quality or just the wrong fit.
At Halloween I was looking at Squid Game T-Shirts when I found TeePublic; brilliant webpage, easy to navigate, clear images and a massive range.
I soon had built quite a list and decided I would buy a t-shirt each, for the family. I ended up getting 5 Sci-fi theme Shirts at a very reasonable price.
They arrived within a week BRILLIANT!
Sadly my wife's T-Shirt was a little tight (She told me the size but prefers a looser fit), I emailed TeePublic and they responded the same day, they would send out a larger size at no extra cost BRILLIANT!
For me the whole process has been BRILLIANT! I will be buying more and recommending them to friends as a top site to visit especially with Christmas just a month away (Hint Hint).
This company is the BEST! I've ordered many products from TeePublic and they have bent over backwards to make my experience truly amazing. I had an issue with the sizing on one of my orders. It seems that one style of shirt fits me better than the others. I emailed them and they got back to me immediately, took care of my issues, sent me 6 new shirts (I ordered 12 shirts…) and even REFUNDED ME THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE ON THE NEW ORDER! Now check this out…. My new order was actually STOLEN RIGHT OFF OF THE MAIL TRUCK THE DAY IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED TO ME! So once again I emailed them and explained my situation. I told them I'd order AND PAY FOR the 6 shirts because this wasn't their fault and I was happy to pay for the remaining…. SO…. They sent me the 6 shirts, AGAIN, and didn't charge me anything. You don't see customer service like this anymore. So I've told friends and family and they have all ordered items as well. I am a customer for life.

I purchased 4 masks on July 11,2020 as I was preparing to go back to work. I figured it would take a few weeks as the shipping stated 15-25 days, but I am now sitting at 41 days (28 Business days) since my purchase and still nothing. There hasn't been an update on UPS, USPS or Canada Post since July 28th (23 days ago)and I doubt I will ever see this package. This was after I paid for the EXTRA Guaranteed delivery as well. Understand that COVID makes certain things more difficult, but this has been more than a month since I ordered and more than 3 weeks since I was last updated.
This is my second year ordering from TeePublic. The gifts I got last year were such huge hits, I found myself instantly coming back to their site this year for their unique designs. Finding an awesome piece of art that you know someone will love is a great feeling. Last year I got my hubby and my brother a "Omar" shirt, which they both loved. Fans of the show "The Wire" will understand. And this year I'm ordering a t shirt for my dad with a "Archie Bunker's Place" logo on it. Fans of "All In The Family" will get that one. Seriously, you can find something for anyone!
My experience with customer service has been top notch as well. I had placed an order for a number of items, but then decided the next day to add another item. Because the first order had already been processed (wow that's fast!), my additional item couldn't be added. I emailed customer service and got a response back within minutes, telling me to send them along the order number of my additional item and they would refund the shipping cost. As I am ordering from Newfoundland, Canada, that was a huge deal! Thank you TeePublic!
This company goes above and beyond to take care of their customers. I ordered a shirt for my brother for Christmas. It arrived just before Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, the size medium was going to be too small. I contacted customer service about exchanging it for a large. They responded within a few hours and said they would ship it out immediately and not to worry about returning the first one. The replacement was shipped the day before Thanksgiving. UPS took forever to pick it up and then the tracking was sporadic. I was in touch with customer support several times and they tried to find out what happened to it, but no luck. It appeared that UPS had lost the package. On December 15th Teepublic said they would ship yet another replacement directly to my brother with expedited shipping. All of this was at no cost to me! Before the second replacement was shipped the lost one finally showed up. I was able to let them know so they didn't have to send second one. The shirt was really nice quality wise too. I would absolutely recommend this company over any other! I have never had such a great experience with customer service with anyone else. These guys are just awesome!
I was really looking forward to utilizing their platform and thought they might be a legitimate company trying to help artists. Turns out they are not. After only a couple of weeks they deleted my account, claiming I was in violation of the terms and conditions, which I was not. I'd read the terms and conditions before signing up and re-read them after my account was deleted. There was nothing I had done to be in violation of them. There is only one way to contact them now via an email address they supplied, to which I've sent two emails asking for an explanation on the matter, and there has been no reply whatsoever. On top of that, they still owe me money for my designs that were sold. They made money off of me, stole money from me, deleted everything, and then ghosted me. They could at least have the common courtesy to respond to my emails. I would not deal with this company at all if you are looking to have your artwork displayed and sold on their site. They will steal your earnings from you. What a terrible experience. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
