I placed an order with TeePublic and when I received it, the quality exceeded my expectations but the sizing was a bit off... let's be honest, I'm gonna blame COVID weight gain. I decided to reach out to try and exchange for a size larger and got an email reply from a real person moments later letting me know that, "sure thing... no problem... it's on it's way." No hassles. No jumping through hoops. Just frickin' awesome customer service.
Great customer service, fast in response and eager to make it right. I purchased a t-shirt which arrived earlier than expected but unfortunately the sizing ran small, so I requested an exchange. This was not a problem, next day I received email confirmation that a new shirt would be arriving and encouraged to keep the smaller shirt to share. Very happy since the shirt was a gift for the MIL, who loves Pyrex and was crazy the shirt since she is a vintage collector.

I ordered several Christmas t-shirts for family this Christmas. I had a few small issues with color. I contacted customer service through email, and they were super quick with their responses, as well as their handling of the issues. I sent pics to them, and they were overly generous in replacing the items I was disappointed in. All this in a period of about 12 hours! Thank you, TeePublic! I'll certainly be back!

Absolutely amazing service! I never expected this kind of response! We are going on a trip with friends, and she wanted to purchase a shirt from this site. I had never heard of them, and the low price made me skeptical. I ordered 6 shirts anyway. When the arrived, the 2 shirts for my daughter were too small (totally my fault; I didn't measure her!). I emailed the customer service to see about getting an exchange and within minutes, they had responded, saying they were shipping two new shirts and to donate or pass on the shirts that were too small. I'm passing them on to a local foster care home. I am so impressed with the quality of the shirts. The price was super low for such cute shirts too! I will absolutely be using them again!
We took advantage of a great sale offered by TeePublic and purchased 19 awesome t-shirts to wear at our music shows. We were very impressed by the quality of the shirts and how quickly we received our order! We had a question about our order and were impressed with their excellent customer service and fast response time! There are so many fun and cool designs to choose from created by talented artists. We will definitely purchase more from this company in the future!
I order many items and everything came ahead of time. The shirt was a little big so I emailed the company and they got back to me in less than 10 minutes and reshipped the other size. I will definitely do business with them going forward.
I purchased a 2X Kumeyaay sweatshirt for my son. Unfortunately it was too small so I requested to exchange it for a 3X. Within minutes of my request I received an email saying that my order had been sent and to keep the original order or donate it. I will definitely order from them again. No question. No hassle exchanges. Excellent customer service.

I ordered $200 worth of sweatshirts and my order showed delivered, yet it wasn't. I had already waited nearly two weeks and was told I needed to wait longer before they'd reship. After they finally agreed to reship, I was told I needed to wait another 10 business days to receive the new order- this is utterly ridiculous! Then I was told they'd reship using UPS, because I ONLY seem to have shipping issues with FedEx and teepublic, and it was eventually reshipped using fedex AGAIN. I have spent a good amount of money on this company and the fact that they don't quickly resolve issues, that isn't due to the customers, is horrible. They choose to use FEDEX, who is cheap but also very unreliable, and then the customers have to deal with the downfall. Losing my business is a loss for us both, because I intended on buying a bunch more sweatshirts after trying on the new size I bought, and now we both miss out. Get your shipping together and maybe I'll come back.

Unfortunately I didn't receive my package it said it was delivered but someone must have taken it! I contacted TeePublic right away and in less than 24hrs they issued me a refund! I cannot wait to do business with them again! I will be ordering for holiday gifts! They are AWESOME
I have ben a fan of Barry Gordy's "The Last Dragon' since I saw the martial arts film as a kid, growing up in Puerto Rico. Always wanted to own apparel featuring art from the film, and TeePublic made that possible with one of their items. Said item was lost upon arriving at my address. I contacted TeePublic, explained the circumstances behind my loss, and they replaced the item. The 'Last Dragon' hoodie I bought is comfortable and warm, and the art is absolutely beautiful, worthy of being an official poster to the film. I can definitely feel the power of The Glow because of TeePublic. Thanks.
I ordered a Meme Doge tshirt because I love memes and I chose a color which looked a little different than what I received. The size was a little tight for me as well. I usually fit into small but this made me want to get a medium.
Nevertheless I contacted teepublic for an exchange. I was willingly and happily send the other shirt back for an even exchange but they told me that I DONT HAVE TO SEND IT BACK! And that they will ship out the new one with the different size and different color. I am more than happy and super grateful. Don't get me wrong the first shirt was nicely printed and the quality is good. I would highly recommend purchasing from here.

I had bought a couple of hoodies from Tee Public, and when they arrived they were a bit too snug for my Dad Bod. SO I contacted Tee Public, and within minutes I had a reply and the exchange was complete. Not hassle, no question, just great customer service!
I've ordered Tshirts for the very first time on this site. But, "mysteriousely" (maybe i've put on weight, eh eh), i've ordered the wrong size :( i was sad, as the TShirts design and quality are really good; with original designs i've not seen before).
I was already a bit stressed thinking of the actions that i'd certainely had to put in motion in order to make the exchange, but the after sale service was brillant, really listening to my issue and solved it in a very unsuspected and never seen before way!
You can CLEARLY buy from them with your eyes closed. I was looking for a place to renew my Tshirts collection, i've found it^^

I have purchased dozens of shirts from TeePublic over the last couple of years and have had nothing but good experiences with them. This week I had my first problem, and Adam with their customer service team got everything fixed in a very timely manner.
Why would you put the design on the back of a zippered hoodie and not on the front? The idea was to have people notice the shirt upon seeing you not when you are leaving.

Quality fine, but the order fulfillment processes are truly awful. This is my third order with this mob, and each one is worse than the one preceding it.
This time, my order same in two shipments. First shipment had a consignment number, and a note to say we sent some stuff we're not sure what. Second order had no consignment number, and a note saying we sent some stuff. When the first order arrived Tee Public said that completes your order - the second shipment didn't arrive for about six weeks (!) and Tee Public kept saying no no no you've got all your stuff.
Plus everytime you reply to an email you apparently go to the back of the queue, meaning you have to wait for someone to eventually get back to you... which is tough after a week... but if you email em they say 'oh well now you; ve done it, you're at the back of the queue'. Generally, the email from customer service staff wasn't worth waiting for.
This mob have plumbed new depths and have started to dig.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Answer: I know it's too late now, but maybe this will help someone in the future. This info can be found under their FAQs section on their website: Where do your products ship from? Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
