I have now made 3 different ordrs on teepublic and each one is so easy. The shirts are unique and I get nothing by compliments on them. I had one issue with a fading graphic and not only did they replace it at no cost, they followed up multiple times until I was happy. All e-commerce companies should be this pro-active.
I'm a long time customer and have had 2 customer service issues and both were handled with total care for me rather than for their own costs.
This time I sent o note explaining that a shirt I purchased in May unraveled where the sleeve attaches after 3-4 wearings. It was past their normal "complaint" window so my only goal was to let them know as the other 10+ shirts I've acquired never had that issue.
In addition to a nice note they waived their rules and sent me a new shirt. Obviously they really care about satisfying their customers. Thanks again AJ & TeePublic!
First time order and it came in quite small, I requested an exchange and they were really quick to respond. When they said I could keep the original order and they'd send a new one in a bigger size free of charge I couldn't quite believe it! The T-shirt itself was great quality so I'm looking forward to gifting someone the smaller size
The T-shirt material we purchased was not what we expected at all, we were very disappointed! We purchased the premium T-shirts thinking they would be made of very good quality. Not the case at all. We learned the difference between a premium T-shirt & a Heavyweight T-shirt. This information will be extremely helpful with all of our future orders. This company replaced our order with the quality of material we were looking for, at no charge to us! This was very unexpected & much appreciated! I ordered 2 tee shirts for my kids birthdays on 5/10/2020 and did not receive them until 06/04/2020 (26 days after the order was placed). So needless we DID NOT receive the tee shirts until after their birthday. That alone is super disappointing. But on top of all that the image on both shirts looked blurry and on top of that I have washed them once and the image is already faded a lot. I paid almost $55 on very bad quality and service. I would NEVER use this website again.
I've done two orders on TeePublic.
In the second order, there was a problem. One of the t-shirts were not the one I ordered. I also had to pay a €40 custom fee on retrieving my parcel.
I contacted customer service for the wrong order. Not only did they send out the correct t-shirt straight away, but they also paid back the €40! They were incredibly quick and friendly in helping me out.
Rarely have I had such a great customer service experience. They can be trusted.
The t-shirts are very original and the choices are vast! You will probably be the only one wearing exactly the t-shirt you are wearing.
I will continue using TeePublic, and I'd recommend anyone to do the same.
After contacting Tee Public they refunded my shipping price and I had my order within the next week. Two of the shirts I ordered were a bit small. Wrote them and they are sending me the right size and letting me keep the old shirts to do so what I choose. For that I am giving them 4 stars for good customer service
Ordered 4 shirts May 15th, I have still yet to receive them. Considering the high shipping price I would think orders would get to the consumer a lot quicker. At this rate I probably won't see my shirts till August or September. I will not recommend anyone go to this site for A T-shirt unless you want to wait a month or more to get what you ordered
When I wrote them asking if I could exchange a t-shirt size, they replied shortly after saying they were gonna send my new size and even told me to keep or give away the one that wasn't for me. Which I'll def be doing.

I re-ordered what is the more appropriate size. No questions asked. New shirt
Sent immediately. If only the rest of the world worked this well we'd be a lot better off.

As the owner of a business myself, I really love to have my socks knocked off with great customer service. I want to share my first but not last experience with TeePublic. I ordered a Hank Aaron Sweatshirt for my husband's Birthday in extra Large as I thought that was his size. It arrived and is gorgeous except it is the wrong size. So I contacted them via their website and it was so easy to fill out an on line return request form. They immediately let me know that a 2X Lg was on its way. So when I asked them about how to return the current one, George from customer service told me to reuse or donate. Now that is a class act!
Ordered a shirt. 2 weeks later it hasn't even shipped yet. Tried to contact customer service. Left emails that got a cutsie automatic response but only once actually got a call back. Unprofessional people, stay away.
Unfortunately I didn't receive my package it said it was delivered but someone must have taken it! I contacted TeePublic right away and in less than 24hrs they issued me a refund! I cannot wait to do business with them again! I will be ordering for holiday gifts! They are AWESOME
After receiving my purchase I noticed it had a small defect. I contacted customer service and immediately they put a replacement in the mail. I will definitely be coming back to shop and telling my friends what a nice experience I had.
I optimistically ordered a tee shirt for my wife mid November, hoping it would get to Australia before Xmas. I didn't get a confirmation email and didn't remember to chase it up until early Dec. I realised I had made a typo in my email address, but the fact that there was no record at all of my order number was a worry. Followed up with their zendesk support. Got a reply and confirmation from other side of world within an hour. That was a big relief, but couldn't believe it when package arrived the next day here in South Australia, on a Sunday! Honest, helpful and friendly service. Will use again.
I ordered 2 t-shirts, all in Large, but 3 of 4 measured 21" across and not 22", so they were too small. I contacted them and they sent XL replacements free of charge and told me to keep the originals. Excellent service, good quality, but unfortunately the XLs are way too big. At least I've got both sizes for if I lose/gain weight!
Title says it all. Love the shirts, the main problem is Teepublic skimping out on shipping and using the cheapest, slowest most unreliable shipping method possible. I recently bought 3 shirts and paid another $10 shipping. There is no reason why they couldn't use a standard shipping method so people get their shirts in 2-3 days instead of 12-15. Makes me think twice about ordering again.
I haven't recieved my products yet so I am not reviewing them, but I can 100% say I will never purchase again from this company because shortly after I placed my order I started receiving phishing emails and texts. I have not created any other accounts lately or given my phone or email address out, it seems directly connected to my tee public order. It went on for a few days then died down, so not the worst thing in the world, but not a sign of good business practices, either.
This is the 3rd time I ordered T-shirts at TeePublic... Besides the great, divers and coolest shop inventory I must say it is also one with the kindest and fastest customer support. You can leave messages for your package, and sending back items is no problem... Their T-shirt designers are already an experience to watch... I give myself a budget every time I buy Shirt's otherwise I will end up with a 30 items shop order. One last tip for near future? Having the ability to watch like 100 shirts in one infinity scroll page would be awesome! (no more next page clicking...)

Bad experience from start to finish. They claimed to offer me a 20% off discount for being a new customer but then wouldn't apply it. When I repeatedly wrote to complain (they have no phone number) there was no response. I got my order and one had brownish markings on the bright yellow shirt, the other was so small it was ridiculous. I ordered a woman's XL and it looks more like a pre-teen kid's shirt. Then to contact in order to try to exchange it my account wouldn't come up claiming the email address wasn't in their system (even though they are sending me order updates via that email). Don't order anything from this place, they are bad.
I ordered a T shirt for my niece for Christmas, it arrived within a few days but was too small. I e mailed the company and received a reply the next day to say that they had posted a larger size and to keep the small one and put it to good use. You cant get any better than that, Really pleased with the outcome.
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
