I recently ordered a t shirt from TeePublic for my son, and as it turned out to be too large I requested to exchange it for a smaller size. I received a prompt reply to my request, and to my surprise learned that not only had they ordered the new size but I could keep the original to pass along to someone who needed it. This act of kindness made me feel very hopeful that the corporate world is going in the right direction, and that there are big hearts out there. We have passed the t shirt on to a shelter which provides support for the homeless. Thank you TeePublic for having high ethical standards!

I'm a retired military guy living in Texas and I love the t-shirts that TeePublic have on their website. The quality is very good and when I do have to return an item, the customer service for TeePublic is exceptional! In the past I've had to return a t-shirt due to the incorrect size and just recently a poster that was larger than I expected. They sent me the correct size t-shirt and let me keep the one that was too large to donate or keep for myself. For the poster that I ordered, they told me to keep the original one, sent the correct size and sent me the difference in price for the two posters. They're always prompt when answering emails which is very important to me when it comes to customer service.
I was amazed at how this company goes out of its way to make sure its customers are satisfied. Great customer service before, during and after you make your purchase. Highly Recommend this company! Top Rated Stars All The Way!

My biggest problem was narrowing down my choices to only 2 shirts to stay within my budget, there were so many options that I loved. I'll certainly keep returning to TeePublic to round out my collection of Lego fandom shirts.
I appreciate that such a wide range of shirt types is offered. As a woman with curves I get very tired of being stuck wearing ill fitting men's shirts.
I ordered 2 Lego fandom related t-shirts to wear at a convention.
A couple of days after ordering I received an email saying that the shirt I ordered wasn't available in the color I chose, and offering me the option to change the size or color. I changed the color and got the confirmation back that it would still be arriving within the originally stated time frame. Yay!
Sure enough the shirt in the new color choice arrived and was fantastic... but the second shirt still hadn't shown up as shipped, nor had I received any correspondence informing me of a problem that would cause I delay, so I reached out to customer support to ask about it.
The representative I corresponded with was very helpful and by the end of the day I had tracking information showing it was on its way to me. Unfortunately the delay meant that I wouldn't have it in time for the convention I bought it for, but they refunded my shipping fee and I will wear it to future events.
I understand that unexpected delays happen, it is how the company handles these circumstances that separate a quality company from one I wouldn't do business with in the future.
TeePublic has earned my repeat business both through their awesome products and excellent customer support.
TeePublic gave me GREAT customer service! I easily found my iconic t-shirt on their website and received an email when it was ordered, shipped and delivered, which I consider the hallmark of a great online shopping experience. I realized I needed another size and used the exchange tab in their delivery email to ask about sizes. Within minutes, I received a personal reply from TeePublic that answered my question. I asked for an exchange to a different size and again, within minutes I received a personal reply that said my new item was being shipped and to keep, donate or reuse the original shirt. I can't say enough good things about TeePublic!
I bought about 5 tee shirts@ teepublic.
Result is that all went perfect and I will purchase other things in the nearby future, that's 4 shure...

The people of TeePublic were wonderful with an exchange I had to make. Not only did they exchange the t-shirt for one that fit perfect, they refunded the difference in price to my credit card. I appreciated how quickly they sent the new shirt as well. Highly recommend this company!

I just ordered 2 shirts and I love the tri-blend soft material. The size fits true to what I ordered and the design looks great on it. I will definitely buy from them again. I had shipping questions and the customer service got back to me right away.
I needed to exchange a shirt for a different size and wasn't sure how it would go. I submitted an exchange request and was immediately contacted by Ryan. Great idea and great designs. Usually quick shipping. The problem is they use different brands of shirts from one color to the the next so you can order a shirt and it fits great and then order another shirt in a different color and the same size but it end up being huge or smaller because it's a different brand. If you are going to use different brands for different colors, at least list what brand it is going to be so people can order accordingly.

I'll echo many others who have had very good words to say about this company. I only bought a single tee-shirt, so my context is limited. But for that one purchase, the product arrived surprisingly quickly, and was fully up to my expectations in terms of quality, fit, etc. It was also competitively priced. All good!
The tee shirts I ordered came sooner than expected and were exactly what I wanted. Communication was excellent. They let me know when to expect my order and why. It was all done in a unique pleasant way. Hence the pleasant surprise!
I ordered some T-shirts and when they arrived I was disappointed that they were smaller than I expected. I emailed them and got a friendly professional reply that I could easily exchange them for a different size and they gave me detailed sizing info for both men and women's sizes. I emailed back my size decision for the exchange and asked where to ship the two shirts I had and they said to keep them! They had already sent a refund and gotten ready to ship the new size shirts to me. Wow, beyond expectations! Not only does this site have shirts, notebooks, pins, and lots of other items with designs made by independent artists, designs not found anywhere else, they also have excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

I had an issue with the logo placement on a shirt. I emailed the company and a real person replied that same day and fixed the issue at no additional cost. I would buy from them again
I ordered a large tree shirt for a friend it arrived, far earlier than expected, the quality is fantastic and the art work is very good, unfortunately I realised that it would be too small, I contacted customer service and it was dealt with immediately. Within minutes of sending my email I received a reply saying that the replacement was already on its way and no need to return the smaller tee shirt. I am so impressed by the customer service it's saved me any hassle of dealing with the return. I will definitely be using TeePublic again. Thank you
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
