I don't want to get my hopes up that my buddy will get the shirts I ordered him but my order supposedly shipped after about a month after being ordered. They sent me a tracking number saying that they had been shipped. Well that was on June 13th. As of today, 4 days later after checking the tracking number it just says that the USPS hasn't even received the item to ship yet. They were just sent the pre-shipment info. I'm starting to feel like this is a silly joke. Since posting my original review on June 11th I ordered products off of 2 other websites, they were shipped, and as of today I've received both. I don't see how Covid-19 can be a valid excuse for not shipping something for over a month and counting.
Seems it is common for them to take forever to even mail their orders out (even before the pandemic insanity).
I found a couple Future Man shirts on their site that I wanted to send to my friend for his birthday. Ordered them on May 15th and the order is still "processing". Like everyone else said Covid-19 has messed a lot of things up but taking longer than a month to even ship an order seems excessive. Went to contact them on their site regarding my order and it said that I was unlikely to hear from anyone in less than a week due to the unusual amount of e-mails they are receiving. Messaged anyway and got an auto response basically saying that if my message was regarding an unshipped order to basically just keep waiting and I'll be notified when it ships.
So their inbox is probably blowing up with people who want to know where their shirts are. All the while I get one advertising e-mail a week from them encouraging me to buy more shirts. That is a hard pass. I'd hate to cancel my order because I know my buddy will love the shirts but so far I've got nothing to show for the money spent on teepublic.com
I had ordered some shirts and they came in great shape and great quality. Beautiful colors. Everything was great except I ordered the wrong size. I emailed them today for an exchange and they said they would fix everything and send me the correct size and said that I should donate or regift the ones I ordered by mistake. I thought that was awesome! Right before Christmas! They now have a customer for life!
I ordered "How Planes Fly Magic" shirt for myself and my husband, who is a pilot. He got a good chuckle with the humor. Unfortunately, the shirt I ordered did not fit so I emailed TeePublic and was impressed with their professional and speedy service. Not only did they immediately ship a larger size for my husband, but allowed me to keep the shirt - very kind of them!
The original size I ordered for my husband was medium -- I recommend sizing up for adults in general. I usually wear small myself, but ordered medium (female size) in the same design and found the medium size to be a good fit for my 5'5" height and 120lbs weight - not too snug and comfortable. Husband is 5'10" and 180lbs and the large works for him.

I am usually smarter than this but I did not check reviews before I ordered a tshirt on December 12th. It is January 19th I have received no communication and it is nearly impossible to contact this company as it has no real email or phone number. It sends you to a website to put in a help ticket but then you have to download an app in order to do that and it's possible to navigate. I will be calling paypal to begin a dispute early next week as I'm done.
This was my second order with TeePublic this time I ordered two zip hoodies, two tapestries, a premium t-shirt, a long sleeved sweatshirt and a coffee mug everything was perfect except for one zip hoodie because I ordered the dark gray the text was hard to see. They immediately replaced it with another one and again it was hard to see. They then immediately sent a third replacement this time in a lighter color and now it's perfect. It's because of great product, unique selection and exemplary customer service that makes TeePublic great to do business with. I will look forward to seeing you again TeePublic! Thank you as always!
I purchased the Rocket League hoodie and it was delivered promptly. I purchased the size that my nephew normally wears however this hoodie ran a little small. I contacted TeePublic with the intention of exchanging the hoodie for a larger size. They contacted me and informed me that they processed a new order for the larger size and told me not to return the other hoodie but to donate it. I thought this was courteous service and will reorder in the future. Also the quality of the hoodie was great.
I recently ordered a shirt from TeePublic and was disappointed in the quality and fit so I completed an exchange request on the website. Within just a few moments I received a response and a solution! I even explained in my message that I was really wanting the shirt to wear to an upcoming concert and was fearful it would not arrive in time. They responded they would do what they could to ensure I had the shirt in time! It's hard to find people who care in the cyberworld, but they have renewed my faith!
I ordered a sweater with a print on it and the quality was atrocious - the print was translucent and looked like it was breaking down immediately. The colours were all off. It also took ages to arrive and there were extra tax charges that weren't mentioned. All in all, ridiculously expensive and bad quality. Buy from redbubble instead.

I have eleven grandchildren & due to the COVID19 pandemic, I decided to order everything online. Around Thanksgiving, I started requesting that each one of them send me their wish list. One of my Grandson's wanted a hoodie that I ordered from TeePublic which was exactly what he wanted. I was unaware that I actually ordered an adult large when I thought I was ordering a youth large. When I emailed them to fix the problem, they responded quickly with an email which said that I could give the first one away & they would send me the size I needed. I ordered an adult small & received it in a few days from emailing them. I will definitely order from them again & would recommend to my friends.
I have ben a fan of Barry Gordy's "The Last Dragon' since I saw the martial arts film as a kid, growing up in Puerto Rico. Always wanted to own apparel featuring art from the film, and TeePublic made that possible with one of their items. Said item was lost upon arriving at my address. I contacted TeePublic, explained the circumstances behind my loss, and they replaced the item. The 'Last Dragon' hoodie I bought is comfortable and warm, and the art is absolutely beautiful, worthy of being an official poster to the film. I can definitely feel the power of The Glow because of TeePublic. Thanks.
The graphic I ordered was a character that was bright fuschia. The shirt I got is lavender. Not even close. The graphic was printed crooked on the shirt and the shirt sizing is at least one size off, if not more. Don't order from these people. Terrible quality
In early December 2020, I attempted to place a T-shirt order with TeePublic, and got all the way to "submit your order". At this time, I received a notice that my credit card had been declined. After several attempts I substituted another credit card, and received the same message. Attempts using PayPal also resulted in the same message. Out of frustration, I emailed Customer Service and explained my problem. Over the course of several days, TeePublic Customer Service was able to resolve the problem and my order was placed. In the meantime, the 33% off sale had expired, and my order was changed to reflect the higher price. Again, I notifed TeePublic and within a day that issue was resolved, and the order total was corrected to reflect the sale price. I received my order within a week, complete and without any discrepancies. I will be placing more orders in the future. The products are well made.

Sooooooo appreciative of the TeePublic team. I know USPS shipping is a nightmare right now with Christmas, on top of COVID. I had a shipment arrive in my town, only to leave and not return... I ordered a shirt as a birthday gift for my brother. My package arrived within five days of placing my order. When I got the shirt it felt like great quality as well as very soft. The image printed on the shirt was just like the photos. Overall I have no complaints! I ordered the shirt from lindquist on TeePublic.
Purchased shirt on 4/16/20. Received confirmation of order. Money has been withdrawn from my checking. I click "Oder Status" & fill out the "Find My Order" info. It comes back with order can't be found. I've emailed customer service 2x's so far with absolutely NO RESPONSE. I've already filed a SCAM business complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately, I'll never see the shirt or get my money back!

I recently purchased a longsleeve t-shirt (https://www.teepublic.com/long-sleeve-t-shirt/*******-statler-and-waldorf) color gold, size XL.
Upon receiving the shirt I noticed a problem with the print.
Customer support replied promptly and immediately sent a replacement. Which has arrived in the meantime and I can say that the print is now perfect.
Additionally customer support allowed me to change the size of the shirt as the one with the faulty print was too big.
Suffice to say I'm a very happy customer.
I received a TeePublic shirt for Chrstmas as a gift and was given the wrong size. I contacted TeePublic without much information to fulfill the trade. I contacted TeePublic with the information I had and they responded on the same day with a mission to make sure I was satisfied. The were polite and responsive and I had the replacement within days. (This was during the holiday shipping busy times!) TeePublic provided the best customer service expereince I ever had. Just fantastic.
I recently purchased a tshirt from Tee Public for the first time. And the design on it was nothing like they advertise theyshow a shiny image.And the image I received today is dull and a bit faded. I ordered a. Medium size and the one they shipped looked like a small size. They took long enough to print it and ship it due to Covid 19 So I will not be ordering anything from Tee Public I made the mistake of not checking the reviews..
I loved my first shirt bought from these guys - flat, bright print on soft quality shirt. I then ordered five other shirts and all of them had issues. Two had smears on them from excess ink, one had inconsistencies in the coloring, one had actual holes and bubbles in it because they'd pressed on the ink design so thickly, and one had feathering around the edges. I don't know if this is a decrease in quality because of COVID or what, but such a waste of money. Avoid at all costs.

Answer: I, fortunately, did not have poor customer service. When I reached out to them for an exchange, I heard back in less than 24 hours and they generously offered for me to keep the original shirt (to give it away) and sent me the new one!
Answer: That wasn't my experience. It took 11 days to even ship out of the store.
Answer: They dont do returns, they dont do anything. I was sent the wrong order size too. It says 2xl i needed a 3xl but a 2x is the size of the XL i have. Its a joke.

Our apparel products will ship out of either Florida, Iowa, or Nevada. Stickers also ship from Iowa. Wall art ships from Wisconsin, while hard goods such as cases, notebooks and mugs will ship from Georgia.
Answer: Looks like they are trying to hide from all the trouble their poor business practices have made. Their Shirtmoney.com site (where they run their affiliate program has this phone number: 941-451-9441 Considering the FB page linked as the only other contact option comes up 404 not found, I suspect the number probably won't be good, either. Some of their domains obviously haven't been paid and are parked on a web host page right now. Their FB page for BlueBox is still up, though. You could also try there, but I don't know how responsive they are. https://www.facebook.com/BlueBoxtees I was in their affiliate program and trying to get a hold of someone when my payment was due and didn't get sent was about like pulling teeth. It's ridiculous to expect people to friend you on FB just to have contact for business purposes. Reputable business have, you know, professional email accounts and things like that for customer service.
