My t-shirt arrived with a slight problem on the image. I reported it and had a response right away. I was sent a replacement shirt, which arrived within a few days. No problem at all. Wonderful customer service!
Apparently their service has greatly improved since the negative reviews earlier this month.
The shirt fits perfectly, which in my experience is unusual. I'm curvy and ordered the relaxed fit for women. It's exactly the right size for me!.

I ordered masks which cannot be returned. One was printed so poorly it's unreadable. They all look nothing like the picture on the website and smell burnt. Never again, so disappointed after a really long wait and paying way too much.
I had an issue with the size of a shirt. I needed to exchange it. They responded to my e-mail within a couple of hours and promptly arranged to send out the new size.

I have ordered two 4XL t-tshirts, but when i got them and tried them on, i realized that i had chosen the wrong size.
Then i have written to the customer service to ask for a change, Samuel from their team very quickly respond to me offering to send me two t-shirts with the right size, without asking me to send back the wrongs ones; all that without charges on me.

Ordered a 2XL T-shirt for the first time from TeePublic. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. Learned later that the recipient now wears a size bigger, 3XL. I contacted the company to find out about their return/exchange policy. So glad to hear there was no expiration date, should I return for an exchange after Christmas. I decided to do the return/exchange now rather than later. Their customer service promptly responded that the bigger size T-shirt is on its way & no need to return the one I have. Now that is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in my book! Am now a very satisfied customer!

I recently ordered two shirts from TeePublic and they arrived promptly but I had ordered one in too small a size. I communicated with two people to get it corrected and they were extraordinarily polite, responsive and gave me treatment I don't get from my bank. The replacement shirt was sent immediately. Of course the Post Office misdelivered it but TeePublic gave some guidance and stood ready to be of more help. Fortunately the shirt appeared (thanks to a neighbor). I do want to say that as a first-time customer I'm very impressed and intend to deal with them in the future. Their policy of giving work to artists is wonderful. Overall, they prove that courtesy and service to others is a good combination for a successful firm.
TeePublic had a great selection of art for all sorts of stuff include vintage albums. I purchased 2 triblend shirts, which -- as promised -- were super soft. The order shipped fast, and I gave the shirts as gifts to a teen who loved them. I liked those shirts so much I ordered some for myself, but submitted the order wrong. I emailed customer service to correct my mistake, and I immediately got a response fixing the order. The shirts are so great, it is way extra to get great customer service besides. Thanks Adam -- good stuff!

I was driving home one day and noticed this beautiful house with a beautiful banner displayed in the front. It was a "In this house, we believe in..." banner. I loved it so much, I stopped and knocked on the door and asked where they got it. Of course they said "teepublic.com"
So I rushed home and checked out the website. They have tons of products with messages to match your preferences! I purchased the banner and it already shipped! I was able to email with customer service as well about my order and they were absolutely amazing to work with! I will most definitely be revisiting teepublic.com! Through them, the world will hear me loud and clear where I stand with my beliefs, and without attacking others with my beliefs!

My recent purchase from TeePublic ended up being a great experience. It was my first time using TeePublic.
So I had no idea what to expect in product quality and customer service. I discovered a lot of product to choose from and found ordering to be easy. Once the shirt arrived in the mail, I was totally and happily satisfied! The quality of the material and the printing are superb! Kudos to the "independent creator" who fashioned my Gordon Lightfoot t-shirt! I would definitely order from TeePublic again. THANK YOU!
I have now made 3 different ordrs on teepublic and each one is so easy. The shirts are unique and I get nothing by compliments on them. I had one issue with a fading graphic and not only did they replace it at no cost, they followed up multiple times until I was happy. All e-commerce companies should be this pro-active.
My son and daughter-in-law are very involved in greyhound rescue. I ordered a tee shirt with a leopard print figure of a greyhound for Cheryl's birthday, however discovered she likes a roomier fit. When I contacted the company about an exchange, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I could keep the too-small shirt and donate it to a good cause. My DIL plans to use it as an added incentive For someone to not only gain a wonderful companion, but also to get a cool, statement shirt. I love the TeePublic website and have ordered multiple shirts from them. The variety they offer is unmatched and I would say the prices are average compared to other companies. The turn around time is always fast and I feel as if my items arrive very quickly. I have had only one quality issue issue in which the picture on my shirt was blurry looking. I emailed customer service and received a friendly and informative response in less than 24 hours. They were helpful, apologetic and generous in their resolution. I had a new shirt shipped to me 48 hours after my initial Email. I love this company and highly recommend them.
The tapestry i ordered is Awesome, its Not the cheap polyester, the material is thicker than that.
The quality of it is Very GOOD & worth it.

T-shirts that I ordered were delivered promptly. The quality is outstanding. I ordered a juvenile kids t-shirt (size 4-7), but it looked more like the size of a toddler. I sought customer service for help and they responded quickly to replace the shirt :)
I ordered a tapestry from TeePublic and it showed up slightly damaged. After contacting customer service they mailed out a new one within a day at no charge. I love their service and products. They have definitely earned my trust.
First off, I have bought several shirts over the past couple of years from TeePublic. Typically the shirts I buy are Disney styled shirts. I always enjoy getting new and one of a kind shirts from these awesome artists. Yes, the shirts are a little more expensive than some places, however I look at is I'm supporting an artist and small business. So the price shouldn't make that much of a difference( plus always running deals/discounts)
Secondly, this is first experience I have had at returning a shirt. The size just wasn't right (even though on the sight it said to order up in a size or two). I dread making returns, but this was the easiest and most enjoyable process I have had in making an exchange/return. I recommend TeePublic to everyone I know if they want cool shirts and an even better experience.

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
