Id been searching for apparel that represents my unique skin. You see I have vitiligo and I've had it since I was 9 years old. I'm now 53. So when I came upon Teepublic I was excited to see that they had apparel with vitiligo images that I feel express Vitiligo in a unique and encouraging way. The fact that they represent independent artist was a major plus. I inadvertently order a large in the t-shirt I ordered and it was a bit tight so I wrote to see if they would kindly exchange it and I got a quick response saying that they would not only exchange it but to keep the original shirt and to donate if I like. I was totally blown away by the kindness of this. So currently I'm looking to donate the shirt to a female who has vitiligo. Also shipping was quick. They said standard shipping is 8-12 days I thick but it came sooner than that. I ordered a tee shirt and hoodie the XL hoodie fits perfect. Kudos to Teepublic! I can't wait to order again. I'm waiting to receive the new t-shirt and when I receive it I'll update this post.
When I found the sweatshirt on you website, I had been looking for it for a long time. My son is really into this type of game and I thought he would like this. I am giving it to him for Christmas. Thanks for being here,
I ordered what I thought was a lawn sign and received a small sticker. Even though I am the one who made the mistake they refunded me in full and allowed me to keep the sticker. You do not see this type of customer service these days and I was very appreciative. I would now order from them again.
I Love this company! The artwork is great. The sizes were a little small. The company was a big help. They offered to give me 2 new teeshirts at no charge and no problems. I have told all my friends. I will be buying much more merchandise from this company.

Recently I found great T-shirt for my daughter. Without any hesitation I ordered it with shipping to Poland (middle east Europe). After searching for an hour for a completely different T-shirt for my boy I landed again at the TeePublic site! So I ordered one for my boy as well, again with shipping to Poland. After a little while I wrote an email to TeePublic telling that I made two seperate orders within one hour (both going to the same place) and that I would appreciate a refund for one shipping cost. Not only I got a very nice email saying that my refund is already submitted but also I got it on Sunday! I highly recommend shopping at TeePublic!

There was a small problem with one of the items received but this company resolved the issue with must respect. We will be very happy with a continued relationship with this company for years.
Sent the wrong sized item 2x, despite my specific photos and descriptions of the problem. It is a birthday present, which is now embarrassing late. At this point, I have to go find another present bc this circus of clowns can't be trusted. Oh, and you'd think they would have sent the 2nd wrong sized item via speedier shipping since it was a time sensitive item and they are 100% at fault. Nope. Same old 4 week bs. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
I would not purchase. Quality was not good on the items purchased, they do not offer returns. And no customer services phone number, you have to do everything by emails and get responses over days.

After fighting cancer for 7 months I'm finally returning to work soon and I needed the perfect BBQ mask which I found them at TeePubluc. Sadly they arrived and were to small. After sending an email explaining and requesting a larger size I was promptly replied to and they are sending me the larger size, refunding me for the difference, and they said I didn't need to go through the hassle of returning the ones that were to small! It's rare to have such great customer service. I'm really looking forward to showing off my masks on my first day back to work! Thank you TeePublic! I would recommend this site to anyone!

Got great customer support *******@TeePublic after I inadvertently cut the elastic on my Eagles mask despite carefully opening the package.
I let them know merely as a courtesy so that folks in "shipping" could take preventative measures so as to not have other customers do the same thing.
I did not ask for anything.
Nonetheless, they proactively sent me a free replacement!
I ordered zip hoodies with the design on the back, not realizing the hood would cover most of the design. When I inquired about ordering a non-zip hoodie instead so the design could be on the front, customer service got right back to me and not only are they sending out new hoodies right away, they told me to keep the original ones! Wow! Highly recommend this company!
I ordered matching shirts for my son and I. Unfortunately the XXL one I received was off centered and flawed. TeePublic quickly responded to my issue and corrected it and a replacement was sent. My experience with their customer service was refreshing and rare these days. They fixed the problem very fast and honored their pledge to provide a t-shirt you will love. I highly recommend TeePublic to anyone looking fora unique t-shirt you can't get at any old store. I've already placed other orders with them and am very happy overall with my experience.

I ordered a variety of shirts and designs (I appreciated the various types of T-shirt options and really like the feeling of the softer ones) and the overall quality seems good, though time will really tell... I used the size analysis offered on the site and thus the shirts arrived in sizes according to what I expected. One of the wider neck longer sleeve T's I ordered had a blurry print, maybe partially because of the fabric? Customer service was very quick to respond and ship out a new shirt to me. I look forwarding to receiving it and time-testing all the shirts I ordered. Great designs!
I've ordered plenty of t-shirts and a sweatshirt from Teepublic for my geeky hard-to-buy-for husband. Always love the quality and the huge number of designs to suit him. I recently had an issue with the print quality of a t-shirt (first problem ever) and teepublic resent the item to me without any hassle. Highly recommend!
I recently needed a unique gift which I thought I'd never find. I went on line and found Tee Public. I was able to order a tee shirt with the name of a small town in Tennessee! The shirt is excellent quality. I also ordered a matching coffee mug. I will definitely be shopping with them again... thank you TeePublic.
I ordered 4 t-shirts. One was a gift and a different size than my size. The other 3 were for me. When the shirts arrived (within a week) I realized that one of them was way too small. I thought I had ordered men's medium for all 3 but mistakenly hit women's medium for one of them. I followed the process to request an exchange, fully expecting to at least pay shipping on the new correctly sized shirt. TeePublic got back to me quickly and said that they were putting the correct size in the mail and that I should give the too small shirt to someone or repurpose it in some way. On top of that wonderful news, I saw the invoice and not only was I not charged for the correct size shirt, but shipping was free! Yes! I have never had a company handle an exchange request in such a fast and fabulous manner. It was technically my own mistake that caused the wrong shirt to come to me, but TeePublic fixed my mistake at no charge. The new shirt arrived today and I am very happy with it and IT FITS!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
