So I ordered 4 shirts. One was a baseball t-shirt in small. Well, it didn't fit as expected, it fit quite snug, so I put in for an exchange to get a medium. All I can say is the whole process of the exchange was so quick, easy, and impressive. They responded very quickly to my email and even said to keep the shirt. I haven't given it away yet but I have a few people in mind. :) Anyways, I have my medium shirt coming to me already and at no cost! Thank you so much for the awesome service and for the cool shirts that you sell. I wear these to the gym alot and people are always looking at what logos and pictures I have on my shirts this time, lol. Thanks again!
We got the cutest shirt for our daughter, but unfortunately it was a little too small. I reached out for an exchange and they immediately shipped a bigger size. I could not have asked for better service and the quality of the shirt is great too!

1st things first: the shirts I ordered came in exactly as described. As described. The quality was excellent! I made a mistake in ordering The wrong size shirts. I contacted customer service and they resubmitted my order in the correct size at no additional charge. They also is they also allowed me to keep the shirts I had already received with no exchange or return necessary. I an writing this review because when customer service is as good as Teepublic it deserves a massive shout out. The order I ordered a hoodie and 4 t shirts as gifts 2 of the t shirts I thought had a fault in the print. I contacted Teepublic customer service. To be honest I didn t expect much as I thought they are such a big company with huge fast turn over so I thought my insignificant order won t be a priority. I am very happy to say I could not have been more wrong. The response to the email was lightening fast considering and even though what I thought was a fault was part of the original design and shown in listing (I m old what can I say) Even though it was entirely my fault not theirs, they very kindly went above and beyond and replaced both t shirts. I have received those replacement s today just a few days after sending my email... To be honest the high standard of Teepublic 's customer service has blown me away THANK YOU SO MUCH

I ordered a shirt that had a faulty print that peeled off after the first wash. After filing a quick and easy report with their customer service, a replacement was shipped out. I was surprised by two things when I got the replacement: the quickness in which it got to me, and the color of the shirt! After another report to customer service, a replacement of the replacement was shipped my way. Third try was in fact a charm.
Throughout the process I never felt ignored or taken advantage of. TeePublic's customer service reps are top notch, their products are pretty great too. I would recommend them to anyone, anywhere; 100%.
I ordered a t-shirt for my grandson. I found their sizing a bit confusing and thought I ordered a boys small. I had ordered a men's small. I really wanted to give it the next weekend - so I tried to shrink it. Even with that the company was willing to take the shirt back and give me a new one in the appropriate size. In the end, they said for me to keep the old one and they are shipping out a new one for me in the correct size as soon as possible. I have not yet received the new one but am quite hopeful. I also know that if there should be a problem with the one - they will be more than willing to make sure I am a satisfied customer. I will definitely purchase from them again.
I purchased the Rocket League hoodie and it was delivered promptly. I purchased the size that my nephew normally wears however this hoodie ran a little small. I contacted TeePublic with the intention of exchanging the hoodie for a larger size. They contacted me and informed me that they processed a new order for the larger size and told me not to return the other hoodie but to donate it. I thought this was courteous service and will reorder in the future. Also the quality of the hoodie was great.

The Shipping is Absolutely Horrible. They give you tracking number that is fake. Meaning it can not be used on USPS, FedEx or UPS. You can not track your item at all. And the updates they provide you are not helpful at all. The item I ordered was Guaranteed to arrive in 3 to 5 Buisness days including packaging time. But did not arrive for 10 Buisness days. (And it was not a big item it was only 2 small stickers in an envelope) The Customer service is Horrible as well and were no help. I would suggest buying your item from a site that has better shipping and customer service.
The shirt quality and design was exactly what I expected from the images on the website. The shipment arrived quickly. I ended up ordering the wrong size and customer service got back to me immediately and sent out a larger size. I will definitely order more tops from this site!
I ordered a Catzilla t-shirt, which came promptly. The shirt was adorable but too small, so I contacted customer service and they responded right away. They said I could exchange and provided me with a sizing chart to make sure the exchange was the proper size. I dealt with two customer service reps who were both very helpful and professional.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!

Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
