Received product in good condition and in a timely manner. It was a great price, the item didn't come in the normal store packaging, but that is perfectly fine by me so the price could be cheaper. It came with everything it should and the product has worked great for several years! Would recommend techrabbit to others and may use it again if they have products I'm looking for.
I bought from these guys a
"Parrot MiniDrone Rolling Spider Mini Air/Land Drone + Camera + 2 FREE Batts" on ebay.
I discovered that the 2 free batteries don't work.
I sent the seller a message to send replacement batteries or I will return the item.
Techrabbit never replied and waited for ebay's return warranty to expire.
Now I cannot return the item or leave feedback on ebay.
I feel like a sucker.
I have tried several times to get a response from this co. I paid $69.99 for a pair of LG headphones model hs100"s but received hs 880 that retail from 20 -30 dollars. I've gotten a couples note saying they will review but never contact me. This co is a rip

Despite the same refurbished products having a 1 year warranty on the TechRabbit.com website, an expensive product that I purchased from TechRabbit's eBay page was found to be defective. TechRabbit claimed that because it was purchased from them via eBay that they do not honor their 1-year warranty for this "manufacturer certified refurbished" product. Instead they said that it is only covered by a 30-day return window policy. The manufacturer also confirmed that this product is not manufacturer certified refurbished - meaning they have no responsibility for the condition in which TechRabbit sells them. Not sure if I had purchased directly from TechRabbit.com if my experience would have been any better - they were so quick to deny any assistance I would not purchase from them again.
Bought a Bluetooth speaker from Tech Rabbit. The bass broke within a few weeks and rattled loudly. They won't accept a replacement or return request
Techrabbit decided to not honor their buy one get one promotion on Android Wear24 watches. Offered a 10% coupon instead for repurchase at full price. Sleazy company. Buyer beware!
Easy to order and arrived before time. Looks awesome, works great and has been a great help when I'm always using my hands and can't hold my phone at the same time..
Received faster than promised. Work as described, should have more fitting options, maybe ear hooks.

I was a bit leery given the price was far less than most of the completion. Hope was that we would get a return that was in like-new condition. Product was actually brand new and came in great time!

JUST RECEIVED AT 5:15 pm THE CHANCE TO WIN AN IPAD AIR IS OVER can not enter - packaging inside banged up - think Post Office played football with the items - cannot use packaging as a gift but sure item will still work (have not tired yet) - spider inside was funny -I live in the woods and thought it was real :) never have had an item take this long before to deliver but glad it is here - normally faster - I had issues with my order and they were delt with fast and to my expectations - I had no issues with customer service, in fact it was quick and professional
I had ordered nice speaker from the website, but it came very badly damaged because the packaging was not thought out at all. I contacted them for an exchange, and they were happy to send a return label, and send me another speaker. However, they ran out of stock, so they gave me a full refund instead. I later checked the website a day later and found my original speaker for $40 dollars less, so I decided to give them a second chance. The second speaker came in much better packaging, and the product was exactly as expected. My only complaint is the time lost trying to figure out the whole damaged product issue that could have easily been avoided. Customer service was good overall.
Love the delivery time and customer service! Its the samsung earbuds I dont enjoy any more... more of a product fault thab website. Worth the try for the price..

Bought keyboard for my Samsung tablet and it doesn't fit my application. I haveto pay for returns so it is not a site that I will be using again!

No phone number. No way to communicate by phone, begged many times for a simply phone call.
Sometimes they respond to your emails.
Phone purchased/received did not work.
