The people of TeePublic were wonderful with an exchange I had to make. Not only did they exchange the t-shirt for one that fit perfect, they refunded the difference in price to my credit card. I appreciated how quickly they sent the new shirt as well. Highly recommend this company!
I ordered my shirt online and the shirt I ordered was too small. I emailed the exchange link on the site and received a response within 10 to 15 minutes. Samuel, the agent went above and beyond and was able to send me a replacement shirt in the correct size and communicated with even after business hours. It truly was such a nice change dealing with a person and company who appreciates their customers. I will continue to order my shirts from them and hope for their continued success.
This shirt is so cute but the size (medium) was a bit small so I asked if I could exchange & Natalie responded within 24 hours saying she sent the new size I needed & not to worry about sending the other one back!! Extremely convenient & great customer service!
I'm 4'11" and wear a size 4 in jeans. I thought SURELY a ladies classic tee would fit. Wrong. It is literally cut to fit a female someone with no chest at a size medium. They have a no refund policy if you try it on. Don't waste your money!
Worst customer service ever. I bought two tshirts. They were not true to size, the XL was barely a large, if that. It was three inches smaller than any of my XL t-shirts. The only thing they will do for me is an exchange. You have to pay return postage, even if it is there fault. Typical, they say they are sorry while they stick it to you.

I purchased a shirt for the first time for my daughter. It arrived quickly however it was cut small and definitely would not fit. I contacted teepublic to exchange the shirt and to my surprise, not only did they respond almost immediately, they sent a new shirt and told me to keep or donate the one I purchased. Wow! What great customer service! So good that I ordered two more shirts for my daughter! The T-shirt quality is great and she loves it! Thank you Tee public. You will be my new go to site. I ordered two women's small T-shirts and am 100% appalled with the quality and sizing. They are paper thin and non stretch. I am 104 pounds and 5'2" tall and they are skin tight?! I typically wear a size 0 however these t-shirts are like a child's medium in any dept store. I should not have ordered 2 shirts to start. A complete waste of my money, I will be donating them to good will.
Ordered a shirt for my wife's birthday, as usual my sizing estimate was not correct! As soon as I contacted them, TeePublic went above and beyond in replacing the shirt with one the right size. Been using TeePublic for about a year now and have been mostly pleased. The shirts are good quality and come pretty fast. However, my last order they send me a card with a 35% off discount code so I ordered another shirt. I put the code in and pressed Apply and the discount didn't come off! Then they were rude and unhelpful when I inquired about it! If this issue isn't resolved I will be buying my shirts elsewhere!
I ordered a t-shirt I'd fallen in love with online, in a size I knew might be wrong as it was a man's Small (out of stock in red in women's Medium), and received it in 3 or 4 days. It looked even better than it had on line and the fabric was high quality and comfortable but as I'd feared it was a bit too small. So I asked their exchange service about getting one a size larger and they wrote back within 5 minutes to say they'd send the larger size and I could keep the smaller one and give it to somebody! The replacement arrived in 3 days, and my slender god-daughter will get the smaller one. (Someone should contact Trevor S and tell him that given his glowing review he should have clicked on 5 stars rather than 1--see if he can correct that.)

I ordered a sweatshirt for my husbands birthday & it never came. I paid $72 that included $20 to expedite & never received the package. I reached out to TeePublic several times & they were non responsive. Needless to say I will never order from them again
So, I received my order in an envelope that honestly looked like promotional junk mail. They were okay quality, but I've received better from other places. I honestly don't think I'll order from here again.
I ordered 6 stickers as a gift for someone, and after the package was lost, I contacted support@teepublic.com. They eventually responded and reshipped my order, but I have yet to get it. I'm disappointed that I had to find a different gift for my friend, instead of the one that I wanted to give them.
I purchased a t shirt from TeePublic and received my order within 2 days. The quality of the t shirt was very good, however the colour of it looked slightly different to what I was expecting from the website. I emailed TeePublic enquiring about a possible exchange for a different colour but due to previous experiences with other retail/clothing companies, I wasn't expecting them to agree to it.
To my surprise not only did the customer service team (Natalie in particular) get back to me right away and offer to send me the replacement t shirt that I was looking for, they also told me there was no need to return the original t shirt as well and encouraged me to keep, donate or reuse it. This level of care for their customers really stood out to me and is a big reason why TeePublic has earned themselves a customer for the future!
I placed my first order, an Oak Island T-shirt, in mid April with hopes of getting it in the 6 week window described on the web site. Just a few days later I was informed that due to The Pandemic my order would be delayed. I figured that I would be waiting months to get my shirt. WRONG! I received it before the original 6 week window and it is fantastic! The print quality is better than expected and the fabric is really heavy duty. I will be ordering again and hope that this will encourage you. Thanks TeePublic... you ROCK!

Unfortunately I got the size wrong.
When I emailed TeePublic to ask about exchanging it for a larger size the reply was immediate (and from a real person).
TeePublic not only mailed out a replacement T-Shirt there was no need to return the original. Can't ask for more than that!

I ordered a t-shirt from TeePublic. When it came, there was a printing error which I felt was unacceptable. I followed the return/refund instructions requesting a full refund as I would no longer need the shirt if I waited for another. I had a personal response from customer service the next morning--less than 12 hours. He apologized for the error, agreed it was not acceptable and provided a full refund within a couple business days. I will definitely continue to order from this company as I have had success in the past and they have such creative products and designs!
I've purchased multiple shirts as gifts this past year. First, the quality of the premium of shirts is excellent, everyone has loved them. One time I selected a dark print on a dark color shirt - the art didn't show up great. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent a new shirt! THEN, I've had two instances of sizing "issues" where the recipients needed smaller/larger sizes than I had ordered for them. Again, customer service got back to me promptly and happily exchanged the shirts - even letting me keep the wrongly sized one. I look forward to finding someone to give it to. Everyone I've spoken with has been kind and prompt and I will keep shopping with TeePublic for a long time!
I ordered a shirt for my wife for Valentine's day. We loved the shirt is was a bit to small though. So I contacted them through the website return/exchange. With in 30 mins they already had the new size set up to go out for delivery and told me to keep the the one I had. So I gave it to my cousin who is a little smaller then my wife. Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
