I screwed up the delivery address for my order and asked customer service at TeePublic how to re-ship it. I fully expected to pay an extra delivery fee because it was my mistake. To my surprise, they sent my shipment back out immediately at no extra charge! Customer service ftw!
Place my order, I got my tracking. I've been waiting. Got nothing, go back and check my tracking. I live in Nevada. They keep giving me tracking for Texas and Arizona. Who's order is that, where the hell is my order, took my money and ran. The Worst Company Ever!
Ordered a tshirt that did not fit so I contacted customer service. TeePublic rep responded quickly and offered to send another size. I couldn't ask for anything more! They were prompt, courteous, and solved the issue in a timely manner.
I would purchase from again!

Ordered a shirt 12/27and states that order to arrive 5- 7 business days. We are 1/5 and my order can not be tracked due to Innovations their shipping company. Last I knew my order was in texas then went to Arizona and been there since has not departed. I will never order from this site and please for anyone thinking of ordering from this site really reconsider your order and look elsewhere for you will be just as frustrated and angry as lots of people are. I should of looked at reviews prior to order! Do not order from here
TeePublic has some of the best support for customer service of any company I've come across. They go above and beyond and respond quickly.
I recently ordered a t-shirt on Dec. 15th. My order confirmation stated processing time was included in the shipping estimate (8-12 business days). Although TeePublic's website shows the item was shipped on Dec. 22nd, it really was not; only a label was created. Per USPS website, the t shirt was not picked up from UPS until Dec. 26th.
At this time, USPS is still waiting to receive the package. At present, it is now approaching the 20 day mark in a few days.
Customer service will probably respond "Due to the holidays"...but this shirt was purchased 10 days before Christmas. Or, "Once an order leaves the third-party fulfiller, it's at the mercy of the shipping carrier"... there is no justification as to why it took 10 (not counting Christmas) days for the item to leave the seller. This wasn't some t shirt that required an imported dye from a foreign country.
I also contacted TeePublic via email and their rep Dragos offered no help beyond giving me tracking info I could have looked up myself, and telling me my package would arrive "soon".
So, if you are looking to order from TeePublic, understand that your shipping speed is not entirely "at the mercy of the shipping carrier". Their independent sellers have a lot to do with the shipping process too. It begins with them and it's hit or miss on how quickly you will receive your items. This is especially since they may use UPS Mail Innovations which is the slooooowest shipping method because it goes through UPS and then USPS.
Long story short, I will not be ordering from this business again.

These t-shirts are no better than a cheap undershirt. They are thin at best. Even when ordering the "heavyweight" or "premium" t-shirt, these are still thin undershirts. Extremely over priced and short lifespan. I would be embarrassed to give one of these shirts as a gift... so much so that I went out of my way to find a place to give a bad rating.
They removed my account that took days to make. I have paid accounts to help with design templates and have writes to all of my work. Don't trust them
I ordered a tee shirt for my husband and it did not fit. I contacted customer service at TeePublic and they replied quickly. They are sending a new shirt in another size and didn't even want the other shirt sent back! I would definitely order from them again!
The t-shirts I received are super thin and poor quality. I can see everything through them, will never waste my money here again
I ordered my wife a shirt as a Christmas present but stupid me ordered the wrong size. I contacted tee public and they got back to me straight away and resolved the issue so quickly, and with no hassle, can't fault their costumer service as they got back to me on boxing day. Keep up the good work legends
Filed a complaint with TeePublic for my no show shipment. I was guaranteed it on Dec 24. No solution
I placed a last minute order in a rush and didn't pay attention to the fact that google auto-filled an old address! I noticed a day later when I checked the confirmation email. I reached out for support via chat and it was corrected right away by a very friendly rep! My t-shirts arrived to my correct address a couple days later!
I had ordered a t shirt for my grand-daughter, and it arrived quickly and was completely adorable! But I knew it would be too small despite the fact that I had checked out their size chart. They offered to replace the shirt with a larger size at no charge to me, and when I asked for instructions to return the first one to them, they told me to keep it, donate it, etc.! I did not need to return it to them. That was really impressive! Another thing that impressed me happened when I went back to look at their size chart, I happened to scroll further down and saw that they showed "real world" pictures of kids wearing each size shirt to show how the shirt would fit that body size/shape. I wish I had noticed that to begin with. I wish more clothing sites would do that. I strongly recommend this company to do business with.
If you paid for fast shipping don't they take your money and don't ship the service you paid for so save the time and money and find a better company I will never use this company ever again
I've ordered many items from this site and everything has been amazing. I just recently ordered a few items for Christmas and their CS team reached out to me to see if I needed it by Christmas because I didn't specify! Such great people! So pleasant and kind! I will be placing many orders with them! Truly a pleasure dealing with this site!
I ordered 2 shirt designs for Christmas presents for my kids. Quality of the print was great and the designs on the website were fun to look through. When I got the shirts, one had some minor damage around the collar. I contacted the TeePublic and they responded quickly and reprinted my shirt and shipped it with ZERO hassle. It was a great experience and I would recommend this site to anyone as trustworthy. I clipped the tee pics from the website, but they looked EXACTLY like the display on the website. Shirts are thin but don't seem to be a poor quality.
Poor quality T-shirts and if you order a group of products like a mug, a T-shirt, and a sticker from the same soccer team in Peru they'll send you the T-shirt but don't send you the mug or the sticker and when you complain their response is to pick something else out that's not available anymore...:, no mention of giving me my money back so I give them one star and buyer beware review
I ordered a printed tee shirt from Tee Public for my son-in-law. It looked like it had been worn and washed for year with letters wearing off. Certainly nothing that could be gifted to anyone. 'No excuse for sending out merchandise that looks like that! They said to send the order number which I had saved on my pc. It wouldn't open. Some much for that!
Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
